Updating my review, since that review is ten years old, and Qdoba has added many new options, flavors, and specialities. There are new low carb, vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options available. The cauliflower mash is flavorful and delicious, and so is the Impossible Burger selection. My favorite is the veggie bowl with 3 cheese queso, guacamole, fajita veggies, pinto beans, cilantro lime rice, Cotija cheese, roasted tomato salsa,and tortilla strips. This place is convienent. I've visited here before and got a steak burrito that I ordered online and once I got back to eat it, there was no steak in it. I tried to think of this as a slightly fancier Chipotle, but it never really worked for me (that thought, or this place.) It's an assembly line, so it's similar. Ingredients are fairly similar. They're trying for a more upscale selection of items, but I wasn't impressed. The decor is fancier, I guess; Chipotle goes for "industrial chic" and this is more, well, elegant isn't the word, but less industrial. But meh. I had a spicy mango smothered burrito with shredded beef and jalapeno salsa. No one ingredient let me down, but they did not blend into anything amazing. I left half of the burrito. I also got guac and chips. The guacamole was fine, if uninspired. Fresh, anyway. The chips were okay. I doubt I'll go back, to any Qdoba. I've never made it to the ones in my town, and there are other options around here. It's just not that interesting. Oh, and service was gruff, the bathrooms are small and odd, and the Coke machine would let you add cherry to Dr. Pepper but not to Coke. Weird. read more

If you like Mexican food, you should go to Qdoba. Their service is great, and they have amazing food. It is in a good location. Inside, it is very clean, and the tables are nice. It is extremely dirty. When we walked in there were no tables that were clean. The floor is disgusting. It has leftover food on it that has not been cleaned for days. Definitely not sanitary. Staff are standing around instead of grabbing rags or brooms and cleaning. read more

So happy to find a Qdoba right of the highway. Got a taco salad with dressing on the side. Folks behind the counter were very friendly, communicated well, and moved through the line of us quickly. We eat here often and its what you would expect from any Qdoba location. Typical it's fast and the quantity is what you expect from the brand. My only complaint is when the restaurant is very busy with customers and the lines are long the preparation of your meal seems to drop in quality. The last several times I've visited, it's been very busy. I simply do not get the same amount of ingredients in my dishes when the workers are trying to quickly get people thru the line. I am paying the same price so if this continues I will not be visiting. My hope is that management reads these reviews and takes this as a teaching opportunity for their employees. I'm not the only one who have noticed this when I mention it to our group of locals. Please keep the level of service high so we don't have to quit supporting your business. Typically love this store. food is always fresh and the employees truly make the atmosphere a fun and friendly place. however, my husband and I went through on Tuesday and the plates we received had very little food in them. It appeared that a lot of the bins were close to being empty even though the person on the line was doing her best to get the kitchen to fill them. Don't pass that off to paying customers, I don't want to pay $9 for half a tray of nachos because you're running low on chicken. read more

Great place, has its up and downs every time that I would come in. There would be plenty of times when I would want to try the seafood salad mixture and they always seemed to be out. Whenever I would order a specialty sandwich (slaw sandwich) they would either be low on ingredients or not have any available. Excuse me is my responsibility to enforce the mask rules? The man in front of me was there to pick up Grubhub order no mask breathing all over the food he was going to deliver and looked like he just got out of rehab. Will think twice about using their service either! Then the man behind me came in not wearing a mask either. I am unaware that Greenfield is exempt from the mask requirements ! Was there for lunch today and man was there a line. However they got us threw fairly quick. Food was really good and we were full when we left. Depending on what time you go eat there seems to determine if it will be a good or bad experience. If you go early in the morning for breakfast its usually fast, fresh, and tasty. Go during lunch or dinner expect to have to clean your own table to set down. read more
