"Baller" Tots and Blueberry Tito's lemonade

The food here is some of my favorite in fishers. It has a great outdoor seating area that is covered and heated in winter. Fantastic lemonade and alcoholic drinks. Their French onion soup is a favorite! I also love their sweet potato fries. Some of the best in town! They are also kid friendly with high chairs and coloring pages!

Really nice brewery! We were here for a gathering the night before a wedding. Food was trayed out and was really tasty! They also had a pretty large beer selection. I had a couple stouts and my wife had a lager. This was a great location to stop into while we were in town for a wedding!

We came to Four Day Ray on a beautiful summer evening as a party of 7 when they were pretty busy. They were incredibly accommodating and our waiter Ryan quickly apologized for our "wait" once we were seated which was unnecessary. The food was fantastic. The beers were amazing. Just a very well run restaurant with great food and unexpectedly fantastic service. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Four Day Ray Brewing in Fishers is a poppin' scratch kitchen and brewery that makes and serves award winning beers. Their beers are constantly rotating in their 24-tap tasting room I tried the potent "Monks Tears" on tap in the tavern as well as their seasonal Special, "Blackberry Bourbon Smash" cocktail at the main bar in the dining area. Located in the heart of the Nickel Plate District, the unique setting for your next social gathering, date night, private party or corporate event. I went on a Saturday night to meet up with girlfriends who suggested we go here. The place was packed! The Tuna Poke Nachos with ponzu marinated ahi tuna, crispy wonton chips, unagi sauce, avocado wasabi crema, sriracha aioli, scallions, fresh jalapenos AND cilantro hit a home run in my mouth. I love the vibe of this place. It has a nice ambiance and atmosphere. The neighborhood is pretty cool too. The bartenders were all very friendly and helpful. I will be back to try some more of the menu in the near future.

A few of us decided to meet at Four Day for this months bookclub b/c none of us had been here before so why not give it a shot. We did not make a reservation since it was a Thursday evening but we were advised it was a 15 min wait - so not so bad. After 30 mins and multiple parties walking in and being sat, we checked in with the hostess that said we can be sat but would be in an area that didn't have anyone so it could take longer for service - we weren't sure about the intent of the comment but nonetheless we were sat amongst other empty tables on the patio area, which was great since the weather was perfect! Our server greeted us and since we had allergy restrictions, we had to do a bit of double checking with the kitchen, we were very appreciative of the consideration as they accommodated her. I had the bbq bacon pizza, it was tasty, we all agreed the cheese curds were a fave, I highly suggest trying!

We arrived and were seated quickly. Our seats upstairs overlooked the lower level (great spot)! Every table was full and the vibe was very chill. Our server came and took our drink order quickly and drinks arrived a short time later. I had the blackberry bourbon smash and my husband tried the track jumper ipa. Both were great! For appetizers we had to try the pork nachos and the baller tots (because with a name like that you HAVE TO TRY IT)! As we waited for the appetizers, the amazing aroma of slow cooked pulled pork filled the room. Soon, our appetizers arrived. The portion sizes were generous and the food was DELICIOUS. I'd recommend both! My husband ordered the tenderloin and I had the onion soup. The tenderloin was cooked perfectly with all the fixings on the side so you could make it just the way you like. My husband gave the tenderloin a solid 9.5/10. The onion soup was delicious as well. I wish there was just a little more broth. I would order it again! Definitely check this place out! We will be back!

    House salad with Nashville chicken

I went out for dinner alone Saturday night and sat at the bar. Because it had been a nice day everyone was out and about in downtown Fishers so I wasn't surprised that the restaurant was busy. I ordered a salad with their Nashville hot honey chicken, a beer, and fries. In my mind it was the perfect "girl dinner." Unfortunately, my waitress wasn't very interested in making sure that my experience went well. She forgot my fries entirely, but didn't charge me for them and barely checked on me. With this being said, I live nearby and go here often so this mishap with service was a first for me.

The beer here is pretty good. I enjoyed the orange and blueberry ales - the orange one reminded me of Treehouse Julius and the Blueberry I liked because it was somewhat sour, not as sweet as blueberry beers typically are. I also thought the spicy chicken sandwich was good - the spice was significant and reminded me of Hattie B's - not quite the same but for the first time in a while a "Nashville chicken" outside Nashville was actually spicy.

