The milkshakes are always good here. But they have some sort of order taking system that involves kids standing outside in all weather with an iPad. I drove up today and it was 30° and rainy. The girl there had no shelter, and just a patio heater to stay warm with. I don't know if the manager had it in for her or what, but that's just inhumane. There's no roof over these kids whatsoever. They can sit there and burn in the sun for their job, or freeze in the cold and rain. It's like some kind of messed up fast food Boot Camp. We all have to put up with bad conditions in our jobs sometimes, but this is unnecessary and ridiculous. Just fix the speaker on the sign, and let the kids go inside. And just to be clear, I am just a regular customer. I'm not related to any of these kids, I don't even know their names. But mean is mean, and I don't have to put up with that in the places I shop at. I am a business owner, and I would never treat my employees like this. read more

we USUALLY have a great experience at Culver's off the Campus Pkwy roundabout. this time, however, was very different. we were missing a burger and chz curds so we drive back, get the burger and STILL NOT CHZ CURDS. the absolute worst Culvers experience we have had in the YEARS of patronage. the employee even read back both the burger and chz curds and we still did not receive an order of chz curds. very upset. read more

We drove through and I had been charged for a custard that was supposed to be free (aka included in kids meal). As we sat down in the parking area waiting for our food, we asked Jacob about our receipt and he was very kind and helpful and no questions asked, handed us a free concrete mixer voucher for next time. Sometimes you just want some good chicken fingers and fries and Culver's is my go to! Their chicken fingers are a good sized serving with fresh chicken that's lightly breaded. I love dipping them in bleu cheese dressing . Culver's also has some delicious root beer that they make and it's the perfect compliment to the salty, savory chicken fingers/fries. Every time I've been to this location their staff are also kind, courteous, timely and accommodating to patrons needs, rounding in the dining around to remove trays or check on guest's meals. Drive through has several designated spots to wait in after ordering to keep the line moving, so good for kids on the go. read more

Maybe I was just really hungry, but my Mushroom Swiss Burger was so good! It was probably the juiciest burger I've had in a long time, and certainly the juiciest fast-food burger I've ever had. At Culver's, you have to tell them each extra item that you want on your burger (such as lettuce, tomato, sauces, etc.), and I forgot to do so, but I'm glad I didn't because the combo of a lotta meat with Swiss and mushrooms was perfect -- my burger didn't need anything extra. This Culver's is off of a roundabout and can be a pain to get to if you miss your exit (which we did). read more

Ordering healthy at Culver's is still tasty! Try their Cashew Chicken Salad it won't disappoint. Their grilled chicken breast is so good!! They have a really tasty honey mustard dressing! Tonight the card machine was down so I had to get cash. I came back and the card machine was working. Today my grandkids and I stopped by for lunch and a frozen custard. The food was excellent and the custard is to die for but the service was the highlight of the visit. It had been a while since I had been so I had too many questions for the drive up person but he patiently talked me through the options. Our main food order took about 25 minutes to be delivered to our table. We got 3 kids meals that come with ice cream. When we ordered that, we waited 10 minutes before my wife went to the counter. Apparently our order was misplaced. Very poor management and the slowest Culver's we've ever visited. We asked to speak with the manager but he or she never came out so we left. read more

Awful. Just plain awful. Had a late night craving for ice cream. I'll think twice about going to this location again. Just ordered a simple hot fudge sundae. Simple right? Not so much. Not only was the price ridiculous. Nearly $4 for a one-scoop sundae. Outrageous. Barely any hot fudge. And the ice cream was the worst I've ever had. If you've ever had leftover chili, bean soup, or beef stew, you know that film of grease that forms on top? When you re-heat it, if you're not careful, that little bit of fat won't dissolve. That's the best way I can describe this ice cream. Sweetened lard is pretty much what it tasted like. Disgusting. Culver's normally nails it when it comes to ice cream. We've had pretty good luck stopping here in the past on the way to shows at Deer Creek. Granted this was the 1st Friday of Lent, but they served us fish that was dripping in grease :( Also, there just seemed to be a lot of young people standing around doing nothing, but staring at people... system seems to be a little off. They definitely need some direction in the kitchen, whether the oil was too cold or they were just trying to do too much, too fast, it was inedible. I usually get a butterburger and they never disappoint. The burgers seem to melt in my mouth, there is the perfect combination butter on the buns. In addition, they have delicious delicious ice cream which seems to complement anything on their menu. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. read more

