I am in the area for work and decided to give this place a try for dinner. Very glad I did. I got right in and grabbed a seat at the bar. I had a couple local beers and ordered the Indiana Pork Tenderloin Sandwich with Fries. They were both delicious. The pork tenderloin was piping hot, lightly breaded and had a good crunch on the outside and tender meat inside. The fries were perfectly seasoned. It was very lively for a Monday night and all the TV's had sports on. I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere and got to try 2 local beers that I had not had before.

This is a great restaurant in Westfield. Lots of room inside and outside, the drinks were well balanced and the old fashioned was delish. They also have XXX root beer in a bottle which is an Indiana must have. Our server was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. That's perfect for my tastes. I had the filet, chicken and Waygu sliders with fries. They were a little salty for me but prepared perfectly. I'd order them again, The kids had butter noodles and macaroni and chez...,pretty standard fare....its not fancified mac and I think almost every kid will love it. I'll come back when it's warmer to enjoy the patio!

Impressive. The wait was approximately 30 minutes but we were eventually seated and promptly served. The menu is diverse but leaning towards traditional bar food. The server was excellent, the cocktails creative and everything we ordered was excellent. If you're north of Indy, definitely give this place a go.

    Pickle brined chicken sandwich. Delicious.

Just as good as last time. I really wanted the brine chicken sliders but decided to be good and ordered the Cobb salad and it was filling and delicious. The salad dressing is the perfect amount although my husband who ordered the same thing requested extra dressing. I am not a big nut person but their zucchini bread side was very good. Service was excellent. It is a great location although the entrance to the parking lot is a bit strange as you have to almost go by the restaurant. They also have a nice heated patio.

The French onion soup was amazing! The overflow of melted cheese added so much flavor and paired well with the saltiness of the soup. The meatloaf is my go to and it never disappoints. The onion straws add an extra layer of crunch while elevating the meal. The patio is spacious, has tvs and provides a good ambiance at night thanks to the string lights

Great place close to Grand Park. There is a wide variety of meals and the restaurant is able to accommodate large groups. The servers are nice and helpful with suggestions. I had the Hoosier Hot Plate, a fried pork tenderloin, served with Mashed Potatoes, and Green Beans. There was plenty of food. If you are looking for a place to stop on your way home from Grand Park, you should consider coming here.

I've been to some of the other Clancy's establishments, but this was my first time here. It seemed pretty busy for a Tuesday night. We took seats at the bar. It took a while for the bartender to serve us, which was ok. However. The bubbly rose my g/f order arrived and it was flat. One could easily see it was flat as there were no bubbles. We had to send it back. My old fashioned was decent. The initial of the establishment in the ice cube was a nice touch. We order the fried cheese curds. They came with ranch. They were decent. It seemed as though this place gets a lot of regulars. We don't live near there, but if you do, you may want to check it out.

Get reservations for weekends as it's a popular place. The ambience for dinner time on the weekend was more date time vibes than family with the lighting dimmed and darker elements of the ceiling title being a neat feature. We had the shrimp cocktail to start out. I enjoyed an espresso martini while my other half liked an old-fashioned. We both had the fish and chips which was a good portion size. Had the cherry black forest cake and s'mores crème brûlée, which were some yummy sweet treats. Overall, the food, ambience, and service were excellent. I would recommend trying Grindstone out and be sure to get a reservation during busy times!

I did see they allow you to make reservations on Open Table, so I booked it for a weekday to try it out. It wasn't nearly as busy as the parking lot looked, there was plenty of seating. It was a nice day so they had the windows open and they also had someone playing live music so it was a tad loud but, not overly loud where you can't hear your conversation. The menu is not your typical menu, it's very crafty if that's a word. The service was very good, and she explained the menu well and we took her up on her recommendations. Turkey pastrami which I had never had before. It tastes really fresh and felt healthy. The salad comes in a little small bowl but full of goodness. I liked the added touch of the date night plaque at our table when we arrived. We started with the Evil Jungle Princess (10/10 tiki drink) and the paper bag beer + blind shot pick (gross but kind of fun if you like beer, I think we got a PBR lol). For apps we got the Wagyu pigs in a blanket and the broccoli cheddar soup to share. The piggies were so savory and delicious. For entrees we got the fish and chips and rainbow roll. The fish was perfectly battered and tasted great. The rainbow roll had good flavor but really fell apart immediately. I felt like the presentation could have been improved. They also did not bring out soy sauce with the roll and didn't come even after asking our server for it. Still good flavor to the fish. We finished off the night with the monkey bread (100/10). So sweet and delicious! It came out hot and fresh with a side of ice cream. Definitely sugar overload but totally worth it. And our nightcaps were the Espresso Martini (HAVE to get) and the Campfire Vibes. Both great drinks. Highly recommend this spot for any special night out.

We had the crab cakes and crab & artichoke dip for apps and our lunch entrees were the fried catfish sandwich with fries and the filet with mashed potatoes and collard greens. For bevvies, we tried their rosé and red zeppelin English ale. All of it, every bit and bite, was 10/10. Food breakdown: - Crab cakes: succulent lump crap meat within a lightly battered and flash fried coating. They come on a bed of arugula with a light dressing and dipping sauce for the cakes. Super yummy! - Crab & artichoke dip: ooey gooey deliciousness, perfect balance of cheese sauce too. You don't have to search for the crab or artichokes. And the fried naan chips were sliced long and thin, and could've been called naan fries actually. Perfect companion for the dip. - Fried catfish sammich: the piece of fish was huge and the batter was good. It came on Texas toast with fixins and tartar sauce. Won't lie, the only thing I wanted for was some hot sauce. That's a me problem... just gotta have hot sauce when I eat fried fish but I didn't ask for any while I was there (they may offer it) and still very much enjoyed the sandwich. - Filet: it was great... hubby got it medium and it arrived perfectly cooked. The Demi glaze sauce was so good and so were the sides. Their collard greens are seasoned up! I said does my auntie work here?! This cuisine is so comfortingly southern and didn't disappoint. Shoutout to our friendly and helpful server, Dan... our food and drinks came out quickly and so did our to-go box. His service was truly top notch. We have been living in Carmel for 5 years and this is one of the best restaurants here. If you're on the fence about trying this place, jump off and make a reservation. You won't regret it.

The pimento cheese dip was fine; closer to a nacho cheese dip. Both dips came with too few naan dippers to finish the dip (they charged extra for extra naan to finish the dip). - The cajun pasta was fine. Pasta was cooked well. I got it with chicken, which tasted good. The sauce was fine. - The hot honey chicken tenders were crispy, but lacked flavor. - The CBR chicken sandwich was good. Crispy and good size. - Do not order the side mac n cheese. $6 for some Stouffer's mac n cheese topped with the pimento cheese dip (that's basically nacho cheese dip). Overall, if someone asked to meet here for a meal I would request another restaurant but I'd still eat here if they insisted.
