We visited this franchise on 10/12 to purchase bagels for brunch. Very disappointed in the appearance of the bagels. All appeared as though they had not been given enough rise time in the store (or before being flash frozen at the bakery) before baking. Did not purchase bagels today. We did purchase a couple of sweet pastries, but since I expected a product prepared elsewhere the quality was acceptable. We could have gotten the same or fresher at the nearby Kroger. But we might as well have bought bagels and pastries at COSTCO last week and brought them home to freeze. As a retired operations manager for a department store with a snack bar, I know that soft drink spills happen. I also have taught team members how to clean spills effectively. I found the seating area floor to be "sticky" because of poor mopping practices. I would be astonished if the floor in the food preparation area wasn't equally "sticky" or grimy. I would also be astonished if the same mop and mop water that was used to clean restrooms wasn't used throughout the restaurant. Clean rinsed mops, fresh hot water, detergent and sanitizer (bleach) repeated at least twice followed with a clean water rinse is needed to get restaurant floors clean. This franchise can do better. read more

Okay folks, I am probably one of the pickiest restauranteers out there due to my allergies and food sensitivities. And I like everything about this place. Clean, neat, modern. I enjoy the preppy students doing homework on their computers to us old folks enjoying a soup and salad while people watching. They bring in new seasonal items to break up the monotony of the same old same old. And I like their app. I order ahead and go pick it up. Easy peasy. The black bean soup is my current go to and their salads are always fresh and delicious. They were out of mixed greens once but I think they let me substitute with arugula. It was still good. I don't eat much bread due to the carbs but I buy their bagels on Tuesday and get their special price for a dozen and freeze all of them but two after I get home because it takes a while for my husband to eat them. They defrost well every time and he says they're his favorite. We don't buy bagels from anywhere else. The drink club is fun too. I recently had to stop after two years of drinking their hibiscus tea only because I have a crappy stomach but those servers were always pleasant and prompt when I pulled up in the rapid line for another cup full. And I admit I enjoyed seeing if I could buy the monthly limit. Lol Never made it because it was a generous amount. read more

Needed to find some space to get down work done, and the Wi-Fi and seating areas were all clean and spacious. Grabbed some oatmeal and a smoothie, and all tasted great. Big fan of their smoothie, just a little pricey. The lady that took my order was really friendly and all the employees seemed friendly too. Overall, great experience. read more

The service was awful. The place was also dirty. Ants were crawling on the tables because the tables weren't bused. Also the food wasn't prepared well. I tried the new French dipper sandwich and the roast beef tasted "sour". So the meat wasn't fresh. Overall I would say steer clear of this Panera. read more

Out of diet drinks almost every day , no large drink cups etc. poor management. More restaurants close by to go too will not be back .

Chef Joseph here ate at Panera today and got chicken bagle sandwitch with chicken and stars soup. Soup was hot and delicious, the sandwitch was good I liked it. It was a lovely lunch. read more

This is my favorite Panera! I probably get something there three or four times a week. I am a member of the unlimited club which cost me a little, but saves me a lot. The people working the window are very friendly and now recognize me and take care of me very well. The only unfortunate thing is usually one day a week they run out of most of the bagels that they offer early in the morning. I wish they had that figured out better. Highly recommend. read more

Surprised this is rates so low. It was very clean, modern, and nice. Staff was prompt with a mobile order for pick-up, and the facilities were definitely very modern and clean. This would be an ideal place to work remotely if you are able to do so. Quality of our drinks were up to what we expected, and the coffee/tea area was clean and well stocked. I wouldn't hesitate to stop in and eat here, overall it's great. read more

10/10 would recommend Everything about this Panera was a win! The staff was so friendly and kind. The restrooms and dining area were clean and welcoming! Our food was the best I've ever had at a Panera . The sandwiches were neatly made and my salad was a masterpiece both in presentation and taste. I took pictures after I took a bite!!! I told the cashier I actually believed the sticker on our cookie that said "Made with Love!" This will be a land mark stop for our road trips from here on out! I went in at 4:30 in the afternoon for an iced coffee. There was no half and half out. I asked at the ordering station if I could get half and half and was told, "We don't have that in the evening." Very disappointing! I've never been to another Panera that didn't provide half and half upon request (unless they had run out). Most keep half and half out next to the coffee during all business hours. read more

It's been open a week. Took a little than I expected and I felt sorry those driving thru. I had Mac & cheese and tomato soup in a large bowl. Both were very good. My wife had a pepperoni pizza. It looked good but the crust was tough. They call it flat bread. My big issue was the lack of ambiance in the dining area. Could have been any fast food restaurant. I'll miss the cozy booths and nooks and cranny's of the bigger stores. I'm sure I'll be back. read more

Customer service is bad. The food isn't as good. Way to expensive. Bring back the chicken salad sandwich you used to have.

Every one of the managers and staff we dealt today were super amazing! Everyone was so kind, friendly and seemed happy! The bakery lady was super sweet and even joked with my husband which he seemed to love. We have a lot of new restaurants in Greenfield and Panera has been great every visit and I can really tell they have awesome managers. It's nice to see happy employees. The food was just as amazing as the employees. My husband loved the flatbread pizza and said he definitely wants to come back. My Turkey Avocado BLT was so fresh and amazing as was the chili. The turkey tasted like it was fresh from a Thanksgiving turkey and not some deli sliced meat. I would definitely get it again. The French baguette was also super fresh and tasty. My only complaint is I didn't have enough room to eat everything! read more

The toasted baguette sandwich was really good! Great bread, tasty fillings! The young guy that waited on us acted like he did not want to be there. Kid, if you hate working that much quit! I understand they close at 9 pm. But I was in there at 8:55 just trying to get soup. Went up to the counter to order but the rude employees were purposely ignoring me so I went to a computer to order but it wouldn't except my payment and tried for 5 mins. When I went to ask the employee if I can just order through them. They said sorry it's 9:01 we're closed. TERRIBLE service. As someone who is in business, I would stay as long as I had customers. Not only is it infuriating that I was in there being ignored and they knew I was in there prior to closing. They refused me knowing that. Whoever runs this store really needs to teach their employees respect and actually serve a customer who was in there before closing. read more

I love Panera Bread and am happy to have one in Greenfield. With that being said I have to say the issues I had yesterday I am sure is due to the level of maturity these employees have. Ordered a bakers dozen of begals and got all one kind. The issue of slicing is very hard to explain. Let's just say top was paper thin and we had to slice them again to fit in our toaster. All minor issues and will not stop me from going. The begals were very dry and hard but we toast ours any ways so again not a deal breaker. I have had a few pastries that were brought home to me before and had no issues with them. Cannot wait to actually go in and eat a lunch salad and soup. That will really be a deciding factor on how I actually fell. Will update when I do. read more

Waited in the drive thru for 4 items for nearly an hour. Got up to the window and the employees are making tiktok videos and on their phones. Had cars behind us laying on their horn because the wait was so long. Got some of our order wrong but we didn't even care because we weren't waiting any longer here. read more

We stop here regularly when traveling back to Chicago - it is always clean, fresh food and good service. It took 30 minutes today for a bagel, one sandwich and a bottle of water. The manager demonstrated Zero accountability and left her front staff to bear the brunt of upset customers. The women who works the register taking orders apologized tried to give updates and move orders along only to be snapped at by the manager in front of customers. The drive thru had little to no wait and cars kept speeding through with their orders while we waited. Do better Panera AND when you give out gift cards as tokens of appreciation for people's patience - make sure you do it for everyone especially those who have been waiting the longest. It's not about a gift card- it's about being accountable for poor service and POOR communication why there is a wait. read more
