Met with a group of friends to enjoy The Confection Connection. The food was very good. I will definitely order the Chicken and Noodles again. They have an array of sandwiches available. They have Bakery items available. They do a great job of Cake decorating. Give them a call and have them bake your next cake.

My son and I went there for something sweet. The place was virtually empty and there isnt a lot of decor or anything so it made me question if they were open. I anticipated a large selection of sweet treats but they just had cookies and cupcakes as far as sweets. They did have a large menu of food and it smelled amazing. The customer service was ok, not bad but not great. We got a cupcake and a cookie and it was almost $7. They were as delicious as the big name/popular places in Indy but for a fraction of the price. It's definitely worth stopping in.

Bought a chocolate cake with cherries. When at the bakery I told the lady I wanted a chocolate cake with a lot of cherries. She said she'd make the cake Friday evening so it would be ready for pick up Saturday morning. I picked up the cake and took it home. The cake was as very heavy. I looked at the cake in the box and thought it had a lot of chocolate. Upon cutting it open on Sunday I could see why it was so heavy. The chocolate covering was so massive. The cake layer itself was bland and the cherries from a can were just ok. It was not worth the money. Some people might like this but we were unhappy to say the least.

The building towers above the surrounding area, and we could see it from blocks away as we drove toward it. It has those old school Midwestern, small town vibes that you just don't see much anymore. The restaurant is large and clearly a popular local spot, so I'd recommend making reservations ahead of time. After a short wait, we were seated in their lively main dining room. They have an extensive cocktail menu, appetizers, and plenty of mains truly a menu where there's something for everyone. Think classic, down home American cooking in a casual, no frills setting. Our table sampled a little bit of everything, but if you order one appetizer, get the fried pickles! I'm a sucker for that cornmeal style batter and the sriracha ranch was the perfect touch. For my main, I ordered the loaded wedge salad and when I say this thing was HUGE, I mean it! It was practically an entire head of lettuce, so definitely expect leftovers. The wedge was cold, crisp, refreshing, and delicious. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive, the kind of place where they call you darling and greet you with a smile. It's not fancy and there are no frills, but that's exactly what makes it special. Good food, genuinely friendly people, and that classic down-home neighborhood feel.

The food was so-so. I ordered a grilled chicken BLT wrap and the chicken was... weird. Very stretchy, wet and like the weirdest texture so I couldn't finish it. Chips were good, and we liked the 'tater kegs' app.

The staff are super friendly and upbeat. And they welcomed us as we entered the restaurant. I ordered the Turkey, Ham, and Bacon Club sandwich, which came with two sides. I chose fries and a bowl of fruit. The fruits were a good mix and were sweet. I was surprised at how big the sandwich was and only finished half. I'm glad they separated out the mayonnaise and left it up to me on how much or how little I want to add. It was delicious. The ambiance is very comfy and welcoming. They have music playing lightly in the background. There are plenty of seats and I can imagine this place being packed during the weekend. Overall, Lincoln Square Pancake House is a great spot to have a delicious meal. The portions are generous, the prices are affordable, and the vibe is laid back and chill. Our server was kind and friendly too. Highly recommend!

Everyone got something they liked. I loved my healthy waffle. It had the best Greek yogurt on it that I've ever tasted. Husband got an omelet and one son got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch French toast. Perfect portions for all of it.
