I've had good experiences at this location, whether ordering in-store, drive-thru or Curdside. During peak times, I've waited for up to 10 minutes to get my food in the drive-thru waiting area, but I chalk that up to the fact that they're making my food fresh. When we're craving a fast food night, Culver's never disappoints. The food is consistently hot and the quality is good for being fast food. Our usually orders are the Butter Burgers and the Mushroom and Swiss burger. The menu can feel overwhelming as there is a lot to offer. Since it had been a while that we have been to Culver's, I went a little overboard. The cheese curds are good and I love ordering a side of cheese to dip my family-sized fries. The kids meals are worth the value and it also comes with frozen custard. They have vanilla and chocolate custard that you can customize or you can try the flavor of the day. Nothing wrong with the food, it's good and the staff is very friendly, waiting in the drive through or inside doesn't take long either. However, there are quite a few teens who work at this location and as much as I love to see it, our orders have been messed up the last couple times we've gone. If you call and explain, they're very kind and offer to help but I think the teens need to be watched a bit closer when it comes to taking orders. read more

Used the drive through at 7:30 pm to order a concrete mixer. After waiting for 30 minutes, went inside to get my order and was handed my order, which had been sitting by the hot food and was now mostly melted. Its usually pretty consistent but sometimes their chicken tenders are too muscley.. you know when you bite into it and its rubbery.. not good. I also do not like that they charge for sauces, esp their signature sauce. Burgers are always good.. usually dont eat the bun.. dont need the carbs. Only one thing i had a problem with is that you can not call or they dont answer the phone .. they forgot an item, a whole order and I could not get a credit or replacement bc they DIDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE! And i was back at work.. could not leave again .. but you know what you're getting so that is why i go esp when i can't decide what i want for lunch. ;). read more

A great new Culver's location, close to home for me. Super friendly, competent service as usual for Culver's. On this visit I used the drive-thru as I had my pup with me, and pup has separation anxiety. Drive/thru service was very efficient and our order was 100% correct, even with the several customizations we requested on our sandwiches. I don't really eat a lot of fast food nor do I review fast food that often. But with many of Culver's contemporaries covering up power outlets and just making the dine-in experience more cold and unfriendly, it is nice to be able to have access to a clean dining room area where you can still eat at a table and charge your phone. Culver's always seem to deliver. The burgers were fresh and delicious. I would not recommend the chicken tenders if you are a tender person. But the cod is great if you like fish chips. The fried and curds are on point. Not a fan of the boom boom sauce. But someone who like more of a Salad dressing would like it. The ice cream was good as always. read more

A nice alternative to McDonalds and Burger King! This was our first trip to a Culver's location, and it was also the first day this Culver's location opened. Everything was new, and the staff greeted us with the most beautiful smiles! We dined in, but they offer two drive-through booths if you're on the run. We went for a lunch break. I ordered chicken tenders with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. The tenders were breaded nicely! The gravy is served directly on the mashed potatoes. The gravy texture and flavor is light, but it complemented the mash well. My husband ordered the Butter Double cheeseburger with a side of French fries. Fries were crinkle cut and had a delicious crisp in each bite. The music was fun and from all decades. Definitely tapped my toes along to the beat as I ate! The layout and decor was similar to traditional fast food places; however, it was day one of operation, so everything was still sparkling and new. Go check it out if you need a quick bite. This was my first time at this location but not at a Culver's. My daughters and I came in and ordered our food, when I asked for a receipt for my order, the male cashier said it'll be one with your meal. I still could have gotten one, but I moved on. When our food arrived, my order was messed up, it had ketchup on it and I only asked for pickles and onions. The fries were brown and crispy, terribly overcooked and greasy. When I took it back up there, the same male cashier took it from me, went around the corner and came back with pickles and onions on top of the burger and when I looked underneath it..it was the same ketchup and pickles from before. So you didn't even give me a new burger, you just put ingredients on top of the same burger. So my daughter went up there and asked again for them to give me the correct burger and after a long wait, the burger came back with cheese on it. Now this would have been the 3rd time I sent back food, so no way am I wasting another minute in this restaurant. I went back up there to get some to go bags for my daughters to pack up their food because I couldn't sit in there and be disrespected another second. My money was wasted for a terrible experience and I will never set foot in that place again. Oh yeah, I also had to clean my own table before we sat down to not enjoy my meal because no one took the time to clean the tables while also missing up my order. It looked like a bunch of teens were running the place, and who ever hired them should take a good look at themselves because sure I'm just one person but if this is how you run a business, I'll never give you another dime. Culver's never lets me down and this new location was no exception! I arrived at the drive-thru shortly after they opened and was greeted with a warm smile from a female employee. Since they make all of their burgers fresh, I had to pull up and wait for about 2 minutes to get my food but it is always worth the short wait. My food was fresh and made correctly. It was also delicious and greasy and just what my pregnancy cravings were wanting. I'm sure I'll be back to this location and it's a good option as far as fast food goes for this area. read more

I waited over 30 minutes in the drive through today for a medium soft drink and a pup cup. 3 rounds of cars behind me got their orders and left. I could not come in to ask about my order because it was too hot to leave the dog in the car. I left without getting my order and will not be back. read more

I eat the fish at culvers a lot but this time at this location it was so overcooked I almost couldn't eat it. I did tell somebody at the counter and they nicely offered to remake it but I did not have time and I had to run. I did suggest telling the chef to be careful and not cook it so long but I guess overcooked is better than frozen inside. I won't be back... Great new addition to neighborhood. Busy Friday night w temps in 70s prompted folks to take advantage of patio. We opted for drive thru. Line went smoothly. Food arrived home hot and delicious.
