I have been to this location several times since it's down the road from where I live. It's my go to location. I really enjoy going to chick fil a. The food is delicious. Utilizing the app to earn points along with getting a discount is great. The customer service is A1. They are always so friendly and will answer any questions you have. I love their breakfast and lunch/dinner. The inside is very clean but I typically go through the drive thru most of all the time. read more

There is nothing really bad I can say about Chick-fil-A. I have always enjoyed the restaurant and love their salads and waffle fries. The shakes are always on point whenever I feel in the mood for a shake. The restaurant is always packed, especially the drive thru, whenever I stop by ,so that is a testament to their great customer service. The ambiance is nice and always clean, which is what I like about Chick-fil-A. They always make an effort to keep the place spic and span. The customer service is wonderful and they are always very professional. They keep the line moving and get your order out as quick as they can, despite how busy it can get at the restaurant. I decided upon a Cobb salad with crispy chicken tenders for dinner. It was very fresh and tasted amazing. I had a H-C Fruit Punch to drink which was very refreshing! My older brother loves Chick-fil-A and I always make an effort to get him gift cards for his birthday or Christmas to Chick-fil-A. It is his go-to place for lunch or dinner. I work right next to this location at another restaurant so I'm always here and we all know each other's names and about one another's lives. They literally build relationships with you at a "fast food" restaurant. Chick-fil-A is my most frequented fast food chain. I most often get chicken tenders and diet lemonade which are much lower in calories than most fast food options. They've really stream lined their services to provide the fastest food service possible. I typically order through my app and then pick up inside or sometimes through the drive through. Using the app also builds up reward points to redeem. And though I haven't been receiving many of late, i will occasionally receive a free for "no reason" food or drink reward. read more

We LOVE Chic Fil A as much as the next person, but... for FAST food they are a bit slow. Given we had a big order, but even for a 3 person group they were pretty slow. The woman in the drive thru line literally can't speak English. After repeating my order FOUR times, she still got it wrong. How do you even mishear Diet Coke from diet lemonade?? They sound nothing alike, it's like she only knew the word diet and that coke is popular. What awful management. I don't care she can't speak English and works there. But to put her in drive thru? Whenever someone says let's get a breakfast sandwich I always point them to a Chick-fil-A as there's nothing that beats their chicken biscuits! I also have to admit to loving their hashbrowns which are so tiny that they melt in your mouth! We stopped in on our way north of the city and we're able to have a delicious breakfast in a clean environment for not much. The coffee is surprisingly good and Rich for being a fast food restaurant and I always love their creamer options. They even have one that is almost dairy free! I have to admit for a fast food restaurant that's unusual as normally I have to take my coffee black, when I have to say I prefer it with a little bit of nondairy cream. So I greatly appreciated being able to put some of their non-dairy creamer in my full body coffee! We were able to have a nice break on our trip and the food carried us over throughout the day. Great option if you are in the mind for a quick breakfast. read more

Chick-Fil-A's biggest problem is that it's so popular, and so fresh, that the drive through line is a nightmare. That's why I never use it and would prefer they eliminate it. I am sure they won't so here's a hint: park FAR AWAY and walk into the store. I was very pleased that this location offered the Fish Sandwich, which is two fish "sticks" on a bun, served with pickles. You can add cheese and lettuce and it comes with tartar. You just can't go wrong with Chick-Fil-A. And this location is no exception. At the time of this writing there is no dine in option due to Covid. But that's fine. You can still get your fix by hitting up the drive-thru or carrying out. I opted to carry out. It almost goes without saying that my order was correct, and my food delicious. I look forward to the day when I can again sit down in the restaurant and enjoy my chicken sandwich. Until then, at least it's open. Yeah, I'll be returning. read more

At 2:56p I placed an order for a plain chicken sandwich add cheese via the Chick-fil-A Mobile App. At 3:03p I received a confirmation text of food being delivered to my car by a team member. At 3:11p my food was actually delivered to my car. 2 cars arrived after me, however received their food before me. Food arrived to my table at room temperature. I had just sat down from order when the food arrived. Obviously it was sitting under a "warming" light for way too long. I could not recommend this location. For the price the food should arrive at least warm. Chicken nuggets and French fries at room temperature is not acceptable. I can get that at KFC for less money. read more

