I've had countless issues with this location, the most recent being today when my delivery order sat unmoved for over an hour. After an hour I finally called the store and "Ryan" just casually says that they don't have a driver. Didn't seem to care about my order sitting there for over an hour. I cancelled the order and just won't eat I suppose. But they've already got my money because I used the app to pay. This just pissed me off and I won't be ordering from this location again. I was at the Chick-fil-A today by the pyramids, and I noticed the last several times that I've been there. The food is not fresh, it looks like it has been laying under the lights for a couple of hours, today my chicken strips look very burnt really didn't have time to turn around and take them back , but I should have, gonna try my best not to go to that one anymore for a while, and it is just this one by the pyramids I visit the one in Avon and in Plainfield quite frequently and the food is always fresh!!! even if I don't eat it for after 20 minutes when I get home it's still hot!!! so therefore I can tell the one by the pyramids they're cooking it and letting them lay there for quite a while read more

I stopped by Chick-Fli-A to pickup a gift card for Father's Day and a salad to take home. The restaurant drive thru was packed, but inside it was not busy at all. I went inside and it was clearly dead . I went up to the counter and Alex took my order. Alex was very professional and had to get assistance from a manager to help with ringing up a gift card. Fernando, the manager, came and assisted Alex with ringing up the gift card, and a Market salad. The transaction was completed and Fernando was very gracious and professional. The restaurant was very clean and looked nice. I waited about five minutes before my salad was ready and I picked it up from a staff member. She was very gracious and told me to have a nice day. This Chick fli-A was very professional and organized. The drive thru is set up so that a staff member can assist you with your order and tell you which window to go to to pick up the order. They have expanded the drive thru to quite a few stations since it is always packed and busy on a daily basis. The staff is always cleaning the restaurant inside from what I observed and making sure the condiment stations are refilled at all times. My Market salad was delicious and very fresh! The zesty apple cider vinaigrette was a nice touch on the salad! I love Chick fli-A and always have, after living in GA for many years, and I am sure to make a trip to Chick fli-A whenever I have a craving for a salad or chicken fingers. First time encountering this worker named Douglas. When I tried to order I felt like he was rushing me. He was looking around and smart mouthed me. I received my order and asked for 3 chick fil a sauces and he said "we don't give out three" and carelessly handed them to me. Food is always amazing but I am not sure if they have all new staff or a new manager but when i went through the drive thru line today they did not have my order at the window they kept asking me if i went through the drive thru i literally told them 4x I told them that the workers were transitioning from shift it looked like then the manager was like oh well your order did not go through I said well it sure did since it was already taken out of my bank account then they asked me if I knew the name of the person who took my order i said no I have never met anyone in a drive thru who tells me there name. I asked what the problem was and why I have to argue with them about an order that I placed through their drive-through that they did not capture that I'm happy to tell them what I ordered so I can get it and the manager and all of the workers were just standing in there looking at me and laughing because they're like well. We don't know what to do. We don't know what to do I said how about I just tell you what I ordered and then you can give it to me so I gave them my order and then they finally gave me my food. I especially adore the consistency that you find in each and every Chick-fil-A location across the country. From hot, fresh food to friendly, welcoming associates - the brand speaks for itself in loud and clear terms. The customer service at this location is some of the best among fast food restaurants, and the team always seems happy to have customers present. The food is always fresh and well-prepared, as expected. My one complaint is the re-designed drive-thru. I'm sure an intensive study was undertaken to decipher the best way to engineer the popular Chick-fil-A drive-thru system, but it just falls short for me. From looping around the building to interacting with no less than 3 personnel during the drive-thru trip, it just doesn't quite work in unity. I'm certain that there are others who adore the new system, but so far it's a "not quite" for me. I've never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A before. Seriously. A woman working once RAN out to my car when they gave me the wrong order once. It wasn't at this location but it's worth noting. Their customer service is top notch. This location is the closest to my house. I wish they'd open one a little closer but never say never! I've picked up breakfast here about a dozen times and picked up lunch/dinner countless times. Every time the food has been hot, fresh and delicious. I absolutely love their grilled chicken wrap with their avocado lime ranch dressing. They've got great lemonade too. The line can get insanely long which makes getting in and out of parking spots a little difficult but this has never taken away from my experience here. If anything, I'm hoping the long lines will get another location to open up in the Zionsville/Whitestown area?! read more

