The service there sucks, big time nobody there has any. Experience on how to talk to customers at all, and the mangers is never seen around to make sure. That the place is being ran smoothly and ok, the staff is mostly teens at night and they have a nasty attitude. And do t like to do 2 orders in drive thru Evan when it is, just one or two cars in the line I do not recommend this place to. Anyone who like good customer service. read more

I came here Saturday night and the ordering process went fine but when we went to the window to pick up they only gave us our drinks and told us to go to the pickup window pointing at the one right in front of the building which requires you to stand outside for the food which wouldn't have been a problem if it came out quickly but i stood outside in the cold while I watched about 10 other cars get served after about 15 minutes I asked them how long it would be so I could wait in my car. Mind you everyone inside was wearing hats coats and gloves so they knew it was cold. When I asked them how long it would be they said they're starting it now. So my food wasn't even started until 15 minutes after I had been standing in the cold. It took another 5 minutes to actually get my food. The only positive of this experience was that the food was hot when I got it. read more

Pulled into a huge line to make an order. After a few cars got food we got to the speaker and someone mumbled something about them being short staffed and after he repeated himself a few times I still was unsure of what he said. I just said okay we've made a mobile order then he said "well you're on the wrong side the pickup lane is on the other side." In a whiny and attitude filled voice. Then he came outside and made Everyone reverse out of the drive thru and told everyone that everyone inside is tired and they're only doing online orders. We're from out of state and very surprised that this business is still running with rude staff such as this. read more

Probably the worst fast food restaurant I've ever ordered from/been to. Rivaled only by the Wendy's next door. They can't get orders right, they don't want to actually do their job, and when they do it's bad. If they actually get your order right you will have had to wait 30 minutes (I have waited longer). The food is pretty normal in terms of expectations, no major flaws or concerns like under cooking or anything. But Jesus the people who work here (new people every time I go, turnover rate has to exceed 100%) are probably the laziest, most temperamental, and sloppiest employees I've ever seen. If you want a mediocre burger just go somewhere else. If they don't give you the right food it'll at least be fast and waste less time. read more

Went through the drive through and received a chicken sandwich burger and two fries. Burger was below average been for a drive thru fast food place. Fries were good. Unfortunately my chicken sandwich was very undercooked which I didn't find out until I was nearly half way through eating it! The woman working the window was doing her best but while I waited at the window for my food I had to listen to your grill cook go on about his day off Friday and complaining about who I assumed was another employee that was not working. I understand that drive through food is not normally top quality but undercooked chicken is unacceptable! I'm hoping I don't get sick. read more

Pulled in today to grab a sandwich. Sat in line and watch four cars ahead of us get food. Once we were at the speaker we sat for another five minutes, only to be told thru the speaker they were short staffed and they are only doing on line orders. Food was good and tasty. Presentation was a total mess though. Ordered food and the lady that took our order was rude. Wasn't sure if it was even correct because was never repeated so we took a chance and paid anyways. Gave the lady our card and her eyes were very dilated. She later looked at me, after we got our card back, and asked if we paid. We didn't order a drink and yet she tried to give us a drink. She had no clue what she was doing and I didn't have much faith the order was correct. To my surprise it was. My two medium fries was just thrown in there all over the bag like I asked for that. Ugh. Ordered a rally burger with only tomato, cheese and mayo. I kept having to repeat myself because he couldn't hear me. When I got to the window, a young woman handed me a bag and I asked if my receipt showed my changes to the rally burger. Her response was 'look in the bag' with an attitude. So I looked at the rally burger, it was not made correctly and it was cold. I told her this and her response was 'it can't be cold because we just made it'. The gentleman that originally took my order came to the window to tell me the same thing. So I wrapped the sandwich up and said never mind, he told me to have a nice day, very rudely, then followed it up with 'God Bless'. Needless to say I will not be going back to that Rally's again. Horrible if trying to order food through uber eats or door dash, called to see if they could cancel my order after telling my dasher that they never received my order. The lady on the phone then continued to say that they can not accept or cancel any orders which does not make sense and then continued to hang up on me. read more
