We were passing through and were here to grab breakfast on Christmas Eve. Ordered inside and then started waiting. Not many people inside, but drive thru was very busy. Store was clean, organized and there seemed to be a good number of team members there. I think I ordered an odd dish (the egg white breakfast sandwich) because it took a while to get our order. They finally got our order, apologized for the wait and gave us a couple of free breakfast sandwich cards. Very nice of them! Food was tasty and helped us start our morning well. I've never had Chick-fil-A breakfast, so I decided that it was a must try. I got an order of scrambled eggs and six Chick-fil-A nuggets. I decided I wanted to try to make my own low carb scrambled bowl. I got some Chick-fil-A sauce and tore the chicken chunks into smaller bite-size pieces. I stirred the scrambled eggs, tiny little pieces of chicken and the Chick-fil-A sauce into one bowl. I absolutely adored it. This location is very clean and very fast. My only complaint is good luck figuring out how to get into it. You kind of have to approach it from behind, and there are several curves of concrete with really hard angles in a little bit challenging in a large pick up truck. Right off of the interstate at the Greenfield exit it's really convenient if you want to get off and on the interstate and not have to make a left. Turn across traffic on your way out. read more

Ordered on the app and went through the mobile drive thru area. Had issues with the app registering I was there so I had to drive thru twice. Another great visit today. This time we went inside to dine and I'm glad we did. I love that they supply the adhesive placemats to protect the littles from germs. My nephew loved the food and even said I want to come here every day! He had the kid's meal with chicken strips, Mac-n-cheese and chocolate milk and loved it all. He couldn't quite finish his Mac-n-cheese which was good for me because I got a few bites and it was so delicious! I had a chicken sandwich and waffle fries which were both delicious as usual. The employees were all super friendly and even took my tray and emptied it as we were leaving. The dining room was super clean, large and I really liked the decor and feel. We will definitely be back again and again. Definitely can't afford every day as my boy wants but as often as we can afford Thanks for another awesome visit! read more

Extended wait to order with only one cashier (2:00 pm). Another really long wait for a refill while the same employee walked past me 4 times with zero acknowledgment. Wait times are expected as this is a popular franchise across the country, but this went beyond a reasonable wait for a "fast food" lunch situation. I normally love Chick Fil A and I am glad to finally see one in Greenfield. My wife and I stopped by on a Monday around noon with a couple of our grandchildren. The front end service good and the food was good as always. The problem I had was with their dining room hostess. Our side of the aisle was busy and she was asking everyone if they were alright and if they needed refills. When I say everyone I mean everyone but our table. We were not loud or messy and our grandchildren were enjoying their meal and ice cream. We were there about 45 minutes and were overlooked the entire time. Apparently this employee never read Matthew chapter 7 verses &2 . If you are going to judge , please do it on my character and not my appearance. read more

The Mobil drive through is a disaster. They gave me my food before the car in front of me. And they don't ask that car to park while they wait on their food. So your food sits and gets cold while you wait to move. Last time I use Mobil drive through. read more
