This is place is one of the best kept secrets in the Towson area! It is a small cafe located in the shopping center across from the Timonium Fairgrounds. The name doesn't tell you much about the cuisine but they do offer a variety of different breakfast foods, and coffees. They have a lot of healthier options (açai bowl, steel cut oatmeal, avocado toast) but they have some traditional favorites as well. In the 2 times I've been there the service as has been great and I never have to wait long for my meal no matter how many tables there are. Try one of the skillets it you decide to stop in! Nice brunch spot. Came here off a recommendation from someone who went to a different location. Wait wasn't too long. They are doing a good job of spacing tables out during COVID. Our server was very friendly and helpful. I had the orange juice because it was advertised as fresh squeezed and it definitely was. She had the flavored ice tea and enjoyed it. The menu is terrific and offers something for everyone. She had the classic eggs benedict and I have the lemon ricotta pancakes. The pancakes were huge. Two were more than filling! Only 3 words necessary - CARROT CAKE PANCAKES!!! As soon as I saw that on the menu, I knew there was no way I could order anything else, even though I saw at least 3 other things I wanted to get. I absolutely LOVE carrot cake and pancakes are my favorite breakfast foods. The best part is, if you don't have a sweet tooth, or don't really want to have dessert as a meal, these aren't very sweet at all! Hands down the best pancake I have ever had! Took 45-60 minutes to get a table, AFTER having checked in on arrival, AFTER having gotten "in line" before leaving home. We ordered and waited another 40 minutes for food to come out. We were told "the kitchen is slammed" and true, we did not see any food sitting to be served. But once our food arrived, EVERYTHING except the soup was cold, including a turkey burger and eggs that we so cold they were crunchy, and goat cheese missing from an omelet. One person in our party sent her food back, which was itself perhaps a mistake because it wasn't re-prepared until everyone else had finished eating. The positives: Food was good. Awesome breakfast! I am visiting the area with my wife. We decided to stop in for breakfast. This place is a farm to table establishment. Everything is made to order and made fresh. This place brands itself as a daytime cafe. It opens at 7 am and closes at 2:30pm. Breakfast, Brunch and lunch is the order of business. There is coffee made fresh, you can have orange juice, apple juice. They also offer juice bar type mixes. There are a few organic choices and just regular non organic choices. I had the French Toast, pork sausage and scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese. My wife had the Belgian Waffle with bacon and scrambled eggs. With a Kale Tonic. Our meals were delicious! The staff is friendly and helpful. When you enter the restaurant, the staff will seat you. Once you are finished eating, the waitress will give you the check and you pay at the counter. Firstly, I loved that I was able to be added to the waitlist via Yelp! By the time we got there, we only had to wait 5-10 minutes, which was ideal for our hungry party. We came for brunch and I ordered the SoCal Burrito. It was delicious! Light and hearty at the same time and the ingredients felt fresh - nice alternative to a traditional breakfast burrito. I also got a green juice that wasn't bad. We aren't up this way often, but if we ever are, I'd definitely come back here. My waitress was friendly and attentive. The only suggestion i would give is to maybe go over the menu with me. Tell me whats special and what they are known for. Very nice local brunch place that we love to go. Fresh ingredients and friendly people there. We've tried almost every category on there brunch menu and so far nothing is disappointing ! I especially like their toast, it's whole grain artisan and toasted perfectly, and it goes so well with butter or jam. I also love their eggs Benedict (smaller portions if you choose salad as the side) and skillet (larger portion with lots of potato and cheese). Big Tip: they don't take reservation but you can download an app called "Nowait" and place yourself in the waiting line before you even head out the door. I came here with my boyfriend for brunch one Saturday morning and I have to say this restaurant is a bit overhyped. We ordered the Million Dollar Bacon, the Florentine Eggs Benedict, and the Farmhouse Skillet Hash. I'm a really big fan of bacon, but I did not find this dish to be worth the amount they were charging us. It took roughly 50 minutes for us to get our food, while tables around us with larger parties were getting their food much faster even after ordering after us. This did not make our dining experience a pleasant one, however, our server was very nice and did put in a lot of effort into trying to recover for the wait that we had, which did help make our parting experience much better. I had been to several First Watch locations in others cities, but never realized we had one in this area. We joined the waitlist online through Yelp, so only had to wait a few minutes once we arrived (wait list times were very accurate). I appreciate that they have a kids menu, and provide crayons to draw with. They also have complimentary coffee while you wait as well as water-a nice touch. Their specials always look delicious, but I LOVE their Chickenchanga and couldn't help but order it here, as we don't get to First Watch very often. I also enjoyed the kale tonic drink and bites of my husbands french toast did not disappoint! The staff was also very friendly and helpful, especially with your toddler who decided to have a full blown meltdown--knocking my original drink all over the place, it was generously replaced. Only con is that they don't take reservations and they do not serve alcohol, but it defiantly speeds up the dining process and gets tables turned over faster. read more

We came here for breakfast while in the area. Decided to go to a place with more 'out there' choices than just plain ol eggs and bacon. The website didn't let us check in and told us to "come on in, there's no wait" and we proceeded to be told by a hostess that there was a 15 min wait and that we'll be added to the list, not a big deal. It's kind of a hipster place, which we don't mind and knew going in. I got the farmhouse hash, I loved the amount of veggies and other things were on it and the egg mixed with it all perfectly. It even came with a small cup of fruit on the side, and their whole grain toast was delicious. My fiancee got the biscuits and gravy, it was very good and we were surprised to see that it came with two eggs and potatoes, a nice extra when usually it wouldn't come with anything at other places. The only thing we didn't like was the prices, her Purple Haze drink was over $5, and I feel my meal could've been a more generous portion for the price I paid.
