This was an awful burger. I cannot believe I spent money on a burger for it to look and taste like this. They didn't even put the right toppings on it. Oh and can't forget about having to wait 15 minutes for the food to be done with only one person ahead of us.

Mind you they were 1/2 full and we ate in .... My burger was good but slapped together and lukewarm at best. My cheese wasn't even melted. The other burger was fine though. The table had to be cleaned so we could eat there. Every table but 1 was dirty as well as the floor. They have 'Simply' lemonade on the menu board but it's Minute Maid (yes very minor but I'm sure Simply wouldn't approve of it). Bring back the Five Guys we used to enjoy eating at. I think I was seen taking pictures of the tables so someone came out and started wiping them down. As we went to clean our table off there was no trash can. I asked up front and they acted shocked and went to get one because they took it when she was cleaning

Soooooooo today I came in and was asked by Mr. LeRoy H.( manager on duty) for a large Cajun rice. We both paused and looked at each other and then just busted out lol!!! He then turned to his crew and said one large Cajun Rice Frie and we all lol!!! This is another reason why this is my favorite and only 5 Guys I come to... lol!!! They always make sure I'm taken very good care of!!!

This is the place to go if you need anything in a short period of time. Grab the food and go!

I've never had a bad experience with this location until now. Not the cleanest and they were quite backed up even with 7 employees working. We waited over 20 minutes for our carry out order. My favorite Cajun fries were too salty and limp. The used tampon on the toilet paper dispenser was not cool.

I haven't been to this Five Guys location since pre pandemic and was actually planning on picking up food elsewhere but the restaurant was closed. Five Guys is my favorite burger place to date. There are a couple new places that have opened up that I have yet to try. I ordered my burger without a bun with the grilled mushrooms and onions that I love and a few other toppings. I also ordered a small fries (which is more like a large at most burger places) and despite that; I ate every last fry. I went on a Sunday about 7:00 p.m. and they were pretty busy and tables were available to dine in.

I love Five Guys! Everything about this restaurant just brings me happiness. I ordered our food online and I went to pick it up. I almost forgot my shakes until one of the workers ran out to the car to let me know. I am very thankful for the customer service that the Five Guys Employees have shown me. The food was amazing along with the customer service, I will be returning in the near future!

One of the best 5 guys I have been to, every person had a job an DID their job, it was a clean restaurant an the crew was really fast food was cooked well comsidaring how fast they was pumping the orders out.the only problem was some of the confusion when it came to yelling out the numbers on the orders one person orders would pop out an so few got outta sync an some people would scratch their heads wondering if they missed their ordErs, other than that this was a well meededd visit comsiderimg my past few experiences....

a little (one patty) cheeseburger and a small fries, still big enough to share. #yum #ReviewsByRL

Peanuts, freshly made burgers (A "little" is one patty and a "regular" is two patties), all the fixin's, and a plentiful amount of fresh cut fries (a little size is still enough to share with someone.) I frequent the 82nd St (Castleton) and 116th (Fishers) locations. The only downside can be a crowded dining area of one that needs some pick up. But two of us can eat for about $20 and the food is a definite #yum. #ReviewsByRL

Good seating.

A lot of employees standing around doing nothing. Tip? Why would I leave a tip for them doing their job - getting food into a bag?

I came here on a whim and I'm glad I did!…read more Kuma's corner kind of feels like a rock concert venue turned restaurant on the inside, with lots of memorabilia in there. There's a bit of grunge aesthetic too. I opted for the patio seating on the nice day that I visited. Service worked pretty quickly and friendly. I got a mocktail to start that was cranberry, orange, and pineapple juice. It was pretty yummy. I was far more impressed by the foooood! My partner and I split a burger and Mac and cheese. The size small was $9 and was honestly huge. It was definitely enough food for two. The burger we got was also a good size, and came with a lot of shoestring onion on top. The burger was $18 but it's a 10 oz patty which is practically a better deal than most other burgers out there. I'll be back again sometime for sure!