By now, it's absolutely no secret that I'm a fan of Chick-fil-A. I'm the Yelp Duke at the Broad Ripple/Glendale location and a regular at the location inside Castleton Square Mall and near the Fashion Mall. While I grew up on the northwest side of town, it's not an area I frequent anymore and this particular location is one I've only visited on one occasion years ago. However, on this New Year's Day I was doing some "day off" shopping over in this area and decided to grab a late lunch/early dinner at this spot near 86th and Michigan Road. There are certain consistencies across the Chick-fil-A chain. For example, the menu varies very little, if any, from location to location with some exceptions for regional variations. While some may lament that consistency, there's something about the dependability that I like. Additionally, while service can vary from location to location you can pretty much depend on hearing a "My Pleasure!" when you say "Thank you!" and you'll find very few exceptions to the idea that employees are presentable, well groomed and generally smiling. Again, there are always exceptions but I find Chick-fil-A to be fairly consistent in the service department. There's one negative that I find fairly consistently - horrid parking. While every Chick-fil-A I've ever been to offers accessible parking, it's always within their drive-thru area and it makes it nearly impossible to get out if you arrive or leave during a busy time. Today, for example, my exit took a rather extended period with the drive-thru crowd wrapped around the building. While the drive-thru moves quickly, that doesn't mean these folks are anxious to let somebody get out of their parking spot. The interior is fairly consistent - except for mall locations, there's almost always a double-door entryway (typically glass doors) leading into an area where the ordering counter is on one side, the dining room on the other. While certain locations are smaller, for example Broad Ripple, the overall design is still pretty similar. As I entered this location, I immediately realized it is a larger and more comfortable restaurant. The entire atmosphere seemed calmer and the tables, a combo of tables and booths, offer some degree of privacy and a lack of busyness that is overwhelming at times at Broad Ripple. This location was simply cleaner, calmer, more evenly spaced, and had MUCH more room for those in wheelchairs. It also seemed like the Playland was bigger and the noise from it was significantly lower than the Broad Ripple location. The employees were uniformly friendly. I was offered refills twice while at my table. While no one stopped by to take my trash, the minute they saw me starting to take my tray to the trash area I had two employees offering help. I found all the employees friendly. It wasn't quite in the familiar way that I'm used to at Broad Ripple, but I've been to Broad Ripple many more times and built up a relationship with them. The food? I'd dare say even the food was a notch higher. I was at Broad Ripple a couple days ago and found my grilled chicken sandwich a little tough with a bun that was a little too toasted. This sandwich was cooked perfectly. To add to my weirdness, even the iced tea tasted just a wee bit fresher. Overall, while I love the Broad Ripple/Glendale spot and will still make it my usual stop there's no denying this visit was a notch above my usual Broad Ripple/Glendale experience. Service at Broad Ripple is hit-and-miss even for a regular - often warm and welcoming, but occasionally you get a "I'm too busy" feeling. This was practically the definitive Chick-fil-A experience, an experience that would be better with improved parking but still a welcome stop on a rare day off. I'll definitely return when I'm on this side of town. read more

Never have I ever been treated with so much disrespect as I was with this Chic fil A. The crazy thing it was a simple fix. So real quick. I am in the drive thru and order a Chic Fil A Deluxe meal WITH pepper jack cheese. The lady that assisted me ordered it with American Cheese. No problem. I let the runner know they simply have the wrong cheese and if they could fix the problem. The runner looked at me like I did something wrong and that I shouldn't have asked for my food to be fix. The cashier yelled out, what happened now with a frown on his face. The runner let him know the problem. So the cashier gave my food to someone and they peeled the American cheese off and placed a cold piece of Pepper Jack Cheese on my sandwhich! They tried it. I asked them can they warm it up or give me a new sandwich. I want my food nice and hot, like the company promised it would be. The cashier said no, we don't warm up food. I then asked if they