I asked the clerk to void the round-up since I wasn't familiar with the organization. He did not know how to do that. He asked the manager to help. She said I would have to place the entire order again to remove the round-up. My guests were already seated at the table. I was not going to have them re-order. I paid the round-up. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is made fresh so takes awhile to prepare. They give you a table number and deliver the food to your table. The sandwich was free, but I added a slice of colby jack cheese for an additional $.30 (tremendous value, by the way, most other restaurants charge around $1). I was given the wrong cheese.
