The app was down today so I had to go inside and order at the counter old school style. The staff here is always on the move. No one is ever just standing around doing nothing. Even in the lunchtime rush, all the staff members had smiles on their faces and did not hesitate to help each other. It was really nice to see the professional teamwork in action. My order was fresh, warm, and correct. Can't beat that! The only struggle I have at this location is the parking lot. With the multiple lanes allotted for drive-thru orders and it being in such a high traffic area, just take caution when driving here and don't be surprised if you have to do a couple laps to wait for a parking spot. read more

This has got to be the worst Chick Fil A in business. They couldn't care less about the customers. For several months now their filtration system has been broken and they have yet to fix the problem. They rake in more money than all the fast food restaurants around them combined so save me the excuses and get it fixed. The manager I just spoke with said she hates to serve it but her upper management is telling her it's just fine. Well it's NOT and it doesn't taste good. This murky tea looks like apple cider or something and the taste is horrible and now I have two gallons to pour out that I paid $13 for. Chick-fil-A in general has a reputation for being a bit nicer & higher quality than its fast-food competitors. With that being said this location in particular sets the standard. Have not once had a single issue here. Chick- fill-A is always a good place for food. This is my first time at this location and they have close to 20 tables to sit inside. A lot of parking outside the entrance is for curbside pickup and they also have a busy drive-through. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The only odd thing I noticed is on the order counter they have placed tables to block most of the service counters which looks very weird. The servers are there to help you place an order and pay in the queue line but those tables blocking the order area are not eye pleasing at all. read more

I have my favorite meals saved and can order with the push of a button. The curbside option in the app is a godsend when that line gets outta control, but be forewarned... there are bugs in the system. One time my order took 30 mins to come out. Another time my order never came out and I had to go inside. Grrrrrr! The app is also awesome because sometimes the owner will just drop a free reward on ya, just cuz! It's maybe a large fountain drink or something like that, but every little bit counts, right? I have not been inside this location since my not-so-good experience on August 1 of 2018, so I cannot speak to any (hopeful) improvements to the points that I made in my last review. I do, however, want to give credit to the staff for a few positive things we have noticed more recently, specifically with drive-thru service. First, we have eaten here using the drive-thru multiple times throughout COVID-19. Every time we have been here, the staff has been friendly and helpful as always, and they have set up an efficient system of curbside order delivery. I love how, when they come to your car, they carry your order in a plastic tub and have you pick it up so they don't have to touch it. They pass it through your car window, and also hand you a scanner to enter your payment. Great job, Chick-fil-A! The other positive point I want to make is about their food and service. As we all know, Chick-fil-A is known for their delicious food, specifically their chicken. Every time I have been to any location, I have loved the food. They always deliver, as far as expectations on taste, temperature and quality. Something that really sticks out to me is the little details and things that they do to make customers feel special and appreciated. That happened to me on 1/25/2021 when I was there for lunch. My family had ordered, and when we got up to where they were handing out the food, they said, "We accidentally made an extra Frosted Lemonade" (apparently from another order), "so we put it in your bag". The service at this location is alway is amazing, but the new one lane drive-thru order is extremely inefficient and slow- like really slow! Guest now have to wait entirely too long for "fast food." The restaurant eliminated the second drive-thru lane and replaced it with a mobile lane (order ahead). This doesn't make a ton of sense when more than half of the parking lot is designated for mobile pick up. When I'm headed home after work and my kid tells me they want chick fil a, I don't want to have to pull out my phone and order it on the road. Why can't we pull up to the drive thru and order without having to wait 25 mins in line? It's truly terrible read more

When we first pulled in, my son even let out a groan and said, "Awww man! This is gonna take forever!" There was really quite a line. I counted 10 people ahead of me, in my line alone. Walked up at 9:08 and was told the inside was closed but because I had a truck and trailer that couldn't go through the drive through I could give my order to the drive through and they could just bring my order out. After waiting in the drive thru line and got up to order the manager running the drive through said I had to be in a motor vehicle. Why would the manager inside tell me different? For a fast food place this is one of my favorites! When you're looking for fast food, on the road, running errands, etc. it's great to see a Chik-fil-A! They have grilled chicken, great salads, the best chicken noodle soup (not just of fast food but the beat chicken noodle soup I've ever had, I can't replicate at home- big pieces of carrot and celery and a great spice balance with thick delicious noodles that never get mushy and over cooked). In other words, you can make pretty healthy choices here. But the waffle fries are amazing and of course the original sandwich is great! It's clearly NOT a processed patty but I piece of chicken breast. This restaurant also seems to keep enough staff to maintain both cleanliness and service that you don't often see in fast food places. They will come to your table and offer to refill your drinks! I love Chic Fil A and have been a customer all my life. I have had consistent poor service and food quality from this location. They don't issue a sales slip for orders, orders are always inaccurate. Food quality has decreased but prices have increased. Salads are basically iceberg lettuce with sparse toppings.
