This RV sits right on the main drag of State Street in Greenfield. Easy in and out from the northbound side of the road a little more difficult from the southbound side. I only went through the drive-through so I'm not sure what it's like inside but from the outside it looks like it's been well kept. The person at the speaker was friendly, it started with one of those recorded welcomes, and then the real person came on, took my order and I was very nice. I assume it's the same person that I talked to at the window. He was very friendly and took care of things very quickly, which I appreciated. Food was good. This Arby's checked all the boxes: It was clean, bright and nicely decorated. The service was fast and efficent. The food was served hot and quick. I'm working nearby and needed to grab a quick lunch. Fast food isn't usually my first choice but I was very happy with both the food and service here. I ordered a King's Hawaiian fish sandwich and potato cakes. The sandwich was excellent, much better than the average fast food fish sandwich. I would definitely order it again. The potato cakes were crispy on the outside and soft inside. A side of white cheddar mac & cheese was very creamy with plenty of cheese. Service was very friendly and efficient. This Arby's is situated near where I work. I go over here to grab lunch now and then. The food is always hot and good and what I expect to get from Arby's. They have messed up my order in this location before and given me the wrong food. They quickly fixed the issue and apologized so I appreciate that. As far as the personel goes that work in the place everyone is very friendly and nice and I have never had any issues with service. The last time that I went I got the Arby's King's Hawaiian Big Kahuna. This is a really big and messy sandwich and really more that I needed for lunch. I would suggest don't get this one and try to drive. Wasn't sure I was all that crazy about it anyway I really prefer the regular roast beef sandwich with some Horsey Sauce. I will continue to patronize this restaurant and hope they continue their good service! read more

At the start of a weekend road trip to Columbus, OH, I was on the highway and got really hungry. Decided to yelp the local fast food joints, because I really hate being stuck with gas-station restaurant food when there are no other choices. I found this Arby's, saw the decent reviews, and took the plunge. I'm not giving this place 5 stars because it beats the Cooper's Hawks of the world, I'm giving it 5 stars because it was a perfect Arby's experience. Hit the drive-thru, ordered a mid roast beef and a mid beef and cheddar on a regular bun with a drink. Lady at the window was friendly and fast, food was in my hand about 2 minutes later. Eating it once back on the highway was great - hot and fresh. With Arby's, you can't want anything else. It's a little further off of I-70 than some other choices, but in my opinion it's worth it. Yes, I'm actually a fan of Arby's, at least this one. Arby's, as a rule, is decent as far as fast food goes, but this one went above and beyond. We stopped in for a snack and pitstop. Ordered potato cakes, curly fries, and chicken fingers. All were good- fresh and crispy. And hence the praise for this place: we had to wait five minutes while they made them, and they apologized and gave us free drinks, which was nice enough. But the friendliness and helpfulness from the staff from start to finish was great. We left very happy, and I bet we'll be back. read more

The food I ordered tasted good. However, the restrooms and eating area was not the cleanest.

Good food with fast service that always accurate. One of my favorite fast food places to eat at. The building needs some work however. You can see water damage and warped wood along the windows on the drive through side. On a windy day you can even heard the wind whistling as it enters from around the window. Also, their high chairs do not have wheels on them despite having a spot for them. This makes it hard to move them around on the carpet. read more