Just ordered our food from here through door dash. The food was good, but missing a huge part, the sauce. I had called in way before the dasher was there to add all the sauces and whomever I spoke to (manager I believe) told me she would prepare the sauces in the bag for us and have them ready. When the food arrived, the sauces Were not there. I called back and she told me to have doordash handle it. First let me say, I have never had this much issues with Chick-fil-a so this is all surprising. This was not a door dash problem but a Chick-Fil-A problem that could have easily been solved. Stopped in after a dentist appointment nearby because I was craving a chicken sandwich. I did the mobile order option through the app because the drive thru line is always super long at lunch time. I put my order in before I left my appointment and got instructed to choose a mobile pickup parking spot when I arrived and click the button letting them know I was there. They began making my Spicy Chicken Sandwich with extra pickle when I hit the button and it was brought out to me within 5 minutes. It was fresh and made it back to my house still warm. Pickles are the only thing that automatically comes on it but you can ask for lettuce, cheese, or other items as well as gluten free or multigrain bun. This location is amazing!!!! We all know that Chick-fil-A is awesome compared to fast food restaurant competitors but this location is efficient! I've come here for breakfast and lunch and I'm never angry waiting in lines because it flies. They have wonderful staff who are always smiling and helpful and always make sure you have everything you need (silverware, napkins, sauces, etc). The food of course is delicious and I like that they accommodate for healthier options on their menu. read more

My husband and I eat at Chick Fil A probably too much. Over 100 times within the last several months, and that's not an exaggeration! The food is always fresh and flavorful! We never feel the need to double check our bags because we KNOW that the order will be right. Customer service is top tier. Although I've visited Chick-fil-A many many times, my last experience was especially memorable. Excellent service, sounds of children's laughter and Christmas music in the background, and not one but TWO cherries atop my cookies & cream milkshake. Typically, I'm in and out of there for a quick lunch, which goes a little something like this: Me: I'll have a spicy chicken, pepper jack deluxe no lettuce extra tomato. Thank you! They just remodeled this location and it's so pretty on the inside! I came here for my lunch break and even though the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, the inside was moving very quickly. I like that they bring you the food to your table when you dine inside. I tried the Mac and cheese for the first time and it's AMAZING. I will always be a Chick-Fil-A fan! read more

I sure do love CFA! So much. This one unfortunately is really, REALLY slow in terms of the drive thru vs. the average I've seen. Especially compared to the Westfield location, this is really slow. We're sitting in line now. It's been 20 minutes. Yet to order. And the line hasn't been all that long compared to what I've seen at other locations. There I was, trying to figure out where the perfect Valentine's Day dinner would be. Enter: Chick-fil-a (and more specifically, Jeff the franchise owner). Imagine a dining experience with live music, attentive service, great food, and at a good price. Now imagine that at Chick-fil-a. For the special Valentines Day dinner, you book a specific table in advance and are treated to table service and roses. What an incredible treat - and it was only $30/couple for a 3 course meal. But not too long after - the star attraction arrived. A large place of chicken, 10 pieces..(not little weenie pieces) and mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans along with a few rolls and butter. The chicken was truly so hot - I had to pace myself eating because you could really see the steam coming off of it. But the skin...and the coating? My grandmother has passed many years ago - but I would have had to tell her she has serious competition. This chicken was surely what they serve if you get lucky enough to end up in heaven. The sides - the green beans and mashed potatoes were crazy good too and plenty warm. Our very pleasant waitress was Dawn and she was there to help with anything we needed. This truly is the tenderest most moist chicken you are going to get. I wanted to enjoy their pie also - but there was just no room in my belly and we were too far from home to cart 3 or 4 big pieces. I plan on taking that trip down I74 on the regular. It's a beautiful drive and quite honestly - Oldenburg is a super great place to visit. And for me - no need to try anyone elses chicken. The lunch specials include a drink, which is a choice of a rather limited selection of canned soda. No fountain soda. The pizza is excellent, with a thinner crust, but not "cracker thin." Just a perfect degree of thin-ness. Toppings are generous, especially the paneer. This pizza is just a little spicy. Employees are friendly and helpfully explain the menu items and ingredients that might be unfamiliar. I will definitely return to try some of the other craft pizzas.