Culver's is always my go-to fast food restaurant when I want something quick to bring home. I have always been impressed with the service at this location and the food UNTIL yesterday evening I got home with my order and realized they'd forgotten to put my burger in the bag. Sad and frustrated, I made the drive back to Culvers and brought the bag inside. The manager immediately apologized, offered to remake the ENTIRE order, and even offered me a drink while I waited. To top it all off, he gave me two coupons for free value baskets. I am thoroughly impressed with how they graciously handled the situation & even though a mistake was made, they went above and beyond to make it right. I will most definitely continue to visit this Culvers whenever have a craving for cheese curds & butterburgers! read more

The only thing about this shop is the location is weird, you have to drive into it straight out of a roundabout. The staff here are lovely, great people! The service is efficient and the food is good, for Culver's . Something that really stood out was how clean the place was! No longer have Buffalo Chicken tenders. No one seems to know if they are temporarily or permanently off the menu. Received a half cup of chili. Weeks ago my wife went through drive thru and received a cold hamburger. Used to be a great restaurant. Now they seem to be on the same level as McDonalds or Burger King. read more

This Culvers was our go-to place every Sunday night for a couple of years because it is my kids favorite. So much so that some employees usually recognized my order. The food is typical, the people are typical - some friendly some not. Never had to much of an issue until a few months ago when things seem to start going down hill. Onion rings are always soggy, partly because they are barely cooked and partly because they changed to a plastic container and it holds the steam in, and I always ask for extra crispy. I've gotten the wrong sandwich or toppings multiple times and wrong size of items. Just seems they aren't trying as hard. I realize they are very busy but they won't have that problem if they keep going downhill. read more

I would prefer this location to the other culver's locations I've been to. Place is powered by teenagers from what I noticed and they work pretty fast. I'm impressed. The place is clean and well maintained as well. Staff have been friendly and pleasant from the few times I've been there. Once or twice something was skipped from our orders but no biggie. Getting in and out of this place is a challenge. If you are not familiar with the area you will find yourself doing circles around the roundabout. Culvers is another fast food chain added to the area. Food is average. I'm in Indy, so I have to try Culver's. This place is packed. For its location, the weird exit off a weird roundabout, this joint is bursting at the seams with guests. I enter the drive through and my order was taken quickly and so I proceed to a spot to wait. A few later my burgers are delivered. Delicious. But the orders were wrong. No big deal because they were still delish. Worth a try, even if the flavor of the day is double strawberry- yuck. read more

The food is top notch but they are getting out of control with these lines. They are allowing so many cars that there is no where to park. They are doing the whole "find a spot to park and we will run you food out to you when it's ready." Really surprised this location isn't rated higher. It's clean, the employees are friendly, helpful, polite, and always cleaning! The food is a bit above typical fast food; the onion rings are in a class by themselves. The Culver's brand root beer is VERY good if you don't get the diet version. The menu, unlike most fast food, has variety but I've not yet been adventurous enough to steer away from my usual burger or chicken. I'm not a huge custard fan but Culver's is one that I will gladly eat as an accompaniment to hot fudge. ;-) Coupons (newspaper glossy, Calendar to purchase at Christmas, and Discover Indy) make the cost for a family doable. We stopped in for a late lunch at 2:50 pm on a Saturday. My husband and I ordered our dinners and they brought out the wrong meal. The teenager who delivered it stood there and said Um about four times like he didn't know what to do. So I took the wrong meal up to the counter to get it replaced and the manager Sue came over and said give me your food. I said it is the wrong meal. She said I heard you give me the food. Then she told the kitchen to take the meat off the sandwich and put it into the roast beef dinner. Then they brought it back out without the roll or the gravy. So I had to go back up to ask for the gravy. Also the cole slaw with my shrimp dinner was rotten. I didn't even mention that to them after the rude way I was treated earlier. My husband & I went to this Culver's on 3-17-19 around 7:30pm & came away VERY disappointed. While the restaurant was clean & service timely, the food & it's prep were very poor. Both our meals were lukewarm. My cod fish dinner was very tasteless & lukewarm. My husband's chicken sandwich was small in size & bland in flavor. Beautiful and clean restaurant. I always saw workers cleaning the floors and booths. Cashiers extremely friendly and helpful. It's hard to wait in a line. Everyone seems to wait against the wall and just jump forward when they think they're next. They need that metal bar that Wendy's has to create a queue. The custard was delicious. Very nice family atmosphere and even though the parking lot was full there were tons of seats inside. So don't be scared to come in and sit down. The location is a little wonky because of the nearby roundabout but it's not that difficult. read more
