I've been to this location 3 times now. Each time the service is fast and friendly, but this last visit was a bit disconcerting....I pull up to the menu at the drive thru and immediately hear a male voice say "Welcome to Arby's, I'll be right with you" indicating I may have to wait a few moments. Fine by me, I'm in no rush. As the associate was finishing his sentence I look up to see him walking out of the trash bin area across the parking lot. Now I know someone has to take out the trash, I just hope it's not the person handling my food. Maybe it's me being a germaphobe . But as soon as he hit the back door I begin counting to see how long it took him to take my order. Why was I counting you ask,? Because it should take a decent amount of time to walk to the hand washing sink, wash your hands (at least 30 seconds there), walk to the computer and begin taking my order. 1...2...3...4...5....6... "Hello thank you for waiting, what can I get for you today?" ....nope nope definitely did not have time to wash those hands....maybe he should've let me wait a little longer. Realizing that this expectation might be a little bit over-the-top, I believe the best in him and head to the window after placing my order without mentioning anything. But no worries it wasn't over. I decided while pulling up that if his hands looked a little wet or damp, then he must've washed his hands (even if it was just a few seconds)....this is real CSI type investigation here people. Unfortunately, my clean freak conscience was not satisfied! Bone dry, almost ashy hands reach for my debit card and pass me my food. Cue hand sanitizer. Drove through on a snowy evening and it wasn't busy at all. The employees were friendly and quick to take my order. I use to love their chicken cordon blue sandwich so I decided to order that. I was very disappointed! As you can see from my photos the chicken was puny and the ham and cheese was even more disappointing. There were barely any toppings on this sandwich and for an $8 sandwich I would expect a complete sandwich. This Arby's is hands down the worst. I'm talking about the so called manager and so called manager in training who is a teen. I did not receive my order for delivery. I understand that they have nothing to do with delivery services but...I received no info on what company was delivering order or any tracking info or even driver info! I'm SOL! I submitted a claim with my bank and will never ever ever eat Arby's again from this location. I get that it's probably Arby's policy that they are following so no Arby's ever again for me. Do not recommend visiting this locations. It's a nice store and clean location, although it's extremely disorganized. Ordered in the drive-thru and they made everyone park upfront and come inside to pickup the order. It was a mess. The food was okay, but the experience was awful. read more

Food was just OK.... French dip bread has to be a little harder like real Baguette. We had picked up food at this location. Not only was the order incorrect but the food was absolutely disgusting! The roast beef was NOT cooked properly! Most of it was literally raw... not just a little pink...RAW! The chicken tenders were also undercooked! We also received the wrong sides & were shorted on the jalapeño poppers that were ordered! The employees essentially screwed up the whole order, but the worst was the raw meat! We were not able to consume any of it! I called the restaurant directly to speak with a manager about it. I spoke with someone named Sierra who claimed she was an asst manager. She was extremely rude from the moment she answered the phone & refused to assist on this urgent matter or in refunding our money. She argued with me about the roast beef & essentially tried to say it was normal for Arby's to serve it raw. What?! After that, I mentioned to her I had taken pictures of all the food & was considering reporting the restaurant for unsafe practices. She said she didn't care. I then said maybe she needed to be reported as well for her poor customer service skills & negative representation of the restaurant. She stated she did not care about that either. She was truly just a nasty person & should be an embarrassment to the Arby's franchise! I then called the corporate customer service line & explained everything we had just experienced. That rep said a full refund would be processed for us which I will be watching for! He also said he would forward info to corporate about nasty Sierra. We definitely plan on reporting them to all appropriate entities. On a side note, I also contacted a relative who actually worked as a manager of an Arby's restaurant. He confirmed it certainly is NOT normal for Arby's to serve raw meat & that the manager is clearly incompetent at her job. Please be so careful if you plan on dining at this location! read more

Every time I have gone to this store they forget an item. This is my closest Arby's so I continue to come back to this restaurant. I doordashed a 2 meal order and they not only had someone randomly come pick up the order without checking if it was DoorDash but then said they had no history of the order. Completely ridiculous. Waited an hour for 4-5 different doordasher to tell me the food is gone. Tried calling the restaurant to sort this out and they never answered. read more

Drive up, order food. No signage for any deal even though I just saw a commercial. Ok, maybe not at this location. ‍ As I pay for the food, I ask the attendant when that deal starts. He said "oh, it's going on now". My reply "Really, there's no signage and I just paid $17 for this". This sweet & ignorant 17yo then says I can drive back around and get the deal. ‍ I kindly let him know that as they greet or when someone is ordering what the deal is (minus 1) and the cost is WAY lower by getting the deal, that would be good customer service. When I got home I was missing two roast beef sandwiches, ($5 worth of food) and no marinara sauce for the mozz sticks (even though he ask what sauces I needed). Don't waste your time. A bunch of kids running this location. Pre-ordered through the app, waited in line for over 20 minutes. When asked why such a long wait (assuming short staffing) "oh the guys like to just goof off and have fun back there" Not one thing from our order was correct. The lady handing the food through the window lost her cigarette as she was handing the food out. Fries were burnt to a crispy ball. Drinks were forgot. Circled around AGAIN.. waited! Enough to write my first ever review. Right before 10 o'clock the girl working the window made fun of me. All I did was smile at her. She didn't know I could hear her through the closed window as she was calling me a fat ass among other things to her coworker. She didn't say a word to me as she opened the window to hand me or shakes and take my card. She said something else that I couldn't quite discern. The employee laughed and looked right at me. As she was handing me my food I said, "You know I can hear you, right?" She just said, "That's fine," then hesitated while grabbing those stupid coupons. As she's handing me my card she tried to make up for it and said, "Have a good night." I just said, "Yeah," and drove away, not realizing she didn't give me straws or my receipt. Won't ever go to this Arby's again. The best part was that she was no skinny mini herself. Probably around 200lbs and with a major chip on her shoulder and permanent RBF syndrome. The service is always friendly, but I've had issues with the food at this location on several occasions. Twice the roast beef has been so thick and leathery that biting into it made a pop sound. Three times I've ordered a beef and cheddar and received only bread and meat. On the last visit, my fiance ordered a gyro and when he got home, realized they gave him a corned beef sandwich instead. If nothing else, this location needs to be more conscientious of the food and quality they are giving to customers. read more
