Just an update to mention how much I enjoy eating lunch at this Culver's location. I frequently work within walking distance so I'm a regular lunch customer. This location is always well staffed with helpful, cheerful, enthusiastic employees. Other restaurants often have long wait times or reduced hours due to staffing shortages but that isn't the case here. The food is always good and service is never less than exceptional. read more

My dad was in Riverview for a rehab stay so visited this Culver's location two days in a row, using the drive-thru both times. Normally I like Culver's food. The first time I visited this location, I ordered a fish sandwich and fries. The sandwich had a light and airy quality to it that was really quite good. The texture rivaled any I've had in England, frankly. But the flavor was a big miss. There was almost no salt whatsoever on this sandwich and it was bland, bland, bland. The next day, I avoided the fish sandwich and opted for a kids' meal with fries and was told it comes with a free scoop of ice cream. I got the cheeseburger and ice cream, but they didn't give me the fries. By the time I discovered I was missing the fries, I was already in my dad's room in the hospital, too far to do anything about it. Super disappointing. I think I'll avoid this place and visit other locations from now on. read more

They always have the best customer service. All Culver's I've been to are great. The drive through here is really efficient. When it's peak time, they station employees at the drive through so there are two lanes for ordering. Because they have mobile pay stations you can pay and they direct you to park at the drive through lanes, then they'll bring the food out to you. My favorites are the vanilla custard, fried cheese curds, and fries. Culver's french fries are always fried fresh to order and they're crinkle cut style are so good!! read more

We've usually only been to this location for ice cream. However, last time we came, my ice cream cone was sitting in the drive-through and they didn't realize it was supposed to be a carry out order so they handed it to us, and by the time we got outside it was pouring dripping down my hands and such a mess. They could've easily noticed it had been sitting there and needed remade. However, my past experiences have been good! Culver's makes a great custard but I'm sooo done with receiving it melted. This visit took the cake: two melted banana splits for $20.69. Price included us adding nuts to each. No traditional strawberry or pineapple topping was included so was basically a sundae with banana. This was the Noblesville location. read more

You so know this food is "fresh." When you place your order, every time they say "what can we make fresh for you?" That is next level marketing and service. Even mom's "home made" food isn't alway this fresh because of the "I'm too exhausted to cook tonight" cop out "so it's left over night again." Ugh! Yes! Do yourself a favor and eat at Culver's. The ice cream is fresh not "Dairy Queen-ish". The root beer is also fresh not Barq's (that's a good thing). This place is solid, and is a slight half-step up from other fast-foot burger joints. They get bonus points because they sell frozen custard, and they also have turtle sundaes! I got the Original Butterburger and added cheese. For those not in the know (like me), the burgers come with absolutely no sauces, condiments or vegetables, so you need to tell them each and everything you want on your burger. In my case, I added lettuce, onion, tomato, mustard and ketchup. The fries that my meal came with were just OK (they were the crinkle-cut kind), but the Wisconsin Cheese Curds were interesting and tasty. They tasted like little fried mozzarella cheese sticks, except if the cheese sticks were made into balls. The dining room area is huge, and there are lots of different nooks to sit in, which I like because I'm an introvert and try to sit away from people as much as possible. If you visit with kids, they have coloring pages and crayons to take at the ordering counter. read more

What has happened to this Culver's?!? This store used to be run top notch. We were in a couple weeks ago and were shocked at the poor management. We waited in line with only 1 cash register going, until finally one worker decided he'd jump on a register after relaxing against a counter. The manager never turned around from packing meals to check what was going on in the lobby. We chalked it up to a one off night. Then today...we arrived around 5:30 tonight. Same manager, initials M.T., face planted to packing orders not looking back to see whats going on in her lobby. One cash register running at first. Finally a sweet young lady steps up and takes our order. We go to get our diet root beer and the machine is out of syrup. Culver's diet root beer is the best and one we look forward to having. So we mention to the young lady and she attempts to fill it at the drive through. It's out. She timidly mentions to the mgr. Mgr barely responds to her. Never once does the manager speak or even acknowledge us and the issue. So we go and start to eat our meal. Without or drink. We wait 10 min. Check again. No syrup. The restaurant ebbed and flowed. There were a minimum of 10 workers that we saw. The drive thru was steady but at that time the inside only had 3 in line and not too many folks at tables. 10 more minutes pass. I inquire a second time to one of the workers. The mgr gives me a dead glance over her shoulder from her packing meals and never acknowledges me or the issue again. So we go back to eating without our drink. At 20 min, I am frustrated and mention it to one of the workers "Is someone going to fix the machine?", he glances towards the manager, M.T., she dead glances at me again. Then I firmly restated the question, IS SOMEONE GOING TO FIX THE MACHINE?" Mgr doesn't respond. A lady standing next to mgr responded, may have been an asst mgr, she was kind and sweet and yes we have someone fixing it now. A dead glance again from the mgr. M.T. has NO BUSINESS being a manager for Culver's. There were 12 dirty tables that we saw and there were only people at 5 tables. We had to clean off our own booth. In the 45 min we were there NO ONE cleaned tables. When we left there were 12 tables being used. Heavily staffed and not once did anyone attend to the table area. Yet the cleaning cart was there. Just before we left the mgr carried food to a table and walked out of the room without wiping anything. Next we see her take food to a car as we were leaving. I'm really shocked. I know things are bad and it's hard to find good help but if that second gal was the assistant manager, you would do well to give her good training and make her the manager. Then send M.T. back to the back scrubbing floors or see her to the door. We like Culver's product but am very disappointed with seeing how far the standard has slipped at this Noblesville store. We will think twice before ever going to this Culver's location again. read more

