I sat down and waited THIRTY minutes. Multiple people passed me and I watched customers come and go (they weren't busy) and no one came to speak with me or even asked me what I was waiting for. I just got up and left after 35 minutes. I dont know if they were being petty since I was late, but if so that's very unprofessional. (Side note: I am 16 and there was heavy traffic since I live in Alexandria and had to go all the way near the highway, I left home at a reasonable time)

Called to see if we could just get a refund, was told he was to busy and he could just remake it, argued with him over the phone about the word "remake" and his piss poor attitude. Got all the other sandwiches opened up, 5 in total, Only one was correct. Also what's the point of giving my phone number for rewards if you don't even apply them to the account.... I feel really bad for all these companies that are getting ready to have to pay these employees $15/hr... half these people can't even get a order correct let alone deserve double their hourly pay. I order from JJ a few times a week from the Muncie locations, sadly the Anderson one is just junk and poorly managed. (I have 13years restaurant and management experience)

This order is for today Tuesday August 16, 2022…read more Typically I have photos with my meals, but due to being semi annoyed with this order, I was not in the mood to take photos, sorry. Giving a rating for this location is just a hit or miss. I signed up last week with their website to order a meal, last time my order and delivery was awesome no issues, all items there. Today not sure who was having a bad day, but who ever does not know how to quality check meals if prepped properly and if there, better get on the ball due to an issue I did not notice after my first call, because they were closing, I mainly called about missing item, it was brought to my attention afterwards of the possible problem that would been a trip to ER for one of us. I will explain below. Items Ordred: I will posted all items as listed on the receipt: 1 order of: Srawberry Chrged Lemonade 1/2 gal 1 Order of: Custom Chicken Fuji Apple Salad(for my lady) Salad was edited, some items that come with and then some taken off: + Spinach, + Pickled Red Onion, No Gorganzola Cheese, No Red Onions, No pecans, + Xtra Apple Chips, + Crispy Carrots, + Xtr Fuji Apple Drs. 1 Order of: Custom Chicken Fuji Apple Salad(for myself) Salad was edited, some items that come with and then some taken off: + Arugula, +Spinach, + Xtr Chicken, + Olives, No gorganzola Cheese, No Red Onions, No Pecans, + Xtr Apple Chips, + Crispy Carrots, + Hard boiled Egg, + Pineapple, + Xtr Apple Chips Drs. 1 Order of: Custom Tuna Salad Sandwich (half for my lady and half for myself for today) Everything that usually goes on the sandwich, but with edits: + tomato Basil Miche, + Spinach, No Salt & Pepper, No Red Onion. + Sliced bacon, + Pickled Red Onion, + Peppadew Peppers. 1 Order of: Custom Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich: (for myself for my lunch or dinner tomorrow) So majority some the items it comes with and then took off some others: No Salt & Pepper, + Xtr Turkey, No Gouda Cheese, + Pickled Red Onion, + Peppadew Peppers 1 Order of: Custom Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich:(for my lady) So majority some the items it comes with and then took off some others: No Gouda Cheese, + white Cheddar Cheese, + Xtr Sliced Bacon. 1 Order of: Bowl of chicken Noodle Soup(for my lady) 1 Order of each bakery item: (basically to share between my lady and I, during the week) Cranberry Orange Muffin Pumpkin Muffin Vanilla Cinn Roll Bear Claw So items missing: The the Bowl of chicken Noodle Soup The issue that could caused a trip o ER if we did not pay attention to our food: The apple Crisps, when Panera as a company or maybe the Anderson, IN location, as I am unsure how those apple crisps are prepared, but the apple seeds were all left in our apple crisps, whether dehydrated or not, no one is suppose to consume those seeds. Seriously are you guys trying to kill someone? I know honest mistakes happen, but when establishment is dealing with food, you need to seriously be careful. So the other issue was how the Rep took my call. I know the location closed at 9p, so I tried to call in before closing to inform them of the issues of a missing item, I did not know about the apple issue until after they closed. So I phoned in about 8:12p, a woman answered expressing I phoned into Panera, no name, I felt I had to work hard to try and get a name just to respectfully address the person. I guess companies don't like employees representing the company properly as no one says their name I guess. a simple my name is so and so, think you for phoning Panera, how may I help you would I guess be too much to ask for. Either way, The woman seemed to be in rush to close or maybe had one too many customers that caused an issue, just the tone of her voice, but either way, she said she would refund the soup that never came. also in the instructions where either my lady or I place a big order we like to distinguish our meals from another, so I put notes for what was her's and what was mine, sadly neither last order or this order, did anyone bother to check ingredients of the sandwich or even mark a name on the wrapper. Seriously it is simple, take your pen, or marker, take cap off, look at instructions, put name of person on wrapper or eve first letter if the people done have same first letter in first name. Or take a pen mark ingredients. Originally I would have given 5 stars I all was great, I subtracted 1 star due to missing item, subtracted the other star due to apple seeds. I should have given 2 stars, but trying to be nice and give 3 stars. I will say big difference from ordering and coming in, you seem to get the order correct when we come in, but can not get it right when delivery, If you need to just slow down, take your time, quality check and make sure everything is good to go with green light. We would come in every time as you are down the block, but I am medically unable to drive and my partner is usually on clock working. Come on Panera, you can do it! Just take your time.....

This review is for back on the late evening of Monday October 18, 2021…read more I am a little late writing this review, but sometime after my partner got off her shift we wanted to get a sandwich, but were under of trying penn station for first time or just getting something from Jimmy Johns. Well we should have went with the 2nd choice as we never went wrong with jimmy johns We were unsure if we wanted to try penn station for first time or one their competitors down the street. No offense, but we should have went with their competitor instead. The only reason we tried this location was because they have warm sandwiches, and they advertise fresh fries. So we placed the order and I went with my partner to pick up our food. She went in, got our food, she informed me they as you come in put your order of fries in so they are fresh and not cold, the sandwiches on the other hand, well, my sandwich was ok, no issue, her sandwhich to be honest looked like a rush job for a philly cheese sandwich, there was no cheese, the meat well the sandwich just did not look complete to be honest. So we gave 3 stars, mainly because well my partner was not happy with her sandwich then afterwards felt sick, and well like stated I was ok with mine. We just decided to not go back.

The tomato bisque soup came with a little grilled cheese sandwich - such a great touch! It was also one of the best tomato bisque soups we've had. Nailed it! The french onion soup was unlike anything we've ever had before, and incredible! The croissant toast with the cheese was such a treat! We were in town for a babyshower and wanted to grab a quick lunch- or a couple apps, and a glass of wine before as the shower was more snacks. The suggestions for us were wonderful. I drove around and finally decided to use Yelp to help. I was not disappointed. Definitely not the largest place, but they have an excellent selection of meats, cheeses, and condiments for sub sandwiches. Which you can get made fresh to go. U The size of them is larger than I anticipated. The bread is significantly better than Subway. And even though I am a massive fan of Jimmy John's (or rather was in St. Louis as they won't deliver to me here), Trainstop left me happier as I was glad to have supported a local business. Definitely give this a chance if you're in Anderson. Better than fast food. Better than sandwich place alternatives around. And of note? They don't take credit cards. Bring your cash.