can make me a new sandwich. He said no! So I asked if I could speak with the manager and she told me that there is nothing that they could do. I kindly asked for a refund and went on my way! I did call the store back to put in a formal complaint. I let her know how rude her staff was and what she plan to do to fix the problem! She kept apologizing for the inconvenience. I told her that I she's already apologized but how she Plan to fix the problem to make the next customer have a better experience than me. She kept saying she apologize. Lord, I didn't get anywhere with her. She then asked for my phone number and said that she would add a free meal to my app! It's been 2 weeks and I still don't have anything on my app! I'm afraid to call again because I don't want to have to get upset all over again. I'll make sure I stay in Avon if I order Chic fil A again. I cannot stand a liar and a company that doesn't take accountability! read more

However, their new 2 lane drive thru only served to slow stuff down, our order was wrong not once not twice but 3 times! They had someone standing at the window to take our payment which only added a step in the process and meant we had to ask HIM for ketchup and he had to ask the person INSIDE to hand him ketchup ... an assembly line that was working against them not for them. I received some of the worst customer service of my life tonight from an Assistant Manger by the name of Emily. Having worked in food service myself for the past five years, I would consider myself more aware than most regarding customer service predicaments. In addition to being versed in the appropriate behavior to display when resolving discrepancies with customers, I have also been a frequent customer of this location for years now. They have always displayed impeccable customer service until tonight. After the five mile drive home, I opened the bag - only to realize they had given me the wrong order, leaving me no real choice but to drive all the way back to Chic-fil-A. The first employee I spoke to was not at all apologetic about the mishap - instead eagerly pressing whether my order was complete or not. At this point his manager, Emily, arrived. Still trying to amend their mistake, I explained myself again, only to be faced with a significantly more condescending attitude. It seemed as if she was excited to back her employee up by rudely re-iterating Chic-fil-A return procedures. At the restaurant I work for, such blatant behavior with customers (especially a customer who was given the wrong order and is upset about it) would never be tolerated. However I have to give 3 stars to this NW side location on account of the logistics. The parking lot/drive thru is designed to aggravate. Due to the neighboring businesses I don't see much in the way of possible improvements either. I used DoorDash to order from this Chick Fil A. Upon receipt of my order I found I was missing items, which I verified using my order in DoorDash. I called them and was told I had a choice of getting a credit or coming in to pick up the items, as DoorDash drivers apparently do not verify the order is complete when they pick it up, and will not return to the restaurant to pick up missing items. So I drive the 15 minutes to Chick Fil A to pick up the items as they were intended for the kids, and was given a lukewarm apology and a coupon for a free sandwich. Little compensation for a half hour round trip for their mistake. It appears customer service has truly died as Chick Fil A had a reputation for great customer service. This review is directed toward Chik-Fil-A corporate! We had a relatively good experience dining in at a local Chik-Fil-A and we were urged by the gal taking our order to be sure to complete the online survey to earn a free sandwich. So, I followed the instructions on the receipt to complete the survey and answered all the questions required. The restaurant received high marks with the exception of having not-so-great waffle fries that were mostly broken pieces and crumbs. After entering personal information with email address into the last page, the system gave an error saying that the email was invalid! I double-checked the address to make sure there were not any typographical errors and tried again. Still the system would not accept the email address, so I telephone Chik-Fil-A customer service. The first details the telephone agent wanted was name and email address! After receiving that information she gave a very anemic response saying that the information would be forwarded on. That's when I asked if they could send me the email for the free sandwich. She said that she couldn't with some excuse about there being a 'different team' that handles the survey. I pointed out that customer service should be able to handle an issue like this, but apparently she wasn't motivated enough to try to. Her response was very much unlike a response I had received from Chik-Fil-A a long time ago when I called about a very unpleasant restaurant experience. That customer service agent was kind and helpful. Based on the response of the customer service agent who was supposed to be helping today but didn't, I'll be thinking twice as to whether we want to bother with any Chik-Fil-A surveys again. read more
