Landed in Indy and needed to eat before an appointment. Searched Google for places in Fishers and found 101 Craft Kitchen. So glad we came here. The food was awesome. My husband and I split a salad, he had crab cakes for his meal, I tried the croquettes and risotto balls. Everything was so tasty. We finished the meal with the peach butter cake. OMG! So good!!! I highly recommend eating here. Our server was Kimy and the GM is Jeff. They are the best!!

We had our first visit here during Devour Indy's Summer Fest. Long story short: WE LOVED IT! 1. Kids meals are a deal! They are $8 and come with a main, two sides, a drink, and a dessert. My kids got cheeseburgers and Mac and cheese and highly recommended it. 2. My husband ordered the Nashville chicken with pimento cheese and hot honey. If you could see the face he made when he bit into the burger, pure joy! He also had a side or Parmesan fries and Nashville chips with a ranch dip. 3. I ordered from the devour meal, which meant a 3 course meal for one price: A salad, jumbo shrimp pasta, and key lime parfait. Every dish was delicious! The staff was great! They checked on us frequently, refilled our drinks constantly and were ready to help with any request. I'm excited to come back for a girls night to try their happy hour specials at the bar next!

Our first visit here and a success! Our server, Amaya, was so kind and attentive. Our food came out fast and was delicious. The noise isn't bad at all, you can talk at normal volume and not feel like you are yelling. I got the lemon pepper chicken sandwich and my only issue was that it felt under seasoned. However, it was still great and filling.

Had a family dinner here and loved it! Great food, good drinks, and an overall lovely experience. Definitely a spot we'll return to!

We had the Butternut Squash Soup to start then the Pecan Chicken for the main course. The pecan chicken is a very hearty portion! I liked the flavor and it's paired with mashed potato's and green beans. My only critique is I didn't like the green beans on the bottom as they got all soggy from the chicken, potato's and sauce on top. I would order this dish again, but have them place the green beans on the side. The bar tender was very nice and attentive and the manager even stopped by to check to make sure everything was good which I appreciate.

Went to 101 Craft Kitchen for a birthday get-together with a group of 7 and had a great experience. Our server (I unfortunately can't remember her name) was super energetic, had great humor, and provided excellent service throughout the entire night. I ordered the pork schnitzel and was surprised by how big the portion was--in the best way. It was incredibly delicious and perfectly lemony. One of my favorite parts was the potato salad that comes with it; it was more potato-forward than creamy, which I loved. Overall, it was a perfect meal, and I even had leftovers for lunch the next day. Would definitely come back.

I really enjoyed this place! The best thing we got I think was the fried green tomatoes. My friend and I got a few apps and I got the wedge and she got a harvest bowl of sorts. Drinks and service were great and they have a wide menu so there is def something for everyone.

Ordered green chili, they recently changed recipe, server forgot to mention they added jalapeños to it, my mouth was on fire after every bite. Wouldn't have ordered it if I had known. Mead I didn't like, but that's just a personal thing. Ordered some sangria and there was a hair in it. I also didn't eat like any of my green chili and server didn't think to ask if I liked it or not when she was taking it away until I had to speak up later and say something. Again, a person thing, I just don't like speaking up sometimes. Reviews were great so I was surprised. Maybe I just had a poor server experience. The looks of the place are good, though.

The last time I ate here was when it was called 101 Beer Kitchen, but now it's called 101 Craft Kitchen. I'm not sure if the whole management changed or if it was just the name, but it felt like a completely different experience. Service was good, but the food was not good at all. All of the food had little to no flavor. The loaded tots barely had any sauce or toppings and tasted like regular plain tater tots. We asked for a side of ranch to add flavor but wasn't informed a very small side of ranch would cost $1 until we got the bill. The steak tasted like it wasn't seasoned even with salt or pepper. My friend said the sauce the steak came with made it taste like the meat was bad. The green beans were undercooked and also had no flavor. The potato cakes were decent. The shrimp in the po boy tasted fishy, but the bread was good and it was a big serving. The Nashville fries had a nice honey flavor and paired well and the tangy chipotle ranch. The fish and chips again had no flavor with no Parmesan on the "Parmesan fries." Overall, it was expensive, and the food wasn't good. The ambiance was nice, and I liked the covered and heated patio, but not great during sunset since they don't have blinds.

We got a reservation here to try yet another Devour Indy dinner. We were seated right away and our server came over shortly to greet us and take our drink orders. I had an espresso martini that was so good. I also had the herb salad and the chicken shawarma kebabs with house made hummus and tzatziki dips. I would definitely order this again. My dessert was the chocolate crème brûlée. It was tasty and filling.

Went to lunch with my parents and 101 Craft Kitchen. I was a little late to arrive to the restaurant however, I was quickly seated with my family. The staff had a menu out to me in no time flat and my order was placed a few minutes later.

