There is nothing really bad I can say about Chick-fil-A. I have always enjoyed the restaurant and love their salads and waffle fries. The shakes are always on point whenever I feel in the mood for a shake. The restaurant is always packed, especially the drive thru, whenever I stop by ,so that is a testament to their great customer service. The ambiance is nice and always clean, which is what I like about Chick-fil-A. They always make an effort to keep the place spic and span. The customer service is wonderful and they are always very professional. They keep the line moving and get your order out as quick as they can, despite how busy it can get at the restaurant. I decided upon a Cobb salad with crispy chicken tenders for dinner. It was very fresh and tasted amazing. I had a H-C Fruit Punch to drink which was very refreshing! Chick-fil-A is my most frequented fast food chain. I most often get chicken tenders and diet lemonade which are much lower in calories than most fast food options. They've really stream lined their services to provide the fastest food service possible. I typically order through my app and then pick up inside or sometimes through the drive through. Whenever someone says let's get a breakfast sandwich I always point them to a Chick-fil-A as there's nothing that beats their chicken biscuits! I also have to admit to loving their hashbrowns which are so tiny that they melt in your mouth! We stopped in on our way north of the city and we're able to have a delicious breakfast in a clean environment for not much. The coffee is surprisingly good and Rich for being a fast food restaurant and I always love their creamer options. They even have one that is almost dairy free! I have to admit for a fast food restaurant that's unusual as normally I have to take my coffee black, when I have to say I prefer it with a little bit of nondairy cream. So I greatly appreciated being able to put some of their non-dairy creamer in my full body coffee! We were able to have a nice break on our trip and the food carried us over throughout the day. Chick-Fil-A's biggest problem is that it's so popular, and so fresh, that the drive through line is a nightmare. That's why I never use it and would prefer they eliminate it. Stopped in after a dentist appointment nearby because I was craving a chicken sandwich. I did the mobile order option through the app because the drive thru line is always super long at lunch time. I put my order in before I left my appointment and got instructed to choose a mobile pickup parking spot when I arrived and click the button letting them know I was there.
