Food was amazing, felt like I was eating at home. Service was also amazing, food was reasonably quick and staff was nice. I also enjoyed the appearance of the 50's type restaurant. But the food was pricey. Would leave 300 pounds heavier again.

This has got to be the cleanest Five Guys I've visited. I stopped in to get my son lunch after a day of errands and shopping. This location was incredibly personable and I got to swap cooking stories with one of the hosts, Delphino. My order came quick and hot. I ate some of my son's fries on the way home, they were delicious, and he loved his shake and burger. I'm sure we will revisit.

Love five guys! I have nothing negative to say about this place at all! The burgers are absolutely awesome and nothing like them! The French r Fries are simply the best I have ever put in my mouth! I have never had their milkshakes, but would like to try them once the quarantine is lifted and I am able to go out and enjoy eating out! Five guys is very unique in how they prepare their burgers and they are very customer service oriented everytime I have gone into their establishment for lunch or dinner. Whenever I crave a hamburger, five guys is my first choice because they just know how to do it right! Everyone should experience five guys once in their life!

When everyone in the city opts for a burger!!

Five Guys will always be my spot for great burgers! The Carmel location on a cold winter evening was packed, but the staff was ready and worked like a well run machine. Definitely not a spot for vegans...but a great place for those who are Keto. They are really good at making the bunless burger and making sure there's plenty of "lettuce" bun to keep the fully loaded burger intact for a fulfilling bite! Five Guys is the spot for devouring amazing hamburgers and fries, chilling with friends and enjoying the day!

Each meal at Five Guys is enough food to feed five guys. So I guess the name is apropos. A regular order of fries can feed my family of four easily. We accidentally got two orders, and we were eating fries for the rest of the day. The food is served to you in a sack, regardless of whether you're dining in or carrying out. It's not the most aesthetically pleasing way to serve food, but no one besides me seemed to mind. I guess you just make a DIY surface on which to lay your burger and fries out of your paper sack? Sure, why not. The burgers have a lotta beef in them. My beef is that it's too much beef. Then, if you get a double burger, you're just getting a ridiculous amount of beef. I like to stick to single burgers. You can customize your burgers with any toppings and condiments for no extra charge. I got grilled onions, ketchup, mustard, lettuce and tomato, and all of that stuff made for a huge and sloppy burger. Don't get me wrong; it tasted great. It just required a couple dozen napkins. They offer free peanuts here. They're salted and in the shell, so you get the pleasurable experience of cracking them open and munching while you wait for your food. I don't get any because who knows whose hands have been in the peanuts, but I'm sure you'll like them.

I placed an order yesterday afternoon through the app to take advantage of a discount offer that…read morewas available. When I arrived, they were very busy, so I was happy that I had ordered ahead. I found my order on the carry-out shelf, but there was no cup for my sweet tea, so I still had to wait. I watched as staff members served the seated guests, took orders from the long line of patrons waiting to be helped, and package additional to-go orders. I waited several minutes and was surprised that no one was assigned to man the to-go station. Another gentleman was there waiting as well. Finally, an employee walked in our direction, made eye contact with me, but then went into the kitchen. When he came back out, he asked if I had a to- go order. I raised my bag and told him that I just needed the cup for my sweet tea. Another employee, who I believe was a manager, heard what I'd said. As the first employee reached to check the ticket on my bag, the other just handed me the cup. Frustrated, I filled my cup and left. I took my husband's lunch to his job; a Ham and Cheese Melt on a croissant and potato salad as the side. That was my first time ever ordering the potato salad and he reported that it was "pretty good". I ordered the Choose Two with a cup of soup and half sandwich for myself. I had my braces adjusted recently and I wanted to be gentle on my teeth, so I opted to have my sandwich on a croissant as well. That decision made no difference because that croissant was so hard and rough. The sandwich appeared to have been haphazardly thrown together and taking into account how busy they were, I would've given them a pass, but this was not the first time it has happened. My Broccoli Cheddar soup was delicious, as always, but they dropped the ball again when it came to providing our complimentary pickles. Neither of us received them. I feel that this is a common occurrence. If I were to have kept count, they'd likely owe me a jar of pickles at this point. Lastly, the deal that I was taking advantage of was for 50% off a Shareable when you order two entrees. I ordered the Ultimate Nachos to be shared during our movie night later that evening. When I've ordered this to-go in the past, all toppings were packaged separately from the tortilla chips. That was not the case this time. The only items kept separately were the chili/cheese mixture and the sour cream. All other toppings (tomato, red onion, pickled jalapeño, shredded cheese, extremely oxidized avocado, green onions and black olives) were placed directly on the tortilla chips, rendering them less than crisp. They were very stingy with the shredded cheese too, in my opinion. I just think the food quality and care has been steadily declining at this location. I tried to leave feedback through the app by contacting customer relations, but I received an error that would not allow me to proceed.

Always have great food and great service whenever we come here! I'm such a big fan of their choose…read more2.

We've tried several burgers and sandwiches here at Flight Burger, and every one has been v good to…read moreV Delicious. T'other day was a flight of a mushroom/swiss burger, a Western burger, and a straightforward crispy-chicken sandwich. Noticed right away that the chicken was v fresh, a piece of breast (not some formed piece, like a Nugget), with a thin layer of crispy coating, cooked in v clean oil -- VERY good. Both burgers were delicious. Lunch companion had a basic cheeseburger which was great, all elements. Food came out fast and hot. We split a pint of a cold, tasty, dark amber beer that was a bargain at $6. The employee who waited on us was kind, helpful, polite, and just nice to be around. We didn't order sides, as we believed the burgers (% chicken san) would be enough, and ... yup, we were right. A very filling and tasty lunch, and while it costs more than drive-through chains, the quality is going to make us return.

Overall this was an "okay" experience, although I'm not sure if I'll go out of my way to come back…read more I'll stick to the basics: Food: My Mushroom & Swiss burger was good. Not spectacular, but good. The Sidewinder fries were nicely cooked. The star of this show was unexpected; the Caesar side salad was presented beautifully and was an unusually large portion (being that it was just a side item). Ambience: They're in a relatively small space. It's a burger bar, so it is what it is, but at least the building is in a nice place in Carmel. Service: You order at the counter/register, and they bring the food to your table. Service was prompt. Those three categories were all good, but I think this was just a case where the whole seemed less than the sum of its parts. They do appear to offer boxes of sliders as a take-out item, so I may try that in the future.
