Food is as good as every good Burger King out there, the environment is nice and comfortable, and the service is not bad. The only thing I would recommend this Burger King to do is to ensure the lobby is clean at all times, sometimes the tables can be very dirty. Such a friendly staff! Smiling at the window and had a nice conversation. Very unusual at many of the fast food drive-throughs. The food was good, as expected. They got all my order wrong, ordered 2 #7,1#8 and two 8 piece chicken fries. Just gave me the 2 #7 and charged three meals. Then gave me the meals and forgot one drink from a meal. And my 8 piece chicken fries were missing one chicken fry each. I only got 7 idk if the associates were all on crack or if they were just in a bad mood. We walked in and were greeted immediately by the young lady at the register. She took our order and even hooked me up with the new Ch'king hot sauce on a regular chicken sandwich. We had good service here as we went with a big family. We appreciated that there was a long table in a back room that also had a seating area where people could sit and watch TV. It's a room with windows but it was nice that is was separate from the rest of the restaurant and could seat all of us in one place instead of having to split up our group. I love that this location has a Freestyle Coca Cola machine! I love the Cherry Coke from these machines. I also appreciate that Burger King has some new healthier options like wraps. I had the grilled chicken, apple and cranberry wrap (in a wheat tortilla) with apple cider vinaigrette that was pretty good. I loved their new sweet potato fries! A couple of people enjoyed their rib sandwich. We also saw people cleaning the restaurant frequently through our time there. Their Original Chicken Sandwich is the tastiest thing on their menu. I like how they have an area separate from the normal area because my brothers are loud and I like the seats. The fries they have are good and well salted. Their staff is always working and working hard. The quality of their food and customer service is just good all around. The building has gone through some remodels that made the building better. I think that they should make more of the foods made out of veggies like the impossible whopper. Went into Greenfield Indiana Burger King last night, I would say they had a small rush but nothing major. I walked up to the counter and stood there for several minutes with NO ONE addressing me. Finally, I asked if they were still taking orders. The girl working very quickly and in a rude and aggressive manner said I will be with you as soon as I can, can't you see we're busy! I simply replied, Ive been standing here for some time and you never addressed me so I was checking. Then she had another person take my order, in which I asked for the manager. I stated what happened and she said she would take care of it, but I also watched her glance over at the rude worker and give her a nod and a half smile. Thats when I said I would take it higher. I come in this place several times a week for my husband and if this is the kind of service you get, I will NEVER come back and will let everyone I see know about this place!! So Burger King offers lunch at breakfast time. ? They have stopped by simply never turning on their broiler in the morning. In the past they have offered to deep fry chicken but today the store representative made it very clear she was going to take as long as she can to serve any lunch by repeating it will be 5 to 10 minutes and MAYBE more. Maybe more depending on how busy it is. Well... look around... from what I can tell no one is at the counter and I am the only car in line. She was pretty happy when I decided to leave. Same as most other fast food Burger King joints, I have not had any issues from this location. I have dined inside and used their drive thru both. The drive thru sometimes seems to move a bit slow, but if that's what it takes to get hot food, then I don't mind waiting an extra couple minutes. I like their double cheeseburgers and whoppers, and I have tried several of their test or limited times sandwiches and other items. I like the flame broiled flavor from BK better than some of the other fast food places. If you check your local Saturday paper there are usually buy one get one free coupons for BK too. Good place to grab a tasty quick bite to eat at a low price. read more

I moved to Greenfield 9 months ago. Mid 2018. I think this is one of the best Burgers Kings I have been too. My burgers and fries are always fresh. My wife says her onion rings are the freshest at this store. The store is a newer building and pretty clean. The staff has always been friendly and provided good service. I seriously quit going to Burger Kings in Indianapolis because they were dirty and poorly run. This Burger King in Greenfield definitely has won me over. We eat here more than any other quick service restaurant in Greenfield. They always have great coupons too. read more

Best BK I've been too. Living in Indy I had to drive past BKs because of the problems getting correct orders on seemingly every visit. Never had an issue here, staff is friendly and the FRIES ARE AMAZING!!! Always fresh and delicious. Not what I'm used to from BK. I drive by McDonalds, Wendys, Taco Bell and KFC to visit this location over and over when I need something in a hurry. read more
