Best fast Food and Fresh. Great Service. Great place for burgers and chicken sandwiches. Go check out

    Korean hot chicken sandwich
    Jessica H.

Went to Jaggers with the fam a few months back. Nobody was there so the ambiance was calm and quiet. Service was good. The young lady helped us make suggestions and she heard me mention Yelp to my mom so she asked me to try the Korean hot chicken sandwich that they had at the time. And might I say it was the best thing we got. So much flavor and and heat. The cole slaw on top was slightly sweet and tangy and brought the heat down on the korean hot chicken. I also got some regular hot chicken sandwich to compare and there was no comparison lol. The regular hot chicken sandwich was not hot at all and definitely could have used some kind of sauce. The kids chicken nuggets and fries were good to. They get that Korean hot chicken back and im definitely coming back

Jaggers mushroom and Swiss burger with fries and of course the yummy cheese sauce is such a great flavor bomb in my mouth! I mean it's heavy on the tummy but sometimes that flavor bomb is worth it! The service was the perfect friendly vibe! Exactly what my friend and I needed for a quick mid day work break !! I'll be back soon!

    Black bean burger and fries

I ordered a black bean burger meal via the drive thru. The first time I had terrible customer service and great food whichwas hot and fresh. I went back today and had amazing customer service but my fries were cold and burger was warm. I'm willing to try one more time before I call it quits.

This may be my favorite fast food restaurant. There's chicken, hamburgers, black bean burger salad - and now a fish sandwich. My favorite burger so far is the Swiss mushroom burger. My kids live the chicken strips best - they are very good. I haven't had a salad yet, but a friend of mine always gets the salad and it's his favorite. We all like the shoestring fries and the shakes are delicious. The service is friendly, they always seems to smile and look you in the eyes while ordering. They bring the food to your table after you order because they do not pre-make the food here. The ambiance is good. It's a fast food feel, but on the high end of that. It is always clean, bright and comfortable. There is an app and they have a reward program. If you down load the app and signup, you'll get a free meal added to your account.

Much improved service and speediness of getting our food. If employees weren't behind the counter they were out cleaning ing tables and checking in on guests. We had everything from burgers to chicken to Mac and cheese. The seasoning mix they put on the fries and tater tots is too salty for my liking. Kids meals are very reasonable at $5.99 and they include a side, a drink, and a cookie.

    Crazy Good Cheeseburger Shoestring Fries

I had been wanting to try Jaggers for some time. So, I finally made the call and did so tonight. I looked over their menu ahead of time so I wouldn't feel rushed in the drive-thru and make a split decision. I opted for the "crazy good cheeseburger" meal. I chose shoe string fries for my side and inquired if I could get a shake for my drink. I was informed the shake machine was down. Not wanting soda, I opted for the strawberry lemonade which seemed like it was scratch made. Now, the shake machine being "down," is a fast food troupe and I was immediately unhappy and the call to actions on the building include shakes. However, upon arriving at the window I was given a coupon for a free shake, no strings attached. This immediately changed my mood. It was very appreciated. The strawberry lemonade was delicious! It had some pulp in it, which I enjoyed. It wasn't overly sweet either. The burger was also really good. The sauce is top notch. I needed to reheat the fries, but that is only because I live kind of far from them, but they were also really good. They have almost a dill seasoning to them, which is nice. And I don't usually prefer show string fries. All in all this place is really good. The price is up there though. $13 for one burger meal is steep for fast food. I'll still go back though and try that shake.

Avoid this business at all cost I went here on the 18 of March through the drive thru and spent 11.64 .. well this morning I wake up this morning March 27 and it says the transaction has been updated to include a tip I didn't make for 23.28 I called the business and was told there was no way to do this but my card shows it was done .. safe to say I will not be going back to this business

The berries were fresh and tasty, and the chicken was awesome. The vinegar sauce was amazing. Very Berry Salad
    Jon H.

We have been 2 times so far, and both times have been amazing. Fresh food, chicken that is with tasy and not dried out. The chicken tenders are actually deep fried to perfection, and the chicken is succulent and tender. Had the Very Berry Salad and ot was very good. The only issue I have is the use of flavorless lackluster iceberg lettuce. For the money paid for this, I was expecting actual flavorful greens. The berries were fresh and tasty, and the chicken was awesome. The vinegar sauce was amazing. Suggestion: Offer salads with beneficial greens: spinach, dandelion greens, arugula, and zero iceberg lettuce. Had this salad had those instead of iceberg lettuce, this would be an excellent salad. The service is excellent! Professional while being personable. The vibe or ambiance of the place is great. Clean, modern, with a warm vibe to it. For a fast food place not to feel like oh so many other fast food places is very nice. Also inside it is very wheelchair friendly and should provide even power chair users room to maneuver. I would recommend this to anyone looking for quickly served food without the typical fast food taste and feel.

