Two tiny little pieces. 5 burgers. None of them labeled so we have to dig through each box to figure out who has what. Burgers were cold. Cheese curds were good. Consistently do not follow requests. I frequent this location often due to its location. While the food meets expectation, the service is hit or miss. I prefer my pop without ice and always request such. Sometimes they'll give me a drink without ice and sometimes they won't. Same goes for marinara sauce with the cheese curds. So this might be the first fast food review I've written. I think. Maybe? At least that I can remember. So why am I writing this? Because Culver's is the one fast food place I seem to crave and even after I eat it, I don't feel sluggish like I had a heavy fast food meal. 5 stars - Frozen custard. We've gone through their drive through just to get frozen custard before. Their daily rotating flavors are good. But their vanilla and chocolate combo is the best. Simple yet satisfying. The texture is good even if you don't eat it right away and drive home first before consuming it. It's even good after being put in the freezer overnight when I can't finish it in one sitting. The texture is spot on. Creamy, not icy! 5 stars - Crinkle cut fries. My weakness. Craveable for sure. They are cooked fresh every time. And the salt sprinkle is not too much or too little. The crisp exterior and fluffy interior is what makes this fry a standout. 5 stars - Friendly service and employees. Even though the drive thru here is always packed, their service is speedy. You park your car in a drive thru parking spot after ordering and paying at the drive thru and they walk your order out to you. Even in the rain! By now, it's fairly well established that I'm a fan of the Culver's chain. Having been in the Indiana market now for a few years, Culver's has grown to over 50 locations statewide with more on the way. While Fishers has had the 96th Street location for a while, this location on Olio Road is one of the newer ones here in Central Indiana. I was out on a drive in the Geist area after a long work week. I stopped at another ice cream joint, but it was packed and I just really wasn't feeling it. After a bit more driving, I found this spot right across from Peyton Manning Children's Hospital. Culver's is definitely fast food, though it's typically on the higher end of the fast food market. The food is made fresh and they offer dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, and they're hooked in with some of the local delivery options. This one definitely looks newer, though the parking lot is surprisingly small. The interior is spacious and there are some dividers creating a greater intimacy and also enhancing the concept of distancing. This Culver's is also operating with a double-sided drive-thru similar to what Chick-fil-A has been doing since the pandemic started (though they'd designed it slightly pre-pandemic). While I like it in theory, Culver's definitely hasn't mastered it quite yet. Still, it's certainly better than a single line. The two lanes are clearly marked. You pull up and there are people in both lanes taking orders. You can pay by credit card with them or pay cash at the window. After you order, it switches to single lane. The drive-thru area is rather congested since you do typically have to pull to the side to wait on your order. However, they seem to have a fairly smooth system going and the person working today was super friendly. Interestingly, they take your order before you arrive at a menu - you have to use a QR code to get the menu. That's definitely a time-sucking activity. However, having gone to the 56th & Post location regularly throughout the pandemic and waited in extraordinarily long lines I'm at least grateful for the effort here to create a system that is more effective and efficient. It's not perfect, but it's an improvement. Because I was only ordering a concrete mixer, I was able to sit at the window for a couple minutes on my order. So, overall, things were pretty smooth and the mixer was awesome. As another plus, they do also have a decent-sized outdoor patio area. I would definitely return when in the area. I do hope, however, that they keep tweaking the drive-thru experience. read more

My kids love eating here. The food is generally hot since they don't make it until you order, and the quality is usually pretty good. Occasionally they forget to give us something or get the order wrong, which I understand--people are human. But I like taking my kids here a lot less since they opened the in-person drive-through ordering system (which has been since the pandemic began. The lines are 10x longer (which can back up out onto Southeastern Parkway and down the back alley street, causing even more delays when people don't alternate cars and try to cut others off to be first). You have to scan a QR code to get the menu on your phone, which I think takes some people a long time to navigate. They have 2 possible lanes for the drive-through, but I've only even seen 1 open, even during peak times. And the employees seem miserable (and have said as much on a few occasions) being outside in this weather. It also seems like there are wifi connection issues with their ipads/card readers that seem to cause even more delays. read more

