Stopped here to try out this new Icecream spot. I arrived around 7:30 and there seemed to be a decent amount of people as though they all had the same idea, to get Icecream after dinner. It's located right off Olio in a strip mall. There are other businesses there so the parking lot was pretty full although parking didn't seem like too much of an issue. This is one of those places where they don't have inside seating so when you order and get your treat, you have to find a seat outside which they have 3 or 4 tables out there or take it to go. I'd say the best thing about this place is the fact that they have non-dairy oak milk Icecream as an option and it's actually really good. Great addition to this area of Fishers.

Bruster's is currently walk up only (the door was locked when we went). We ordered our ice creams and enjoyed them at the outside tables. The kids got kid sundaes: a scoop with crushed oreos and a worm which the kids loved! I got a small which comes with two scoops! The ice cream is so creamy!!!! And there are tons of vegan flavors so I'll be bringing my family that enjoy dairy free treats!

I never shy away from coffee ice cream and Bruster's was a pleasant surprise. The sweet aroma of the waffle cone in a handy holder was just as satisfying as the taste of this homemade cold brew ice cream with chocolate flakes and (I had to look it up)...pie crust pieces. Espresso Yourself will be my go-to at Bruster's!

We love Bruster's! My family and I decided to try it now that it's just right down the road from us. It was delicious. We tried several flavors. I got the peanut butter cup sundae and it was VERY good! However I could have done without allllllll the whipped cream. I will probably do without it next time. Also - you can't sit inside but you can walk up and order like Handel's on 116th. We will be back!

So good! My friend and I stopped by after a workout during the heat wave, and it was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed a banana split and a two-scoop banana pudding waffle cone, and every bite was delicious! The tucked-away patio creates such a cozy spot to enjoy your treat, and the walk-up ordering window makes it easy to grab your ice cream and relax. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and everything hit the spot. We'll definitely be adding Bruster's to our list for future ice cream runs! read more

Heard about this place from a friend that said it compared to Handel just fewer options so I tried it. Had a nice selection of ice cream. I went to walk up window and ordered the superhero Italian ice. It was super hot so I needed something to cool me down. Super hero has blue, cherry and lemon flavors so it's red white and blue. There seems to be plenty of parking, with easy in/out from olio. I will return. read more

Good scoop size. The fruit flavored ice cream was a bit more artificial tasting than other local ice cream shops in the area. Those in our group who had the chocolate flavors said they were very good. Service was quick and employees were friendly. Seating is outdoors on the side of their building. read more

While the customer service was great, and we were allowed to sample different flavors, the ice cream is definitely overpriced, in my opinion. We went back in December, and the ice cream was good, but not memorable. And It's not great enough for me to return and pay those prices again. Great service and location! read more

Great ice cream with great service! As of recent Bruster's has been my go to for quality ice cream and I love that they offer both traditional and non-dairy (oat milk). My go to flavors have been the Key Lime (Traditional) and the Cookies & Cream (Non-Dairy). Both are great in their own way, especially during the hot summer months. Service is provided through a window but they do have a few tables/seats outside. If you are ever in the Fishers area and are looking for a quality treat, check out Bruster's! read more

Pretty good ice cream! I really like the caramel coconut cookie as I haven't found anything else like it around here. Prices are comparable to other ice cream shops around. Service is always friendly and when it is nice out, they have tables to sit outside as it is a walk up order window. read more

Mmmmm. Brusters is very good! I would say it's a little much expensive than some of the other shops around but it's good! My favorite flavor so far has been a seasonal one that was a almond wedding cake flavor with black raspberry jam in it. Please bring it back and I will come daily!! read more

I stopped by last night to see what all they had to off. Cute location but I can see parking getting crazy in the summer. It was so nice to see a place fully staffed! I was able to try three samples and ended up getting a half gallon of New York cheesecake (my absolute favorite- amazing in a cake!) and Wedding Cake! Wedding cake was absolutely amazing- I wish it had icing in it but the almond flavor was delicious! Chef's kiss! Service was great! Price was fair for homemade ice cream and they had so many options! What a great addition to the neighborhood!! The ice cream is amazing with a unique consistency that highlights flavor. They have opened with plenty of staff to match the quality of product. I kept waiting for the little ol lady from the Wendy's ads to come out and scream where's the ice cream! Like a previous review, the flavor of the ice cream was good but portion size was ridiculous for the price. I personally will not go back after paying that much for so little, especially when there are better local ice cream shops like Sundaes. read more

She told me about the cookies and drinks they have. The drinks sounded interesting so I thought I'd try one out. I asked the worker for her recommendation and she told me her favorite drink was the Full Blitz. The base was sprite mixed with some fruity flavors. It sounded good, so I purchased that. It didn't take her long to make it, and the color of the drink was pretty. I was happy with the selection because it was delicious, I thanked the worker for her recommendation. They offer different sizes, I went with the smallest which was a 16oz and it cost a little under $4. I noticed the inside isn't too big, and it looked more like you grab and go here. I didn't see any inside seating for dining in, although outside had a table so could be an option for when the weather is nice. Parking for this location is street parking, they have spots right out front, and it is free. They change cookie flavors every Friday morning.

It was not as soft as the first cookie however, it was also not very sweet which was good. I would probably order this again.

It took a big before the server came over, but the hostess did warn us that he did just have another table seated before us. The beer drinkers in our party enjoyed their beers. We started out with two apps... cheese curds and pretzel bites. When they came to the table, neither looked like they do on the website. On the website the pretzels looked a bit better than something you'd get in a mall, and they stated they came with cheese and mustard. In real time they only had cheese. The cheese curds also looked completely different and were smaller portions than shown online. For our meals we had a burger, a chicken sandwich, and I had the southwest salad. There seemed to be a little miscommunication with our waiter about the dressing for my salad, and that resulted in my salad missing some ingredients but he resolved it. But also of note, the menu listed a "avocado lime vinagrette" and the salad came with a guac that just looked like it was maybe left in the blender a second longer than it should have been. The burger was huge. We all agreed the food was "good" but we wouldn't add it to our list of must haves next time we are in town. The disappointment more came from things that hyped us up on the menu online and in store and then weren't actually the same. :(

And the biscuit is enormous and they have a jelly/jam bar to get some toppings. Ordering is at the counter and there was a line out the door today. Then sit down with your number and they bring out the food. Setup very similar to other locations. If you are in the area and have a craving for a biscuit, Vicious is the place.
