I see it has been a while since I reviewed this location. I was in the area and needed another option for dinner. What I did not realize is that they close at 9 pm. daily. It was a Friday night, and I expected them to be opened later. They were closing in 30 seconds and were cleaning, but they still served me for my birthday. I ordered the #56 giant cheese steak with double veggies, rosemary bread, and Swiss cheese. I ate half the delicious sandwich and could have eaten more but bedtime was approaching. I arrived, parked, clicked "I'm here" in the app, and a very friendly member of the staff came outside with my order right away! Once I got home, I enjoyed my superbly prepared sub on the sofa. This location looks fairly new inside with some really nice looking floors which add greatly to its appearance as aesthetically clean. I ordered a #17 Mike's Famous Philly regular. The sandwich tasted excellent just like the last time I had one 17 days ago at the 5025 E 82nd St, Ste 1700, Indianapolis, IN 46250 location. The perfect combination of ingredients cooked thoroughly with melted cheese. Super delicious! I tried one their sugar cookies today. They are marketed as baked fresh daily. I would have to agree. I'm telling you that cookie tasted like it just came out of the oven after it cooled off. Service here was super fast and my order was correct. The cashier helped me get started with the rewards program by scanning the QR code on the brown bag your sandwich comes in. Restroom was clean and stocked. Great location with friendly employees who help customers with a sense of urgency. First time ordering a hot portobello mushroom sandwich and it was good. There was a generous amount of mushrooms with melted provolone. The bread always tastes fresh baked and it's a dependable place to order food. There are about five tables and chairs inside but most people are picking up orders or getting takeout. read more

Have been doing pick up orders here for awhile now and never had an issue. Today the young boy with earrings was disrespectful and rude. I had walked in to pick up my order and he informed me it wasn't my pick up time yet. No problem! I ordered at 12:30 and walked in at 12:45 Watched them make it and set it ready on the counter at 12:55. No biggie. Then the young employee would not let me grab it until my "pick up time" at 1:15 even though it was ready and there was nobody else waiting. I have been pretty disappointed here several times. Meat and cheese are minimized, shredded lettuce is maximized, and in my experience they don't act like they know what they're doing. My most recent trip, that prompted this review, they didn't get either sandwich correct. Explicitly asked to make sure bacon was on my club sub (it should come on the sandwich by default), after acknowledging this, the guy did not put any bacon on. Asked for mayo, no mayo. You guys, I'm so ashamed of myself right now. My meatball sandwich had a hair on it AND I JUST PICKED IT OFF AND ATE IT ANYWAY! I'm, like, literally a garbage person because I ate something that should have gone into the garbage. But I was so hungry! And, other than the hair, it looked like a really tasty meatball sandwich! You can see the store from 116th street just west of Keystone, turn left at the first light after you get off Keystone heading west. What I love about Jersey Mike's is that everything is sliced fresh for you at the moment you order. I had my Italian sub hot, although next time I will ask for it to be a little hotter. Just had an amazing experience with the staff. I wish I would've gotten their names to thank them here personally! I have an allergy to olive oil and am used to people take general precautions. This was the first time I have ever had a team take extra precautions - like getting fresh toppings from the fridge to avoid cross contamination on top of the usual cleaning. Jersey Mike's lives up to their tagline "a sub above." I've been craving an Italian sub so I decided to check out the Jersey Mike's near me (their advertising clearly has paid off, I have been seeing their TV commercials for a while now!) it totally hit the spot. They slice their deli meat fresh to order and the staff behind the counter was very nice and efficient. They were knowledgeable and accommodating of gluten allergies and take precautions such as changing out their gloves and using a separate knife when handling gluten free orders. The prices are a bit high for subs, but the quality and freshness make it worth it. You definitely get what you pay for. I know I'll be back to try out more subs-they have a great menu! read more

There is a stocky guy that works there with glasses, extremely cordial that works the grill like he's at Benihana. I think he's a manager because he def it as a good leader with the other people working there. I had to leave a great review because sometimes you see an employee that is KILLING it. This was my first time trying Jersey Mikes subs. The staff was really friendly and explained all the sandwiches including recommendations. I went with the Italian Mikes way. Not only was the sandwich made super fast, the regular is huge. I'm curious to see how big the mini size is. Personally I didn't get chips with the regular because I was full from just the sandwich. The Italian was really good, lots of meat, perfect amount of oil and vinegar. But I usually like some sort of spicy to my sandwich so it seemed a little plain to me, but still really really good! I probably would add some hot peppers or try one of their many more sandwiches next time. But I definitely recommend trying this place, great service, fast sandwiches and delicious. Wow. I've never seen a staff more unhappy to be working and bothered by my presence. I came in the store and no one came out for 2-3 minutes so I stood there waiting. Then the young man who took my order just cut bread and stared at me while another young man rang me up. Why am I paying before my food is even made? Anyway, someone comes out to cut the meat/cheese and the young man who was staring at me then asked if I wanted it Mikes Way - which I said yes and asked for light oil and vinegar. Apparently he couldn't remember that for 35 seconds and my sandwich is now so soaked - I can't eat the bread. Then he asked me if I paid which just set me right off. I'm not sure how the heck he missed that I had paid when he was standing RIGHT THERE when I had but it's clear that the employees just don't want to talk to customers or each other. Bummed that my favorite store is now off my list because the frustration and ruined food aren't worth it. Get it together! read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would, SOLELY based on the customer service experience that I had at this location. The food was great, and I wish I could be a returning customer but would never if my life depended on it at this location. I have already filled a complaint on their website but since I haven't gotten a response I am coming to yelp. I placed an order through the app after a friend told me to try Jersey mikes. I placed an order for four sandwiches. My first order didn't go through, but I got a notification from my bank being charged. I called this particular location to confirm that they had or hadn't gotten it. They had not gotten the order, so I replaced the order on the app and my card worked. They called back, I missed the call, and was already headed to the store. When i got to the store they were packed, which i completely understand, it's 645. My boyfriend goes in to get the order, they tell us they hadn't started it yet, which we had no problem waiting for. We waited til about 7:05, when my boyfriend came out to the car, gets in the car, and was being followed out by one of your employees. He cracked the window for the employee, who doesn't speak English, to talk to us, and point to his phone. This went on for about two minutes of us being attacked about an order that I was clearly showing my online order receipt to him. At this point, I walk back into the store, and ask another team member at the register what the issue is. She reassures me there is no issue so I leave. I call the store immediately asking for a manager, and was confronted by another employee, stating he knows the guy that follows us out, and taking his side, wouldn't transfer me over to a manager because there wasn't one there at the time. Very strange, uncomfortable, and 0/10 experience. I would never return, especially not alone, if I'm going to be followed to my car by a random man. read more