This restaurant is amazing. When you walk in, the decor gives off a nice relaxing atmosphere and vibe. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. I got the hot chicken sandwich, Parmesan fries and the chips and dip appetizer. So much flavor in every bite. I'd definitely come here again for a family dinner or with the guys.

Ask the Community - 101 Craft Kitchen

Do they make their pork tenderloins fresh or from frozen patties?

    We patty them in house!

Is it possible to order a growler to go?

Sorry. No. It's 100 percent illegal per state liquor laws. You can only buy growlers if the beer is made onsite.

I did see they allow you to make reservations on Open Table, so I booked it for a weekday to try it out. It wasn't nearly as busy as the parking lot looked, there was plenty of seating. It was a nice day so they had the windows open and they also had someone playing live music so it was a tad loud but, not overly loud where you can't hear your conversation. The menu is not your typical menu, it's very crafty if that's a word. The service was very good, and she explained the menu well and we took her up on her recommendations. Turkey pastrami which I had never had before. It tastes really fresh and felt healthy. The salad comes in a little small bowl but full of goodness. It's a really nice place for a girls night out, or a family dinner. Wouldn't consider it a good place for date night as it is pretty loud.

I liked the added touch of the date night plaque at our table when we arrived. We started with the Evil Jungle Princess (10/10 tiki drink) and the paper bag beer + blind shot pick (gross but kind of fun if you like beer, I think we got a PBR lol). For apps we got the Wagyu pigs in a blanket and the broccoli cheddar soup to share. The piggies were so savory and delicious. For entrees we got the fish and chips and rainbow roll. The fish was perfectly battered and tasted great. The rainbow roll had good flavor but really fell apart immediately. I felt like the presentation could have been improved. They also did not bring out soy sauce with the roll and didn't come even after asking our server for it. Still good flavor to the fish. We finished off the night with the monkey bread (100/10). So sweet and delicious! It came out hot and fresh with a side of ice cream. Definitely sugar overload but totally worth it. And our nightcaps were the Espresso Martini (HAVE to get) and the Campfire Vibes. Both great drinks. Highly recommend this spot for any special night out.

This place has been a hit with my "21+" family due to the great food, great location, and usually good service. Minors are not allowed. I love the small town feel!! The restaurant vibe reflects the town. Everyone is very welcoming. I didn't catch bartenders name, but she was very friendly to everyone at her bar. She told us her favorites on the menu. I appreciated her knowledge about the restaurant and the menu. The bar area seemed a little dark, but that actually enhanced the experience of an old bar. We only sat in the bar area, I believe there is additional seating in another room, but I didn't look. I opted for a grilled tenderloin and a cup of beer cheddar jalapeño cheese soup. The sandwich's are Ala carte. The sandwich was bigger than I expected, that would have been enough for lunch. The trick with grilled tenderloin is that many times it is over cooked, so it is dry. This was cooked to perfection; cooked but still moist. The sandwich, with the "garden" was awesome. Now to the soup. I think she said they use wee Mac as the beer. The jalapeño was puréed. There was crispy bacon crumbled on top; I did not care for the bacon. The soup was odd to me as I was eating it. Because of the texture, it reminded me of corn chowder. There was a little spice/flavor from the jalapeño. What was odd to me, was it didn't wow me like I thought it would, but I kept eating it. So in the end, I think I really liked it bc I ate all of it!!! The menu is not large, but has a good variety for its size. The desserts were impressive, I just didn't have room for it. I could easily become a regular there!!

We got the escargot appetizer, which was so amazing that I've thought of nothing today but that escargot. I had the shrimp and grits as my entree and my friend had the salmon. We both enjoyed our entrees. They do have an espresso machine, so that was a huge plus to be able to order after dinner. Did I mention the escargot?!?!?!

However, we would probably order some different entrées next time. I got the Mediterranean chicken sandwich, which was a perfect size for me, but expected a little better flavor. It was a little hard to eat with the bun partially soggy on the bottom when it was served. The house chips were delicious and serving size was huge. Another person in my party got the fried green tomato sandwich, but did not eat much of it. It was a lot of bread and not a lot of good stuff between the bread. We were really disappointed that they were no longer serving the chicken street corn taco dish and I hope they put that back on the menu! I do need to mention that I don't even like sweet potatoes, but the sweet potato waffle fries were a 5/5!! The food was good enough. I would definitely try this place again, just need to order a few more things to figure out what I like best at FDR. None of us ordered beer, so can't speak to the brewery portion of the restaurant.

Great family friendly place in downtown Fishers…read more Lots of parking nearby and easy to walk to from the main Fishers area. There's plenty of seating and we've never had to wait. Service is always great. They have a couple staple beers that are refreshing but they have other options too for non beer drinkers. Food is actually really good. Flatbreads, wings, sandwich's - I'd recommend it all. Meet friend, date night, family over together, or grab dinner before downtown fishers or event center thing - great place for it!
