Really authentic, really tasty tacos in a variety of meats and regional flavors! Fun decor and an open kitchen, so food prep is visible. I would recommend a particular taco, but everything I've tried has been good. I like that you can pick and choose different single tacos and try several flavors on one plate. Also recommend trying the agua fresca drinks, enjoyed the horchata (cinnamon rice milk based drink) and the hibiscus looks good too. The menu at the counter has extremely small print on it, but fortunately there is also a wall menu that is easier to read. One recommendation would be a few printed and laminated menus that people can hold in their hand in much larger print, with explanations of some of the more unusual items or flavors someone may be unfamiliar with, such as chorizo or horchata. Hope they open a second store over in Fishers, if this was in East Fishers, I'd be there several times a month! read more

My daughter was doing karate at the adamsons dojo a few doors down also I grabbed some food. I had a shrimp taco, fish taco, and tingo taco. I'd recommend the fish and rings taco. The fish taco was just ok. The staff is very friendly and will give recommendations. The interior is fairly basic. You order at a counter and they will bring the food to your table. FANTASTIC! Our daughter really loves tacos so we decided to stop in here to see about catering a surprise party for her. We ordered enough food for 100 people and they were able to have it all ready and prepared in 24 hours for an event. The food was some of the best that we have had for catering and I would highly recommend them for your next catering needs. They were very accommodating, quick to help, and generous in their portions. We have had other Mexican catering such as Qdoba and this place blows them out of the water! The 2 owners seemed very appreciative of our patronage and were willing to help however they could. The food was some of the best! I think they changed their name from Just Taco to US Taco. This is not fast food; it's good food. As this place becomes more popular, the wait times at lunch can be longer than some people can accommodate. Although the staff was working efficiently with concentration, there was notable grumbling from customers on a recent lunchtime visit. Frankly it did take us 45 minutes to get our food; we did not mind because we were not in a hurry and it's worth waiting for fresh, cooked -to-order food. After seeing such good reviews, I was eager to try this place. The favorites were the macho nachos and the flan tres leches cake. It's a hard to find that dessert in Indiana, but I was happy to see it in their cake display. It was one of the best I've ever had. Definitely would go back just to have it again. I really enjoy trying new local spots and this place is amazing. Its not very big but plenty of room and decorated so nicely. Great choices in the menu. I opted for the beef and chicken crunchy tacos. You know its fresh as you can watch the chefs make your meal. Great food and crunchy was correct. Tasty! Hot sauce is hot but not too much. The staff was very friendly and made sure they knew exactly what we wanted to eat. background music was cool as well. You can tell this is a family business that takes pride in serving a good meal. I'm gonna have to visit again! Next time, I'll get some tacos. This time, I went against my food rule and suffered the consequences. My rule is: If there's a specific food mentioned in a restaurant's name, you should definitely get that food on your initial visit. But did I listen to myself? No, I didn't -- I got a burrito. It was a breakfast burrito, which, when made well, can be splendid. My breakfast burrito was strangely unseasoned, considering the number of ingredients that were in there. It came with egg, fried potatoes, peppers and onions, and cheese, as well as some salsa on the side. Meat does not come standard with the burrito -- you have to add it on. I visited for lunch and was the only person in there, and they were super slow. Not sure what was going on, but it took almost 20 minutes from the time I ordered to get the burrito. I'll chalk this experience up to new-restaurant kinks being worked out. It's really hard for a restaurant to knock it out of the park from the get-go, which is why I will definitely be back to try some more of their food and hopefully bump up my review rating. read more

Ditch the chain Mexican restaurants and try this place. This was REAL Mexican food. It's in a strip center so you'll want to be looking for the Just Tacos Time sign - plenty of parking though and also there's typically no issue with getting tables either. $3 street tacos that are jam packed with whatever meat you choose and topped with cilantro and onions - the chorizo, chicken, and steak tacos were so worth $3. The burrito was packed with fillings and the quesadilla was 10/10 too. The service was great. You just order at the counter and they'll bring it out for you. The girl at the counter was super patient as we perused the menu. We got carry out, but there were people sitting inside enjoying too. Absolutely will be back! Just opened a few weeks ago, a hidden gem on Rangeline Rd. in a small strip mall next to Donato's. They do offer more than "Just Tacos" as the menu is fairly extensive for a small taqueria. Taco salads, nachos, burritos, quesadillas, chilaquiles, sope and more. There is also a children's menu. There are several protein options, as well as vegetarian and vegan. There are some unique menu items like pambazo de tinga and macho nachos. I appreciate that they are open for breakfast, as I love a good breakfast burrito. They have several breakfast options besides burritos. The menu provides definitions along with information about ingredients, with vegan items labeled. I ordered a breakfast burrito to go, and it was a very generous size for breakfast. It was stuffed full with fried potatoes, fresh scrambled eggs, cheese, sautéed peppers and onions and served with salsa and sour cream on the side. It was cut in half and well packaged for carry out. Their special home fried potatoes are excellent. They are perfectly seasoned and an excellent compliment for the scrambled eggs inside my burrito. I am very particular about my scrambled eggs, and these were delicious. The dining area is very brightly decorated and has a mix of high top and regular tables. Breakfast hours are 7:00 am to 10:30 am. The employees are very, very friendly. Looking forward to returning for lunch to try sone other menu items. Just Tacos Time is a welcome addition to this area. I drive Rangeline Road every single day, and I am happy to have this new option for breakfast and lunch. read more

Wish I could give it 6 stars! Easily the best tacos I've found in Carmel (which isn't exactly known for flavorful restaurants, let's be honest). Awesome lunch spot and they're also open late enough for dinner. I love that there's almost always hoops on the TV. The guys there are friendly as heck and make your food fresh to order, so it's always peak (may mean you'll have to wait a little longer than fast food joints, but it's WORTH IT). Tacos is in the name, so get those first (campachano carne asada for me), then branch out from there. It's the number one small group lunch spot for me and my office. read more

Absolute favorite Quesadilla Supreme in Carmel! When I checked in I was surprised to see I received a Duchess Crown for so many check ins. I love the close, convenient location for me, however more than that I love the Quesadilla. It is quite a generous size and probably enough for two people however I eagerly consume the whole thing. Today is Cinco de Mayo so I'm pairing my Quesadilla with a Margarita at home to celebrate. The pricing is very reasonable, the food is delicious and the service is friendly and fairly quick. The food wasn't terrible but it wasn't something I'd crave! I got carne asada tacos and the meat was pretty dry. Even with the salsa it tasted a little bland. Tacos are around $3 each. My statements still remain about the ambiance and staff. Sadly, I went back for lunch and my suspicions from when I ate breakfast were confirmed. The food is fresh but very bland. I love their heart and desire to make fresh Mexican food. BUT Mexican food in particular should be abounding in flavor and the salsas should be delicious and complex. I'm sad to say, I won't be going back unless the menu changes and I have a reason to believe there is more flavor. Tacos were delish! A little on the pricier side in my opinion at $4 per taco. But they were really really good so I was fine with what I paid. I got the chicken tinga and the carne asada. Both were delicious. My husband got the burrito - the meat was good but he thought there was too much rice in it. Now, their salsa was amazing! We ordered taco tonight to go : 3 carne asadas, 1 pollo asado, 1 birria and 1 champicana. On the side we had rice and black beans. They are all delish, the flavor is there , the meat is generous on each taco, the rice is lightly flavored but gives to a fresh start as the tacos are bold flavor. The black bean is also delicious!