An employee at this location refused to honor the discount in the book and claimed their ownership changed. Sometimes as an owner buying a name, you need to honor an offer made in writing on a coupon even though you may not choose to renew your participation later... especially for a nonprofit fundraiser. Other locations in the area including the 96th street location in Fishers do honor the discounts. I will not be back to this location. read more

Here's the thing. I love Jersey Mike's so this review isn't for the food, but the service. I asked if they still had something on their menu from a while ago because it was my favorite and didn't see it on the menu. An older guy laughed in my face and said "we've never had that". I know that's not true because that's what I've only ever ordered here. I ordered something else, and as another employee walked by, the older man (rude one) asked another employee "we've never had that sandwich right?" and he said "yes that was on our menu, we just don't have the avocado". So yes, I was right. But instead of just letting me know they didn't have avocado, he made me look like a complete idiot. The rest of the employees were staring at me like I was the dumbass, when in fact, he didn't know what he was talking about. I will never be mad if a place doesn't have certain ingredients, I totally understand that. But to be disrespected in this way left me feeling sick to my stomach. An absolute joke of an employee. I'm ashamed for this particular Jersey Mikes. I wish I got his name but he was the oldest one there. 50+, high and mighty for no reason and also treating his fellow employees like shit. Fire this man, he's causing nothing but unhappy customers and employees alike. The girls working beside him were also visibly embarrassed once they realized that he was wrong when asking the other employee that I can only assume was a manager. Whatever. I think JM does really good sandwiches- I had the chicken cheesesteak and it did not disappoint. Portion is generous is you get the full sandwich (I think they call it Giant), but it's fairly pricey- just the sandwich is $14, but you get what you pay for. I also like their version of the Italian, it's pretty tasty and they slice all the deli meats right in front of you. If you've got a couple of bucks to burn, it beats the hell out of Subway. read more

My favorite sandwich joint, hands down. You go to some sandwich shops and the bread is inconsistently good, the meat doesn't look like meat, and the veggies not fresh. I've never experienced that at any Jersey Mike's; they're always clean and everything looks fresh. My top choice is the #13 The Original Italian, provolone, ham, prosciutto, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni. I like it Mikes way plus banana peppers and the red pepper relish. Let me stop right there for a second; the red pepper relish is AMAZING! You have to try it, it's unbelievable. I also like the #56, The Big Kahuna Cheesesteak. It's a great hot sub, perfect for a chilly autumn or winter day. I'm sure the rest of the sandwiches are great, but I haven't had the chance to try them yet. I'm updating this review. Because I have d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y been here more than 2 times by now. This place is THE. BEST. I've tried a couple of their hot sandwiches, and they are pretty good, but I'm never as impressed with them as I am the cold cut sandwiches. That being said, the cold cut sandwiches are the best subs in the Carmel area by far, especially if you get it "Mike's Way." Still haven't tried the wraps, it's on my to-do list, but I heard that they are also really great. I really wish they offered sliced cucumber, though. One of my favorite things to get on my sandwiches is absent from their potential sandwich additions. read more

Jersey Mikes used to be my favorite and then they all went down hill and I stopped going. But I am glad they are making a come back with new locations. First time there and it was overall a good experience and decent subs. My sandwich was made so sloppy though, that when I unwrapped it, all the bread was soaked in sauce and the meat and lettuce had all fallen out. It was wrapped so tightly it was very smushed, too. The young man at the beginning who took my order was very nice and helpful, but the girl who took over with dressing/ingredients seemed confused and was the one who sloppily threw the sub together. She clearly did not like her job. But the BYGO coupon makes these subs really affordable and still worth a visit. read more

I really want to recommend this place. But I cannot because of a few problems. The good: they have great subs. Great bread, and the new rosemary parmesan is outstanding. Now the bad. They have a fruit fly problem. While my sandwich was made, I watched flies dancing in and out of condiment bar. Not one, but many. I said something to help. Response was that they can't get rid of them. So I guess they decided to live with it. I almost walked out. It was gross. Instead I was cautious as to what I had put on the sandwich. Last issue is more a pet peeve. The lettuce is always wet. No one wants wet lettuce on a sub sandwich. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this restaurant. read more
