For fast food in general, Taco Bell can be a decent option. As we all know, it is not authentic Mexican food in any way, but it can satisfy your nacho craving. I placed an order for lunch today through the app for a Strawberry Agua Fresca (refresher), a mini taco salad, their new churros and a Beefy Potato Griller. I've eaten all but the grilled and everything hit the spot. The churros were tiny, but super sweet. Just enough to satisfy my sweet tooth without overdoing it. I am confused about the drink though. I've never had an agua fresca, and probably shouldn't have ordered my first fresco, Taco Bell, but is it supposed to taste like water? Water with strawberry slices? If so, it was that. But if not, something went wrong. I wouldn't have paid that much for spa water. The gentleman at the drive-thru window was happy and smiling and telling me about how lucky he was to have woken up this morning and was able to put his feet on the ground! My first visit to this new location. The dining area is very small, but one nice feature is a counter with several outlets. I'm always looking for a good location to sit and work, so this is a feature I really appreciate. Food was good, served hot and fresh. My order was ready quickly. New location at Greyhound Pass. Took the place of White Castle. Very small footprint. Not many inside tables at all. We ordered from the mobile app and went inside to pick up and eat. Wish they had outdoor dining like The Bell at Tournament Trail off Hwy 32. Inside was clean. All 5 tables were full. Four tables were 4 top and one was a 2 top. They have a small bar type side by side seating area with 6 chairs. Three were open. It took 7 minutes to get our order. Considering how busy they were on a Saturday at 12:30pm, I think that was very reasonable time wise. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. We ordered off the Cravings Value Menu. I got the nachos and my wife got the double stacked taco. Both were fresh and hot. Comparable to other Taco Bell locations. Earlier reviews indicate they had some issues after first opening. But it's now been a bit of time. It appears, in our opinion at least, that they may have gotten some of the kinks worked out. read more

Brand new location and they've opted to deliver absolutely nothingggg lol. You order an almost $3 chips and cheese? You're getting a third of a cup of cheese and 5 chips. Do NOT go here for breakfast! I had ordered breakfast on the Taco Bell app to pick up at drive through. I get there 10 minutes after opening time. I get to the drive through, and there's like 2 cars in the parking lot, but no one in front of me. I sit there for like 5 minutes waiting for someone to help me. There's a guy who is at the window, sees me sitting there and then just ignores me. Then I go to the front door, which is locked. I'm standing outside in the rain waiting for someone to open the door. I tell them I placed an order on the app. It was supposed to almost be ready according to the app but they hadn't even started making it yet so I waited a few minutes while they start making it....The food wasn't even that good either. read more

I just came to this Taco Bell. I ordered 2 burritos no cheese no sour cream , I have a dairy allergy. I got them they were made wrong, they put cheese in it. So I went back through told the dude they were made wrong I need no cheese no sour cream . Was received new ones but this time they put cheese and sour cream on it!!! Nice little location but staff needs retraining. Ordered our food at kiosk no problem and provided our drink cup so we could fill it. Order ready SO fast I double-checked everything was there. Yes- but we get home for "taco Tuesday" to find, seriously, one tablespoon of filling in each taco shell. Daughter was SO disappointed. We clicked "light" on the cheese - that doesn't mean leave the taco practically empty!! One soft shell wasn't fully wrapped in paper and was loose in the bottom of the bag. This place kinda sucks. Multiple times me and my family have went we got the wrong order or something forgotten. Like for example. My family went tonight and we asked for two chicken chipotle ranch burritos. And one burrito dipper. Instead we got two dippers and no chicken chipotle burritos. The receipt has our correct order. We visited this new Taco Bell location on Sunday, Oct. 29, around 6:30 p.m. We were the only patrons inside. We ordered at the kiosk and then waited 15 minutes for our food. They did not appear to be short-staffed -- plenty of workers (at least 5-6) in the food prep area, plus someone working the drive-through. While drive-through order after drive-through order was filled, and some online orders were filled, our in-store order was completely ignored. A few times the drive-through worker came to the counter to place an online order on the pickup shelves, and acknowledged two Door Dash drivers, he never once looked at us and acknowledged our wait. When a food prep worker finally brought our order to the counter, there was no apology for our wait. We also had to remind her to give us drink cups. The wait was bad enough. Then our order wasn't even right. My two tacos had toppings that they weren't supposed to have. Two other tacos that were supposed to be soft tacos were crunchy. We went to Taco Bell because we thought it would be fast and we had somewhere to be. Because of how long it took to get our food, we had to rush eating so we wouldn't be late to our activity, so we did not take our wrong orders back to the counter to be fixed. I just picked off the toppings that weren't supposed to be on my taco, and my companion ate the wrong tacos. So I can't report on how well they would have handled fixing a wrong order. The drink machine had a handwritten sign telling patrons that if you wanted ice in your drink, you had to ask a staff member. I don't know if the ice maker is already broken in this brand-new restaurant or if there's some other reason you couldn't get ice there. I normally don't need much if any ice -- fountain drinks usually come out cold enough for me. But in this case, the drinks without ice were not very cold. On the positive side, the restaurant was relatively clean, although a few tables hadn't been wiped down. The interior is very small and not a lot of seating. I normally don't complain about a company publicly. Taco Bell has lost the ability to get a order correct. Two different Taco Bell's in Westfield messed up our order by leaving items out of our order. When we work hard for our money we pay inflated prices and you still can't get the order correct at two different locations we are done with Taco Bell. read more

Staff at this location need to be retrained or something. Ordered two cantina meals. Then had to go back through the drive thru because they forgot a taco. So not a huge deal because they were nice and provided the taco but got home to find that neither meal had the avocado verde salsa that is supposed to go with the cantina meals and also realized at that point that the staff had not asked about hot sauces. The quesadilla was pathetic. One of the quarters literally had one piece of chicken in it and basically no cheese. If I wanted to eat a tortilla I would've skipped going to a restaurant. The quesadilla is supposed to come with sour cream. There was approximately half a spoonful in the cup. The second meal was a burrito with chips and queso. The queso was just as bad as the sour cream with there not being hardly anything in the cup. They also don't know how to put a lid on a cup properly. There's no reason why I should pick up the cups and end up with soda all over me for no reason other than their incompetence. read more

Honestly, this Taco Bell is off to a very good start. The line does not take very long, getting your food is quite quick. The food tastes good as well. The people are also very nice and willing to help with any mistakes, I only received one nacho cheese cup after ordering two and I went back through the drive-through, and they were very nice about correcting the mistake.
