Food is very fresh and the chicken is amazingly crunchy. Ivy, the owner, came out to check in with us. And it is very soothing to be in. read more

The entire staff was very pleasant and very friendly. I had to wait for my food which was fine. I'm not big on fast food or pre-cooked food that gets microwaved when someone orders. I had no idea what mala fries or mala was. They brought me a sample and explained the flavors I was eating. They chatted a bit while I waited. This is a very friendly place. ANd the food was GREAT!!! I had chicken tenders and they were crispy, fully cooked, and seasoned well. This was my first time at CM chicken and it won't be the last. Thank you. read more

My wife and I had the Garlic Spicy Wings & Sandwich. Both were incredible! They were very flavorful and very crispy. We got our food quickly and were tended to the entire time by the staff. Such a cool restaurant with a unique decor. Cannot go wrong eating at CM Chicken. read more

CM Chicken - Garlic Spicy Fried Chicken - Chicken Wings Near Me - Indianapolis, Indiana

Tried CM Chicken in Avon for the first time and it was a fun experience overall. The dining room was pretty quiet for a Friday night, but there was a steady stream of takeout orders, which is usually a good sign. The menu is about 90% fried, one salad option. Chicken, with wings, drums, and tenders offered in several heat levels. I went with the Curry tenders (medium), and my husband chose the Hot Honey wings (also medium). Both delivered exactly the right amount of heat--noticeable but not overwhelming. The crunch factor was definitely there, and the chicken itself was moist and flavorful. Sides are ordered separately, so we added onion rings. They were large and looked great, though they were just okay for me. Portions, however, were huge. Our total was around $32, which felt a bit pricey, but the amount of food made up for it. Honestly, we could have shared one entrée if we ever agreed on the same thing. They do serve beer, milk teas, and smoothies too, but we took our order home and enjoyed our own drinks. The atmosphere inside is casual with a giant screen playing K‑Pop videos, which adds a fun vibe if you dine in. Overall, I liked it and would return--next time with fewer items or more people to help tackle those portions. read more

CM Chicken - 6 piece strips (3 honey/3 garlic soy) and Korean dumplings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Indianapolis, Indiana

You already know that korean fried chicken is bussin and this place lives up to the hype! The food here is amazing and the chef know's what they're doing. The chicken is super crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They also have a great selection of sauces and their sides are delicious as well. We ordered the chicken wings with garlic & garlic mild sauce, which is not very spicy at all. Disclaimer: wings are flats and small drumsticks, while drumsticks are huge drumsticks and the mix is a mixture between those options. The 6 pieces is honestly enough for 1 person or 2 little persons to share. For appetizers, we shared a kimchi fries which was fried to perfection, we just wished the kimchi was warm and not cold. Overall, a very solid wing spot. read more

I actually pulled into the lot to go to another restaurant. The restaurant is bright and they have a large screen with videos to keep you entertained as you eat the delicious food. There's so much variety on the menu and the service is top tier. The gentleman who served me was welcoming and friendly and we chatted whole I waited for my food. I got the kimchi fries and wings and the first alone were enough for 2 people at least. Food was served hot and was so flavorful. Definitely coming back to try more!! read more

I came here for the first time today and loved it! Winnie and Thien served me and they were very kind, attentive, and speedy in their service. I ordered six chicken tenders three tossed in the hot honey sauce and three tossed in the red hot pepper sauce. The hot honey sauce was sweet and had a little kick to it! The red hot pepper sauce is good but really spicy so be careful if you don't have a high spice tolerance. The atmosphere of the restaurant was excellent with it being extremely clean, modern decoration, and bright colors. I will absolutely return to this location! read more

Stopped by on a late Friday night with the kids. The food was amazing and plentiful. The tinders are gigantic and loads of fries. The staff was also amazing, the owner came out with a special treat for the kids and our server went over the complete menu so we understood it completely since there are so many options. We left with tons of leftovers. Very happy with the food and service and will definitely be returning. read more

When I tell you I LOVE this place! Food always on point! Chicken so crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Sooo delicious. Also served fresh out the fryer. read more

Gave this new location of CM Chicken a try tonight. My dining partner and I split an 8 piece tender and split it. It was just the right size. Also ordered a side of fries. We were able to get 2 different flavors of sauce. We did the honey and hot honey. Probably should have tried something a little different as the hot was not that much different. The chicken as very juicy and a generous portion. Dining partner also added a side of snow onions & sauce. That was served cold and she said it was a nice contrast to the hot honey. This location has a spacious sit down dine in area. They take your order at the table and bring your food, but self cleanup. Large screen going with some Korean pop music playing. Drinks are canned Pepsi products, looked like they also had bottled beer. They also seemed to have some favored teas. Strip mall location and easy parking. read more

Service when you walk in was fast and friendly, he gave suggestions and took his time with me even though there were people waiting. They do have tables to eat inside but I got mine to go. I got the chicken strips with mild garlic sauce, onion dip and a side of fries. The food was good just not fabulous to me. According to others who love this place I should have gotten the Kimchi fries. I will give that a try the next time. read more

I absolutely love fried chicken, have eaten it around all over the country, and CM chicken has never disappoi me ever. staff is always courteous and pleasant. the food is always hot and fresh. We really like CM chicken. We try something new each time we go and we've liked it all so far. We really enjoyed the kimchi fries. That was unexpected. The couple that runs the restaurant is friendly and helpful. We'll keep going back but we always get take-out. It's fast casual but might be good to watch a game at since they have big tvs. read more

Really really good food. I got the 4 tender lunch special with snow onion and spicy garlic sauce. Really good flavor and crunch on the chicken. I could barely eat it all, the tenders are huge. The spicy garlic was really good. Everything was hot and cooked perfectly. The service was great. Will definitely be back. read more

The curry fried chicken flavor is delicous. 5 stars! Looking forward to trying more!

