The price is very comparable to other coffee shops. It's a lively coffee shop, with a ton of sitting and lots of individuals working. The employees were very nice, when I forgot to ask for my coffee to-go, they were so kind about it. I will say, my coffee definitely could have been filled up more. However, it was the perfect experience. On Mondays, I need a little extra energy and this coffee gave me the boost I needed!

It can get fairly busy at times (so seating is limited through those peak moments) but overall solid place to meet, study, or do work. Usually a mix of students, residents and folks who work near by. My new favorite thing is just an iced vanilla latte with caramel cold foam. I recently tried cold foam for the first time (early April or late March) and I've been missing out! The limited seating might have deterred several members from joining but BC&T employees were extremely accommodating and found extra chairs for us to have enough room for about ten of us to gather and enjoy coffee, tea and bagels. We met Sharon who came over and greeted our group and even offered a tour later in the spring. How delightful! BC&T has a full display of wonderful local fare and gifts for purchase. An incredible assortment of teas are available, too. Great place to buy gifts and enjoy some tasty food and beverages - SHOP LOCAL!! Cool vibe and positive staff.

The peach oolong crepe cake slice was still frozen. They had been open for an hour at that point. We decided to just take it home so it could thaw a little bit. The soft serve was fine. The matcha part was very frozen. Not soft serve texture. The milk part of it was softer and better. I think it might be better to go later in the afternoon when everything isn't frozen still. It wasn't bad but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come here.

If you've been to a Gong Cha location before, you know that it has a large menu - with way too many choices, an overwhelming number of choices! But that can be great once you get familiar with the menu. Until then, I'll just panic order and enjoy what I get. Last week that was a Strawberry Green Tea, which was delicious. I love that everything is customizable (I think I got 0% added sugar and 25% ice in mine last week). Now that I know it's there, I'm sure I'll be back!