2.4.26 My friend &I are #EatingThroughTheAlphabet and we're on the #F restaurant, so of course @FourDayRay came to mind! She had a white sangria and the ahi tacos with chips and salsa. Fish was nice but tacos are definitely on the smaller side. Salsa was very mild and not a lot of flavor. I had the dill pickle hot chicken sandwich and fries, which was good and spicy, and the fries were nicely temperature hot. Several of the dishes passing us by for other tables looked pretty good. #yum #ReviewsByRL

6 of our former softball team of the '70s (now in our 70s) met here today for lunch. A local brewpub with an excellent menu of house made brews and great burgers, soups & wraps along with other sandwiches. Fries are very good as are the house chips.

We enjoy the fun vibes of this place. It's a great spot to come watch a game at. Good for date night, solo date, or a family meal. We really like the food here. Always tasty!

We went to celebrate a family birthday at lunchtime. We did have reservations and got seated right away. It was a party of 7 "rowdy" seniors and our server Amber did a fantastic job of serving us and remembered every single order including special requests. Free parking was readily available on two sides of the street including a parking garage across the street. I had a strawberry jalapeño margarita which had just the right amount of kick and was delicious. I had three tacos. Two were the special of the week with chicken and avocado and mango and one pulled pork taco. It came with salsa and tortilla chips. All were quite tasty and fresh. No carryout today. I joined the "clean plate club". I would recommend all of my food today.

This place is so good. I love how consistent the quality of food, and great beer options, too. They even promote local artists whose artwork is for sale. The service has always been terrific. Love going there and sitting in the patio area. It's amazing how many of my friends have commented about their love for Four Day Ray which I affectionately call 4DR.

We used to love going to the one downtown on Mass Ave also before it closed. But we're thankful this one is still open and that we live so close to it. It's such an intimate performance area, and the sound and lighting are great. They have open mic nights here every week, and I can see myself coming back in the future to listen to more music. This is the "mothership" B&B -- the OG. I've been to some of the other Books & Brews around Indy before they closed, and this one definitely feels like an original. It's very ... lived in, let's say. The layout makes no sense, and there's a lot of stuff everywhere. But it's a cozy space, and lots of people, including families with young kids, were there when I visited. I like that there are "third places" like this that adults and kids can visit to to play games and eat and have a beer. (The adults have a beer! Sorry, kids.) The food at any Books & Brews has never been my favorite. In fact, I usually avoid it altogether and just get beer. But this time, my drink of choice was kombucha, and I got an "Oliver Twist," which is a soft pretzel with beer cheese. That reminds me: The food and beverages on their menu have silly little literary names. You have to know something about me: When I see silly little names on menus for ordinary food items, a switch turns on inside me and I become a defiant brat. I will never play along and say "The Girl with the Chicken Nuggie Tattoo" instead of "chicken nuggets" or "A Tale of Two Piggies" instead of "the ham and bacon sandwich." Nope. It's not happening. And when I ordered the "soft pretzel" instead of the "Oliver Twist," they understood me just fine. There is a huge wall of shelves filled with board games that you can grab and play at your table. There had to have been at least 50 or 60 different games. They also have lots of new board games for sale, as well as things like Magic the Gathering decks, Pokemon cards, Funko and geeky swag. Oh! And, of course, they have lots and lots of books, new and used. I couldn't tell if they were arranged with any rhyme or reason. So if you're looking for something specific, you might have better luck finding it elsewhere. But if you're looking to let destiny choose your next read, you might want to pop into Books & Brews and let the B&B powers-that-be guide you to the perfect book.

The table ordered truffle fries, they finished it. It was our first time trying Upland beers. Most of the options are IPA and tart beers. None of which I like. The mixed drinks menu was meh, they offer 2 hard ciders, but one was unavailable. Our server let us try samples and she was very patient. For main dishes: I ordered a Salmon BLT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I didn't eat it with the bun, salmons was very thin, 1 piece of bacon, slice of tomato and 1 piece of lettuce. We had mac and cheese, DO NOT ORDER, it was floating in fat and there's no taste to it. Fish and chips was okay. The pizza was the highlight, it saved the night, I think. Bathrooms clearly labeled, easily seen, and clean. For 6 people, 2 of whom did not have alcoholic drinks (just water), our bill with tip was over $350. I would not come back here again, I had a better time and better food at other breweries.
