I saw one of the staff bring out this boat of food wrapped in white paper to a table near us and thought that was an order of a specific type that warranted such a delivery. When I asked our waitress about it she smiled and said that was how she was going to bring out our food. It's a little thing but we thought it was unique and just added to the feel of the place. A few minutes later we received our food in a white paper boat and it was awesome. The breadsticks were good; the nacho cheese wasn't the best. The coleslaw was a hit with my wife and son. But brother and I were very confused about the ordering process. There wasn't a lot of directional signage showing where to start and each step of the process. I watched a few other customers go through and they didn't seem like they had a problem so maybe it was just us. Next time I would probably just order online and pick it up so I could avoid the in-person ordering process altogether. I had the turkey sandwich and it was pretty good. I would say definitely a step up from your typical sub sandwich chain in terms of flavor and toppings options. I tried the chili mac as well. The chili is definitely à la Wendy's but I enjoyed it. The mac and cheese was good as well. I'd probably get either on its own but not together again. I also tried the Potbelly/Zapp's collab chips, the Hot Pepper flavor. They were good but are definitely not for everyone. When I visited, most of their fountain soda options were out of order so I settled on a no sugar added Pineapple Passionfruit juice/soda which was actually pretty good. We'll definitely be back - especially to try out their milkshakes!