After 7 minutes waiting for just ice cream the person behind us got there full dinner when we had not gotten ice cream. 5 minutes after that our ice cream came - half melted of course, and with no napkins. If you are getting ice cream please do not pull forward. Stay at the window and force them to give it to you there. read more

Above and beyond service!!! I had ordered "Curdside" pickup, while I was waiting I received a call from who I assume is the manager. Turns out I had driven to different Culver's than where I had ordered my food online, oops! It was about a 20 min drive to the new location. Once I had gotten to the correct location, they remade my entire order (custom concrete mixers and all). They did not have to remake it all, considering I was the one who had made the mistake, but they did. 10/10 experience. Thank you all for being so great!! read more

I know I eat at too many burger joints but what's a local boy going to do in Noblesville? I like Culver's because it has a lot of interesting selections for a fast-food place. I almost always get the pot-roast sandwich. Where else are you gonig to find THAT at a fast-food place? They also make a pot roast dinner with green beans and mashed potatoes. Good fried chicken is on the menu and their signature butter burgers are pretty darn tasty. They are grilled kinda like a Steak n Shake burger with crispy edges and toasted buns. Don't be afraid of the cheese curds because the name is weird. They're just deep fried hunks of cheese and really, what could be wrong with that? My gulty pleasure is to order a rootbeer float with my meal. Since they have a self-serve beverage dispenser, I can go back over and over when the rootbeer is gone but the custard remains. I haven't even mentioned their frozen custard! It's so rich and creamy! They have vanilla and chocolate available daily and then a special flavor that changes each day. They also mix it up like a DQ Blizzard and call it a Concrete Mixer, I guess due to the thickness of the concoction. They make custard cakes and other treats. I've been many times but haven't begun to try all the different items on their menu. A bit pricey for fast food, about like Steak n Shake. However no tip is necessary since there isn't any table service other than the counter person bringing your food to your table. read more

Passing through Noblesville at lunchtime and saw the Culver sign so we had to stop. They are one of my favorite lunchtime stops. My wife ordered the fish basket and I ordered the double butter burger with cheese and all the trimmings, basket with fries and a drink. It just melts in your mouth. My problem is I get so stuffed I don't have room for ice-cream. Their ice-cream is delicious so i just have to look for another location down the road. Then I can satisfy my sweet tooth. read more

I hate to write a bad review based on one particular experience, but it was so bad I feel obligated to let people know. We have eaten at this Culver's many, many times and rarely have any issues. The last time we went was one evening this week. We went through the drive thru and then went home to eat which is only 2 minutes away. I didn't think much of the burger being cold as I was eating it until about the third or fourth bite - I was in a hurry to eat and wasn't paying attention. When I finally did look at the meat, it was RAW. It looked like they literally threw it on the grill for about 10 seconds to get the surface brown, flipped it and did the same, then threw it on the bun. I'm not exaggerating. I attached a picture but I don't know if they will let me show it. Just disgusting!!!! I immediately called and asked for a manager. I spoke with him and told him what happened and that if I get sick I'm not going to be happy about it. His response was literally this "Ok let me get your contact information in case you get sick and we'll take care of it". What the? No apology, he just kept saying the same thing. I gave him my contact information and he said "if you get sick call us back". I basically told him wow, no apology or anything? What about the fact that I didn't get to eat my meal as well? He said "I can mail you some coupons or you can come back in tonight". Unbelievable. There was absolutely no concern about the real issue (somebody doesn't know how to cook!!!!) and no empathy whatsoever for the customer's situation. Shame on you, Culver's :-( read more

A couple of months ago I discovered part of my order missing after arriving home from going through the drive thru at this location. The guy who had brought our order to the car recited the items in detail, with a smile, as he gave me the food so I didn't bother to check the bag before driving off. After arriving home and discovering the omission, I called the store, talked to the manager, explained the situation and he said to bring in the receipt the next time I came to the restaurant and they would make it right...I assumed credit on my next order. Well, I guess I waited too long because recently, despite producing the receipt with the name of the manager written at the top, new management (I was told the other guy had retired) wouldn't "make it right". The help at the front counter said they had "no way to verify" my experience. My ticket for that bungled order was around $28...and I guess the missing item wasn't more than $7 or so. I've spent so many times that amount there previously. I'm a 24/7 caregiver for an elderly person who has been recovering from surgery; otherwise, I would have been to the restaurant sooner to get my "refund". Regardless, they have lost my business. There are just too many restaurants around to give loyalty to those that make the customer pay for their mistakes. I left without placing an order and went elsewhere. read more

When we walked in we were greeted by the assistant manager who didn't even turn around to acknowledge us. A greeting doesn't mean anything if they are doing it just because they have to. When I received my order my burger just had the wrong cheese on it. I brought it to the counter and just asked them to put the correct cheese on it. At this point there were 4 employees trying to figure out my order and touching my burger, I simply just asked to out the correct cheese on it and get me a new one since they had all touched it. The assistant manager then brought me my order and told me that she had them remake it and when I checked the burger it had the same cheese and another piece just thrown on top. At this point I knew that they didn't make me a new burger and I didn't want the one that 4 employees all had been touching. When I brought it back up for a second time she assured me that it was new and when I showed her that the same old cheese was still on it she started apologizing non stop. All I wanted at this point was my money back and to leave. Nobody who worked there was actually listening to me and then lied about it being a new burger. Very disappointing and I definitely won't go back and don't recommend anyone else to go either. read more