My husband wanted a good burger but because I'm vegan, it needed to be a place with an option for…read moreme. After researching, I found Kuma's Corner. They have a vegan option. Convenient location. Zero proof drinks. There were some reviews about long wait times, non-toasted buns and the cost but the write up of the place itself gave me nostalgia vibes for a place called Cobra Burger in Richmond, VA so I had to try my luck. I really wanted to love this place, as I've not found anything like Cobra Burger here in Indy. When we arrived, around 6:45p on a Thursday, the patio had a good amount of people, but inside was pretty empty apart from the bar. We sat at a two top in the bar area. The music was at a pretty low volume, especially considering the amount of reviews that said otherwise. Our server was also bartender, so it initially took her a couple of minutes to come over, which is understandable. She took our order for drinks and then after bringing them back for the food. She was nice and provided good service although juggling tables and the bar, plus she was also pregnant. It took a very long time for us to get our food (close to an hour), despite three guys working the line in the kitchen, banging out burger after burger. The food arrived, hot and correct. Both my husband and I were disappointed that the reviews were right and the burger buns were not toasted. Non-toasted burger buns actually make the burgers harder to eat and less enjoyable. My burger was decent for a non-handmade vegan option; for the price my expectation is amor sophisticated/handmade creative one, but I am thankful that they had a vegan option at all. My husband thought his burger was just okay and that he's had better ones around Indy, so we probably won't be dining here again. For the size of the burger, they should bring you ample napkins without having to ask because it is very messy trying to eat them. For two burgers with fries, one small mac & cheese, and three beers (one regular and two nonalcoholic) before tip the bill was over $80. Now, if the food was top-tier fantastic, I would say fine but being that it was more middle of the road it's a bit pricey.

It's a Friday night and their advertised hours are Sunday through Thursday 11 am until 9 pm with Friday and Saturday closing at 10 pm. We decided to go at 9 fully expecting the dining room to be open since the hours are clearly posted and we arrived an hour before closing. To my surprise, we walked in and someone who I'm assuming is the manager looks our way and says to the hostess that they're only doing takeout. He clearly made that decision as we walked in. The dining room was empty except one couple who hadn't received their food yet. I could understand if it were 30 mins before, but an hour means you should just close at 9 pm everyday. A couple walked in minutes after us and were also given this information, but decided to leave instead of order. I did, however, order for my son since I opted out and he was looking forward to eating here. This was not how I expected to celebrate my son's birthday but was forced to even though they had roughly eight people "working" and were unable to accommodate three. This really left a feeling of disdain that I can't shake. I have no desire to patronize this establishment in the future as I was not welcomed during business hours this time. Hopefully this is a learning experience and they'll choose to service customers within reason.

Nothing aesthetically has changed in the decorations, it is still so cute and so pink in there. The food on the other hand was 100% better. I am a snob for a burger so when I saw their options I decided to go simple to really get a taste of the burger. I was so impressed with the flavor and the quality. A lot of burgers don't have much flavor but this make your own double patty burger with cheese was overflowing with flavor. After visiting at the end of January and ordered takeout in early February and was still so blown away at the quality and the care that was put in to even a take out order. The fries were phenomenal as well. They are pretty close to being shoelace fries and with the bowl you get two signature sauces of your choosing. I can't remember what sauces we had but they were delicious. I will definitely be back and probably will have to have a shake next time.

We opted for Mac and cheese with the kids meal for an extra $2 - it was creamy and a nice portion for that price point. For entrees, we ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, it was $14 and pretty decent size, but didn't come with any side or chips. We also ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich; it was mostly bread, a thick potato bun. Also came with no side so we added a bowl of fries to share. They were crispy and salty, basic shoestring cut. Everything was fine, nothing stand out. Restaurant was really cute and trendy. We got my son a $3.50 chocolate chip cookie before we left, he really enjoyed that. $54 plus tip for a cookie, 2 sodas, fries, wrap, sandwich, and kids meal. Not terrible!