They often have kombucha on tap, although they were out when I went, and they stock healthy seltzers, sodas, and other drinks in cans. I decided on the Glow Bowl, with truly delicious sweet potato noodles, and marinated herbed tofu on top. It was, hands down, the best vegan meal I've had at a restaurant. His Goatness got the coconut curry, with salmon added; he gave me a bit of the curry, and it was as good as the version I make at home (one of our favorite recipes). Service was simple: you order at the counter, help yourself to water (from a big jar that has cut fresh citrus slices in it), and the food is brought to your table. You can bus your own table, or let the occasional passing server clear dishes as they offer. Prices were exorbitant, for the kind of experience offered. Be prepared. And here is where I found a big problem: they tout themselves as "healthy food for a happy world"...BUT THEY DO NOT RECYCLE. They don't offer information on where the food comes from. (Is it local? Fresh? Organic? Or is it more Sysco produce shipped from thousands of miles away in gas-guzzling refrigerator trucks, from the same industrial farms that brought us the Cyclospora outbreak?) So. Basically: their corporate image is purely advertising -- they don't put their money where their mouths are. Disappointing. So! Delicious food, questionable ethics. Guess I'll still be cooking my meals at home. Sigh. Maybe I can figure out the recipe for the glow bowl.

We selected Doc B's and it was our first time here. Normally, we would be at one our favorite restaurants across the parking lot, Seasons 52. I'm so happy we tried Doc B's. It was absolutely amazing on every single facet of being a great eatery. The facility is inviting and fits a business casual lunch crowd and would also be most appropriate for a date night or special gathering. Friendly and prompt service starts at the hostess stand and just builds from that point. Our server, Sam (Samantha) was one of the most professional and attentive server we have experienced in some time. It takes a great management team to mold a staff to be exceptional. And to our surprise the General Manager, John served us our entrees at the table. But later checked in with us to evaluate our experience; which is unheard of these days. John and Samantha impressed us so very much, that Doc B's will now become a regular destination. Oh yes, I should comment on our food and cocktails. TOP NOTCH!! My wife had a carnitas sandwich with slow roasted pork, coleslaw, a pickle spear and thick onion ring with amazing barbecue sauce. It was served with the best tasting side I have ever put in my mouth. You must see what they do with a smashed baby Yukon potato with special breading and deep fried. I had the famous Wok Bowl with shrimp and lo mein noodles and sweet and spicy Thai sauce. It is packed with the freshest vegetables and sprinkled with cashews. I was blown away with the quantity of shrimp in that bowl. They do not skimp on the protein. I enjoyed this dish so very much and can truly say it isnt just a stir fry entree. Beautiful facility, friendly and attentive staff, management that truly cares about the customer and quality food coming from the kitchen that will not disappoint. During that entire time, no one had even taken our entrée order. Our server was pleasant, but she wasn't very present. We found ourselves constantly looking around for her, but she was nowhere to be found when we needed something. She brought me a glass of water without ice, so I had to ask for it. Thankfully, they have the good nugget ice, so that was definitely a win. One thing that really stood out was the food delivery. Normally, restaurants use seat numbers so the food runner knows exactly where each dish belongs. Instead, they just placed plates wherever there was space. It was odd. Maybe it was because we were seated at a round table? I ordered the wings with a side of broccoli. The wings were decent--good enough, but nothing I'd go out of my way to order again. The broccoli was cooked perfectly, but unfortunately it wasn't warm. I also asked for hot habanero sauce and a side of garlic butter. The habanero sauce was disappointingly watery, and the garlic butter arrived cold. Why not melt the butter before bringing it to the table? The entire experience left me scratching my head. That said, I'll definitely give them another chance because this really felt like an off night. I still want to try the candied bacon, and I'm almost certain I spotted a hot fudge sundae making its way to another table--even though I didn't see it anywhere on the menu! Wish me luck!

As soon as we sat down, a bottle of chilled water was brought to the table, a small but thoughtful touch that we appreciated. Service was very efficient. One of the standout items was the homemade blueberry jam, it was truly out of this world and paired perfectly with the meal. Another feature we liked was the unlimited coffee bar. For $5 you can enjoy three different coffee flavors and even take a cup to go, which is a great deal for coffee lovers. We also learned that many of their pastries and treats are made fresh every morning, which explains the quality. Parking is easy with plenty of free spaces available, making the visit even more convenient. After finishing our meal, we learned that the business was sold about two years ago and is no longer family owned.
