This location has super friendly staff! I went through the drive-thru. Was handed my food within 4 minutes of ordering. My sub was hot and the cheese was gooey. I like that they steam their subs. I also got a large diet Dr. Pepper and their large is the largest I've ever saw! They also have the soda machine that has over 100 drink options. Which is also a huge plus. Got a large smokehouse beef & cheddar brisket on 09/22/23, where somehow the meat was simultaneously fatty/uncooked in some of the sandwich and stringy/dried-out in other parts. It gave me crazy indigestion and I had to throw a good portion of the meat out due to it seeming unsafe to eat. Also, the cheese and BBQ were nonexistent, I had to add my own cheddar at home. The cheese was melty, the marinara sauce felt homemade, and the meatballs were perfectly cooked and fresh with steam still coming from the sandwich. This place has a virtual drink dispenser. You put your cup on the dispenser and choose what drink you want. They had so many drinks with so many other flavors. You could get any possible drink flavor! I really like these sub sandwiches but when they cannot get the order right and you waste your money it is not worth going. This is the third time since we have not been able to come in the store that our order has been unedible. I am so disappointed. You order a sandwich without deli mustard and they put it on anyways it totally changes the taste. This last time they tried to scrape it off instead of making it right. Soggy bread like it was sitting pretoasted all day. I didn't even try the pickle cause it just didn't seem sanitary. The employees didn't seem like the cleanest people either. When we first started going here the food was always done correctly, the employees were friendly and helpful. These people just lost my business today. I gave it one more shot because we do like the food, but the sandwich was made completely wrong, the employees including the manager were rude and very unknowledgeable! I ordered a simple BLT adding a few extra vegetables, they got that wrong! They have never once toasted any of our sandwiches, today they did and I told the rude manager I did not ask for this to be toasted nor do I want it to be toasted. He comes back with a rude reply "all of our sandwiches are toasted." I told him that's funny they have not once toasted my sandwiches before and we used to come here pretty much everyday! That's always their reply when they screw up, "that's how we always do ------." I will be eating at another sub shop! They forgot the pickles that are usually put on the side, so I asked for them. The lady comes back rudely and says "the pickles are on the sandwich, I watched him put them on."