This is the ONE time I've come to Culver's and was disappointed. I ordered a single at the drive thru. Service was friendly and quick, however, the sandwich just didn't seem freshly cooked, the meat was dry, cold and the whole thing was just kind of slapped together. The quality was definitely not as good as it usually is at Culver's. One other issue with this location is the parking lot layout is just odd- not their fault, the adjacent traffic intersection round-a-bout contributes to Culvers' parking snafu. So unhappy right now. We went to Culver's (drive through) for dinner. The last few times, we hVe been shorted on our order. One time, they gave is two pieces of fish when we ordered three. Little things like that. This time, our order was 2 eight piece chicken tenders and a 4 piece. Got home and all were 4 piece, shorting us eight pieces of chicken. This has happened before a few times. But it has happened the last 3 or 4 times we've gone there, to the point that I see a pattern and believe this is intentional. We always head to Culver's for some gold ole concrete mixers. Heath and Andes mints that's my go to. Their burgers... not so fond of, but their cheese curds HGH we love em. Especially since the state fair took away the Wisconsin cheese curd stand. I personally don't like burgers anymore and not bc of all the bread, but bc of how GREECY they are. I don't blame Culver's for this, but they aren't called "butter burgers" for nothing haha recommend for the ice cream. read more

This is primarily a review of their drive through and transparency in available items and prices There's no menu with all options and mostly just photos. Have to talk to a kid with an iPad to try to sort through what is available because it's more than what's shown on the little card they hand you or even the larger menu display (which is only on own side so if you happen to get in the other lane, they can take your phone and go take a picture if it ) isn't complete. I don't use a drive though for such a silly process. I shouldn't need to ask item by item how much it costs! Or if they have other sizes of chicken strips (hint- they do! For my first time there, I went to the north entrance. I exited on the south but had to get out of the lot by going east to a side road and then headed west to get on Olio Rd. It is a corner restaurant and a little difficult trying to figure out near a roundabout. I saw that the flavor of the day was bonfire S'mores. It was hard to resist as it is the season for S'mores, and the custard would not melt so fast in the fall weather. Chocolate chips and broken pieces of graham cracker in chocolate custard. I love Culver's and their food, but recently this location has been disappointing me in terms of customer service. I came in to get dinner and they unfortunately messed up my order (missed the cheese curds), which was totally fine. However, when I spoke to an employee named Andre, he completely ignored me. Once I did get his attention he said that my order was fine and that I was overreacting! Eventually I spoke to another employee who was able to get my cheese curds for me. Love the food and company, don't love the service especially from Andre. Will not be returning to this location, the one in Noblesville is much better. read more

We picked up dinner via the Drive-through tonight and this was a mistake. The burgers were basically raw. I called the restaurant and was offered coupons, which I declined as I have no desire to eat there again. A very rude manager got on the phone and informed me that to get a refund we need to drive all the way back and return the food. Absolutely ridiculous but on the way to return the inedible food now. Very nice new Culver's location. Culver's is the only "fast food" brand that I frequent. It is quality "fast food" and I appreciate that the employees at every location I have visited (MANY locations since I travel through four midwest states for wotk) are always super friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Definitely a few steps above the typical sullen and unhelpful employees in many fast food chains. This dining room is very attractive, and the partitions lend a more cozy and private dining experience. Three tvs are available for viewing. The food is excellent, fresh, and cooked to order. The restaurant was extremely busy but service was quick and the dining room spotless. Tables were cleared and cleaned as soon as they became empty. This is a high profile location across from the hospital, near much shopping and at a busy exit off I-69. I expect that it will do a high volume of business. The challenge here is the complex roundabout on which the restaurant is located. I am very experienced with roundabout navigation, living in Carmel, the Roundabout Capital of the World. However, this roundabout is the most complex I have seen. It consists of multiple lanes, unique signage, and five exits. Throw in the many cyclists that travel through it from the Olio Rd. bike lane to make this a challenging roundabout. Even the directional sign looks like a giant spider! read more

Everything about this place is amazing. From the service to the food. My grandma takes me here about once a week and we love it. We always get our food in 5-10 minutes and everything is always hot and fresh. I always get the same thing and it never disappoints. The workers are always very kind and are never rude. Of all the times I have been I have never had a bad experience. They also have an amazing ice cream selection. A fun thing that I think they do is the flavor of the day. Everyday they have a different cool flavor that you can order. They still have their normal ice cream on top of that too. The service is quick and efficient and we have never had our orders messed up. You can tell that they try their hardest to make sure everything is right. Never fails that these guys mess up our order. Today the kids were incredibly rude, and by the time we got our custard it was basically liquid. All we ordered was 3 single scoops sundaes and it took over 12 mins to get them. 4 cars behind us got their orders before us and when given the order the kid was extremely rude. All but threw the sundaes in my lap. This place has really gone down hill. This place is just getting worse. If I could leave a half star I would. We absolutely love this Culver's and Culver's in general. They are so quick even when the line is crazy and the food is always fresh and yummy. I love that they have a gluten-free bun since I am Celiac. Their ice cream of the day flavors are always posted online by location and on their sign out front and visible when driving by. We also love to collect Scoopie tokens and have gotten all the different prize options!
