Stopped by last week on 2/23 just before 9pm (it was approximately 8:53pm when we arrived). Oddly enough, the hours currently listed online state that they are open 10am-8pm. This has always been an issue for this location. There are no clear or consistent hours of operation. The line was long and I am assuming that the crew had already began preparing to close because the gentleman made us aware that it would be 5 minutes for fresh chicken tenders. From what I could see, he was taking orders and cooking while another member of the crew mopped in the dining room area of the restaurant. This caused the line to move very slowly. While the order did come out correctly with fresh tenders, I believe that everything else was OLD. My fiance and I had beef & cheddar sandwiches and we experienced discomfort and upset stomachs after dinner that night. I've learned my lesson and will not be returning to this location, read more

Stopped by here to grab a quick meal and the food was fresh and hot. Employees were friendly and helpful and the dining area was clean. The menu featured a good variety of sandwiches, sides, and desserts. My fish & cheddar was tasty and curly fries were served hot and fresh. The shakes and desserts here are really good. On this trip I couldn't resist a fresh baked salted caramel chocolate chip cookie. It was soft, warm, and melty. Today I ate my dessert first. I want to take this opportunity to let everyone know about James at the Carmel Arby's. He was extremely helpful and very customer friendly. He took time to ensure we maximized our savings by recommending we use the daily sales promotion to achieve more savings for what we were ordering. The food was great, but James made the experience outstanding. Someday this country will get back to normal, but until then.....we have James to help make things enjoyable. One of these days I will learn to permanently resist ads of "new sandwiches" from Arby's. Today we received a mailer about Arby's new (limited availability" Waygu Burger - and once again I was deceived. For all the hype I've heard about Waygo beef, this the toughest, and least tasty hamburger I've eaten in 81 years. DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY, TIME OR INSULTING YOUR TASTE BUDS. I compounded my error by getting a "Market Fresh Chicken Salad" sandwich as a back up. Mostly I detected bland chicken and pieces of red grapes. It was devoid of flavor, seasoning, and taste. Once again a total screw up. Two meals, $25 and no fries. Drove 5 miles there and 5 miles back only to discover I paid $25 for two sandwiches and two drinks. To far to drive back to get the fries so tried to call the store to at least go on record, but because they close at 8 (it's now 745) no one answers...imagine that!! Interesting experience lol so I was stuck at the tire repair store and walked here for lunch. They're supposed to open at 10. All doors locked at 10:55. I heard someone at the drive thru though and saw workers inside so I chose to walk through the drive thru. The woman wouldn't talk to me or take an order so I walked to the side door, which was open, but I hadn't tried yet. I mentioned to the assistant manager DJ "hey just wanted to make sure yall know that your other doors are locked!" And he simply responded "oh yeah sorry about that we just opened!" No harm no foul; I was kind and he was kind! All was good. The woman at the window though poked her head around and basically yelled me saying "There's only one of me!" As if somehow I knew how many of her were in existence and how that would somehow change the situation. So I looked at DJ and said "She always that intense and high strung?" And he just looked at me with wide eyes and we both started laughing. I give DJ 5 stars. Nice guy and very helpful. The woman though... yikes. She's a piece of work. read more

It can probably be said that I make too big of a deal out of the condition of a restaurant's parking lot, but I find that it speaks volumes about the establishment's pride of ownership, or lack thereof. At this Arby's, unfortunately the problems don't just end with the potholes in the lot. Make no mistake - the parking lot is atrocious. However, it's the lackluster drive-through services that really sticks with you. I've been here a few more times than I care to admit, and I've been addressed by everything except "sir". I've been called "Bud", "Dude" and "Man", just to name a few. I kind of feel like the kids that work this drive-up were all turned down for jobs over at Chic-fil-A, and this is where they ended up. A place where you don't really have to try. You just have to toss the food out of the little window, and hopefully include a napkin or two every now and then. The menu at Arby's is definitely going in a good direction. Now, let's see if you can remove the rough edges everywhere else. read more

Am I the first one to say Arby's is average? No and I'm sure I won't be the last either. Arby's isn't good Arby's is far from bad It's closer to mediocre Arby's sells food that I can just make at home if I wanted to and the key word here is IF I recall only having Arby's one time and at the time thinking it was alright, nothing trash about it but nothing social about it either. It was just alright but my mother has a strong hate towards Arby's. Best Ghirardelli shakes in town. How can this place only have 2 stars. Between 2-5:00 pm shakes are only a buck. A delicious creamy frozen chocolate shake top generously with whipped cream and dribbled with chocolate syrup. Yum. Pair that shake with a scrumptious decadent slide for a buck during the afternoon. Choice of buffalo chicken, fried chicken, pizza, ham and roast beef makes Arby's a great place for a quick late lunch or take the grandchildren. Dining room clean. Staff friendly. No crowd. I'd like to put Zero stars down but it won't let me write a review without at least marking one. We ordered throughly the drive thru today on our way to an orthodontist appointment, and my son found a broken tooth in his food. We have made sure my son didn't chip a molar accidentally and not realize it. We have also had confirmation that it is in fact someone's tooth. Please be careful when eating at poor establishments like this. How disgusting and poor employment for someone to have not notice this and say something. The staff were friendly enough, but this place is a dump. Cracked floor tiles. The floor in the kitchen was a mess. The mats in front of the drink machines had clods of dirt on them and the floor was sticky. Needs a complete remodel and a little bit more motivated staff. read more

This Arby's restaurant appears to have been recently constructed. Well, at least relatively recently. The interiors are not flashy, like new McDs are, but Arby's also hasn't done a big rebranding campaign in a long while. The employees were good ol' Midwestern friendly. They had real smiles on their faces and did helpful things like refilling the empty Pepsi dispenser, and handing me a napkin from the cartridge they were filling. The food is just eh; the same as any Arby's. Parking is easy, don't feel like you have to via for a spot close to the door... there is a door on the opposite side of the restaurant too. Fast service, quality food, nice staff clean tables. Very nice access close to the U.S. 31 ramp going away or going towards keystone. The outside of the building is nice and clean and the inside is pretty clean as well. Good stops for good food. read more
