Felt bad for the majority of the workers due to one incredibly disrespectful and down right mean female worker. All of which ,I presume, was over the 3 people in line that she did not want to deal with and let everyone in the store know about it. This caused another worker to comment about her words which makes me think she does this often. Explains why this location has no one eating here, everyone's uncomfortable lmao. read more

I went got some a few suns and fries and they were very nonchalant and kinda rude. They made my subs very sloppy, the subs were stil doughy, did not cut either one, and did not toast them barely at all. This is not the first time either. read more

Great experience at this Penn Station location! Warmly greeted when we arrived, very friendly service from Michelle and had a delicious sandwich for lunch. Very clean restaurant, staff working to clean and tidy things many times during our visit! Definitely recommend. read more

This review is for back on the late evening of Monday October 18, 2021. I am a little late writing this review, but sometime after my partner got off her shift we wanted to get a sandwich, but were under of trying penn station for first time or just getting something from Jimmy Johns. Well we should have went with the 2nd choice as we never went wrong with jimmy johns We were unsure if we wanted to try penn station for first time or one their competitors down the street. No offense, but we should have went with their competitor instead. The only reason we tried this location was because they have warm sandwiches, and they advertise fresh fries. So we placed the order and I went with my partner to pick up our food. She went in, got our food, she informed me they as you come in put your order of fries in so they are fresh and not cold, the sandwiches on the other hand, well, my sandwich was ok, no issue, her sandwhich to be honest looked like a rush job for a philly cheese sandwich, there was no cheese, the meat well the sandwich just did not look complete to be honest. So we gave 3 stars, mainly because well my partner was not happy with her sandwich then afterwards felt sick, and well like stated I was ok with mine. We just decided to not go back. read more

The place is clean. The staff is very efficient. six or seven people came in after us and by the time we had eaten they had all been served. My husband had the Ruben sandwich and I was pretty impressed with it. The meat was tender and lean the dressing was very good and unlike some Rubens, you get it was not sloppy wet. They may grill it, I'm not sure. I ordered the chicken parm, not as good. It's chopped-up chicken, not chicken breast so it was my mistake, not theirs. However, the sauce was ok and there was a generous amount of cheese. If I have a choice between Penn and any other sandwich shop ill pick them. read more

I enjoy eating at this location, and most of the people who work there are nice. Today, around 7:40PM, I walked in and made eye contact with a girl who seems to be in Highschool, and she made direct eye contact with me sighed and rolled her eyes. I myself know the feeling of working in fast food, because I was in Highschool myself a few years ago. There is no reason to have bad body language toward customers, especially if we haven't done anything to cause it. I immediately turned around and walked out of the door. Ordered via GrubHub delivery. Philly Cheesesteak, Ham and Cheese (both on multigrain) and medium fries. Fries were soggy and cold so we put them in the air fryer for a few minutes and were just okay. Both sandwiches were good taste-wise as it relates to the ingredients, but the bread wasn't quite cooked through, which gave it a bit of doughy texture and flavor. read more

First things first, as we walked by the widow out front, you could see gow disgusting the floor was, food and debris all over the place. Let me be more specific, this was all behind the counter, where they prepare your food. My teens were with me, after a long drive, they both had worked in fast food, so they shrugged it off and wanted to grab to-go anyway. Sandwhiches weren't bad, but bread was undercooked. We were the only people in the place, and there were 5 workers (that we saw), leaning and talking, one actually sat on the floor under the cashier stand while we were there. Only saw one lady, (blond with tattooed arms) cleaning, the dining room tables. "Time to lean=time to clean" is a concept that was completely lost on these folks. Visit was 8/13 at about 9:00. Ordered the club no honey mustard add mayo. Picked it up got home to see they had loaded it down with mayo and honey mustard. To much of a mess to even pick up and eat so I just threw it away and didn't feel like making the drive back so it was a waste of $13 on one crappy sandwich read more

Yes it is a chain, but I don't see that as a negative for this place. I love the chicken teriyaki is my favorite. I like the the sandwich is hot, the meat and veggies are cooked on the flat top to order. The bread (only white) is fresh. They have many selections as well as a build your own. Their fries are great, fried in peanut oil and the large is big enough for two hungry guys to share easily. I'm from KC and there aren't many sub shops like this around our parts that cook the meat hot on a flat top. I much prefer this to the cold cut subs which they do also serve here. read more

Upon entering the store for lunch, I noticed it was a clean atmosphere. The tables were well kept and the floor seemed swept. The ordering process was quick and painless. I recommend the pizza sub, which is absolutely delightful. The perfect amount of pizza sauce, killer amount of hot stringy mozzerella cheese, mushrooms, pepperoni, and onion all served piping hot and freshly prepared. As always the fresh cut fries and fresh squeezed lemonade pair perfectly. I have had the Philly cheese steak quite a few times, too, but my favorite go-to is the pizza. Yummylicious! read more

Very disappointed in Penn Station today. I ordered takeout and expected curbside pick up. When I got there and called the store they tell me that I had to come in to pay for my order. This is contradictory to what the sign says in the front door. I mentioned that to the lady checking me out who then insisted that I talk to the manager. I did not want to talk to the manager I was just suggesting that they take down the sign that says call us when you get here and will bring out your food. That's not the way it's operating.