CM Chicken is absolutely delicious, it puts Cane's to shame. I came here today just for a Boba Tea & a smoothie. So glad I got more to go. It's well worth the visit. Run by a father & son. They're the nicest guys, who give you honest recommendations. It's in the Cookie Cutters & Panera plaza. It used to be a Spanish restaurant. So glad to have a completely new option in town. Show them some love so we can keep them around. They play sports videos & on non sport event days they play K-pop! So cute! Highly recommend 10/10 read more

My family ordered takeout from here. I got a chicken sandwich with fries. I did the hot honey sauce which was a nice balance between heat and sweetness. I do wish the chicken on the sandwich was a patty - it seemed like it was a tender throw on it. I did like the Cole slaw on the sandwich. I also got a brown sugar boba which was ok. I would come back. read more

So glad Avon finally has a Korean fried chicken restaurant. They do everything right. The wings are jumbo size and burning hot from the fryer. Just the right amount of seasoning and spice to not overwhelm the taste buds. The french fries were also burning hot and crispy. Got the Brown Sugar boba drink and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't pure sugar syrup. It actually tasted like a tea blend. Give them a try and you won't regret the experience. read more

I went into this establishment to order a sandwich. My server's name was Athena. Athena was a very young white girl who was quite pleasant and did an excellent job. Normally the racial demographic of the server shouldn't be of relevance in any way, but in this case it does and I will now explain why. You see, I went out to my car momentarily while they prepared the sandwich. When I returned it still wasn't ready, so then I decided to order a smoothie. The cashier at this time was an older Korean lady, that I guessed may have been the owner. I then realized I had left my wallet in my car so I told her I was going back to retrieve it. When I returned to the store the Korean lady was just standing there and still hadn't begun preparing my drink. Mind you, I had already paid for the sandwich I had ordered earlier. The Korean lady then asked me if I still wanted the smoothie, which I then responded with a difinitive 'no', because at this point it felt like my time had been unnecessarily wasted. She then tells me it will only take a minute to prepare the drink. Which I then inquired as to why she didn't already have it ready in the 90 seconds it took me to retrieve my wallet from my car. Long story short: she clearly didn't believe I was going to return with the $6 required to purchase the drink, which is why she never started preparing it. I'm a normal looking middle aged white man in my 50's that can easily afford a $6 drink. Even though I cannot prove it, I'm guessing this all had something to do with closeted racism. I will never return to this restaurant again. And if you, yourself, happen to be a non-Korean, you shouldn't go there either. read more

Went with my wife for lunch. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful lady who really was happy to help us. She was genuinely glad we came in. So after getting the 411 on what they offered we got one 4 pc lunch with an upgrade for Kimchi fries and a 6pc plain tenders with ranch dressing. Both were delicious and we were able to get a second meal out of it. We will definitely return. read more

Great flavor, hot honey sweet but not overly sweet and the spicy fries are fantastic. The staff was very friendly and food was steaming hot! 5 star for sure read more

Tried this recently, not knowing what to expect. Chicken is really good. Husband ordered the mixed and said the bone-in chicken was very juicy, while the outside was super crunchy. I got tenders which I liked. Everything that was fried was not greasy at all. I got sauces on the side. Tried the mala and spicy garlic. Will try some other flavors next time. Husband ordered the snow onion add on. Seemed like an odd combo, since we've never had it, but it's really good. The white sauce is slightly sweet, but not too much, and the onions are crisp without being too strong. It was actually a nice contrast to the chicken. Portions are huge. Tenders are tenders-sized, not small. Same with the wings. These are larger pieces of chicken, so keep that in mind when ordering. We took home enough for 2 extra meals each, and we aren't small eaters. Proprietor talked to us about the restaurant and the food. It wasn't busy when we went, but it should be. We will be putting this restaurant in our rotation. It's close to our house as well, so excited about that too. read more

This Korean fried chicken restaurant just opened on 7/24/2025. It is in the space formerly occupied by Salsa Verde. We ordered chicken wings with Garlic Mild and Hot Honey sauces. Mid. I was expecting the a duplicate experience to what I would get in Fishers...considering their names are the same. They are not the same, the food is better but the service is worse. They had generic plastic silverware for my hot soup. It made me very sad. The tteokbokki was 8/10 but just a little too sweet. But its not bad I'd come back. read more

Everything about their food is fabulous!!! So good!! The calamari is so crispy. I haven't tried a sauce I don't like.

The prices are a bit high for chicken, but oh is it so so good! I think it's better than BB.Q Chicken up in Caslteton. Some of the sauces are a bit sweeter than I care fore, but oh so good! I only wish they had kimchee as an actual side order. You can request it in person. read more

We went their first week of opening, but we go to the fishers location ALOT, so we were excited to try this one. They have all kinds of fried chicken: wings, legs, tender, ect. We always get the curry chicken tenders(slight spice) and the red pepper chicken tenders (lots of spice). They DO have sweet potato fries (not on the menu) but they are very good. The service was great-just a little crazy due to it being their first week. read more
