My husband and I always love cold stone ice cream. I love that they have a couple dairy free options since I am lactose intolerant. My husband got the cookie dough and said it's the best he had ever had. Good service. There was no line and it was very quiet inside at the time we went.

We can't stop visiting this Cold Stone. The staff gives generous services and happily accommodates dietary restrictions. We've been visiting in the winter and wish there was better seating for people. Instead, we have to eat in our cars / on the way home.

Ice cream is very good, but the line is usually way too long. We have braved it a couple of times, but when the weather is nice expect to wait.

We used to frequent this Cold stone when it opened over a decade ago and was pretty pleased, however, you can always tell when a business has only 3 teens working with minimal CS on a weekend, it's bound to head south. There was a family of 5 in front of us, finishing their order. Unsure where to stand, we went towards the register since no one greeted or acknowledged us. We waited there while the blonde rang up the family in front of us. Another family of 5 walked in and stood in front of the ice cream counter, and the blonde went right up to them and took their order. The mother didn't say, they were first, and the rest of the staff didn't look interested in taking our order either. I stood there w my 2 children while her family ordered and left. Our order was taken and we left right after - I wanted to leave before ordering but my kids really wanted cold stone. Idk, maybe it was my dark hair or tattoos, maybe my race and that I was the only mixed identity in that location but being blatantly ignored or overlooked made me pretty upset- enough to write this review. Idk why we were skipped over, idk why the other 2 teens didn't help? And idk why the mother prior didn't wait her turn... but I definitely know what I experienced tonight. Based on the other reviews, seems like it's standard practice with this location. Sad. It really does make a difference so please educate your staff on civil equality engagement.

Cheesecake Fantasy! This, along with Birthday Cake Remix, is one of my favorite Cold Stone Creations.

The first ice cream place I ever tried and loved was Dairy Queen. There's a long backstory as to why but simply put, nothing beats a Blizzard. Of course, Dairy Queen doesn't have cheesecake-flavored ice cream. In fact, even cheesequake blizzards are a recent development. So when I discovered that I loved cheesecakes and wanted to merge that love with ice cream, I discovered Cold Stone's cheesecake ice cream. My parents thought it was way too expensive, but I had a cousin who wanted to pamper me: it was a special, once-in-a-while treat. For some reason, my teenage self decided to stud it with Oreos and gummy bears and that's still my go-to order, although the Creation with cheesecake ice cream is more summer-friendly and just tastes better, especially as an adult. Personally, I've loved their cake batter ice cream (and its Creation signature), sweet cream, and the Oreo creme- it tastes EXACTLY like the cream inside of an Oreo, as promised. I also just love the marble stone process, and their cones aren't bad! Every time I've gone, I've sampled multiple flavors before deciding, although I'm not sure if that's still true in the time of COVID. Basically, if you like your classics and are looking for a LOT of ice cream for $5, this is your spot.

I'm a sucker for some mix-ins. Chocolate ice cream with smashed Reese's in it? Yes. Cake batter ice cream with fudge brownies and sprinkles smashed in it? Yep. The ice cream/mix-in combos are hard to choose between because they all make me excited to order. Service is usually good and although I don't love hanging out in the ice cream shop, there's comfy seats outside, so great for a warm day (but let's be honest, I go in the winter too).

While in Carmel (Clay Terrace), I decided to grab a bowl of ice cream. I've only been to one other Cold Stone Creamery before, which I enjoyed, so I thought this would be another good experience. It was. I know they offer lots of fancy concoctions and even more mix in items, but I tend to keep ice cream simple: I want to taste the ice cream as created, not add lots of other sweet items. They were advertising a couple flavors and I decided to get a little of both: the Whipped Meyer Lemon sorbet and the Wild Blueberry Muffin Batter ice cream...side by side in the medium bowl. Wow! What a combo! The lightness of the sorbet with that bit of tartness paired really well with the thicker richness of the ice cream. I felt like a genius! I have to laugh that so many negative reviews (sadly they are 1 star) are because of the price. It's Carmel! It's Clay Terrace! What do you expect? It's ice cream. If you can't afford an occasional splurge on a treat, how can you afford to live here? SMH I enjoyed the ice cream and even splurged and bought a taffy apple from the other business to go. Always consistent. Ordered frozen Reece cupcakes. Kids and husband loved them. They were premade, so ready when I walked in to grab and go.

I scream for ice cream!!!!! My husband and I stopped for a sweet tooth fix and man was it fixed. Delicious! I had the Founder's Favorite. The pecans, brownie, fudge and caramel were to die for. My husband had the Cookie Doughn't You Want Some. He seemed happy, but I thought mine was much more tasty :)

    Best frappe!!! Mocha flavor :)

Love love love this place!!!! I always come back here for Birthday Cake Remix ice cream on a waffle cone. They have so many ice cream options and they are all good!! :) I also enjoy their frappe drinks. When it comes to coffee, I am a big Starbucks fan. I specifically enjoy the mocha frappacino. But when I tried the mocha frappe from Cold Stone, I became a big fan of it. I think the taste is more richer than the one from Starbucks. There is a small patio outside, where you can relax and enjoy your ice cream and drinks. I really liked this location and the customer service was great as well. Overall, I definitely recommend checking this place out :)

It's good, but can be a little pricey. Still, if you like a large variety of unique flavor combinations, Cold Stone is worth a try. The ice cream is good, but lacks any character or quality that makes it worth the extra money you'd pay here versus a local ice cream stand (Handel's, anyone?). The cold stone preparation is a cool novelty, but hardly a consolation for the dressed-up, middle-of-the-road ice cream. Recommended Flavors: Birthday Cake Remix and German Chocolate Cake

No Label at The Table Food Company, Carmel, Indiana…read more A gluten-free, dairy-free bakery and food company staffed by people on the autism spectrum No Label at The Table isn't just a bakery. It's a quietly revolutionary act of love that happens to make extraordinary food. The story begins with a mother and her son, "Chef J," who was diagnosed with autism in 2000. When he turned eighteen and announced he wanted to be a chef, his family didn't laugh it off for long. They recognized what so many employers miss, which is that the very traits associated with autism, such as an exceptional palate, meticulous attention to detail, and a love of process-driven work, are strengths in a kitchen rather than liabilities. Rather than let her son be relegated to a dishwashing role that would waste his potential, his mom wrote a business plan, talked her way into the Carmel Farmer's Market, and built a real company around his dream. What makes this place remarkable is that it solved two problems at once. It gave Chef J meaningful work where he is the boss and executive chef running his own kitchen, and it created that same dignity for others. By their March 2018 grand opening, they employed 13 people on the autism spectrum, with employees who've gone on to build the company's website and others who've left to head off to college. They didn't just hire for charity. They built a workplace where neurodivergent employees are valued for exactly who they are. The name says it all, because there are no labels at this table. And the food delivers. Everything is genuinely gluten-free and dairy-free, not an afterthought but the foundation, since Chef J has eaten this way since he was a toddler, back when almost no one knew what "gluten free" even meant. The daily menu is mouthwatering and ambitious: German chocolate cakes, apple danish, snickerdoodle and red velvet cupcakes, whoopie pies with marshmallow meringue, English muffins, garlic breadsticks, fresh bread loaves, s'more bars, brownies, and more, rotating fresh each day. People with dietary restrictions often resign themselves to mediocre substitutes. Here, the allergen-friendly baking is the whole point, and the quality shows. The philosophy behind it is the real heart of the business. As the founder puts it, work should make you feel needed and important, and that need gives you a feeling that you are important. For someone on the spectrum, she explains, work has to be enjoyable, otherwise it's just another tedious task in a world that doesn't always make sense. That conviction is baked into every product they sell. **If you're in Carmel, go. Order online if you're not.** You'll get genuinely delicious gluten-free, dairy-free treats, and you'll be backing a family that turned "hope and hustle" into dignified, life-changing employment for an entire community of people the rest of the world too often overlooks. This is what a business with a soul looks like. Five stars, without hesitation. Location: 111 W Main St, Suite 145, Carmel IN 46033. Tue to Fri 10am to 6pm, Sat 10am to 4pm.
