Burria chilaquiles Barbacoa Chilaquiles Breakfast Bowl

Food? Amazing. Fresh, flavorful, excellent presentation Service? Also amazing! Our server was so helpful, making suggestions and checking on us just the right amount of times. She seemed genuinely happy we were delighted. Ambiance? Also cute! Who would think of hanging pallets from the ceiling? But it worked! We're quite happy and we will be back!

This place never disappoints! Love it every time, no matter what we get. The service is always courteous and the bottomless coffee is the best. Sometimes the food can take a while since it's usually pretty busy but it's totally worth it.

I've been here multiple times and have enjoyed everything I've tried. The breakfast tacos are a great portion and very satisfying, and the omelettes are always really good. I also tried the chicken changa, which was similar to a breakfast burrito but wrapped in a thin layer of egg instead of a tortilla. I had it with chorizo, bacon, cheese, and green chile, and honestly, the combination was amazing. It was a big portion for me and very filling. You really can't go wrong with anything on their menu everything I've had has been consistently great.

Kudos great staff, awesome food and matching ambiance. We liked how we were seated almost immediately then the food came quickly. Jaime our waitress was attentive and kind....that's for that sugar . The food was so delicious and hot. Overall 5 stars. Management your doing your job. Yes we left a nice tip .

First Watch is an above-average breakfast place, which St. George certainly needs. Everything has a touch of "extra," from the menus to the decor to even the service, the experience here is elevated. I usually eat the same thing for breakfast, but the menu inspired me to try something new. I enjoyed the Healthy Turkey omelet, and it was outstanding! The coffee is delicious and I appreciate that we were offered coffee as soon as we sat down-nobody wants to wait for that! I'm glad we visited and we will most definitely make it back when we are out this way again.

This is my second visit to First Watch. I was very impressed with the food on my first visit, but this second visit felt a bit flat. Nothing truly stood out as worthy of a third visit. We ordered a variety of items from their regular and seasonal menu. I was very disappointed with the Parmesan toast. It didn't seem cohesive--just a bunch of dry ingredients on toast that were messy and difficult to eat. Maybe melting the cheese would help. Our favorite item was the Raspberry Ricotta French Toast. The raspberries were fresh, and the French toast was perfectly balanced, sweet, and savory. I must say that it was much easier to be seated this time. We went at 9 am, their peak time, and there wasn't a waitlist. Our server, although she was new, was very attentive to our needs.

First watch is always a solid breakfast choice while visiting the St. George area. It's definitely a popular one, and it's hard to get a table within a 20 minute wait if you don't join the waitlist - save yourself some time and get on via Yelp before heading over. Interior is nothing special but is always clean and kept. And the "views" on the patio are subpar (unless you like looking at strip malls). However the food, coffee, and fresh pressed juices/concoctions are the reason to come and stay. Portions are filling, but pay mind to taste things before adding syrup or salt as the dishes can lend on either side more heavily. The pea flower lemonade is always a good choice, and any of the other juices will make you feel like you started your day on the best note. We always make sure to stop at First Watch while in town - and so should you!

Really nice decor and ambiance. Clean and welcoming. Nice restrooms (with changing table). Service was good. Food was fine. Plated beautifully. Just felt like a lot of money for small portions of food that was fine, but not special. Maybe we ordered the wrong things?

From the moment we arrived, every dish was exceptional. The salad was fresh and beautifully prepared, the pork belly was absolutely outstanding, and the steak was cooked to perfection with the most incredible seasoning. Every bite was memorable. The biscuit was unreal--warm, comforting, and honestly one of the best I've ever had. What touched me most was the homemade ice cream. One spoonful instantly brought me back to childhood memories of my dad making homemade ice cream for us when we were kids. It was such a special and unexpected gift to relive those moments. But what truly made the evening unforgettable was our server, Parthee. She was absolutely amazing. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth made us feel so welcomed and cared for. She didn't just provide excellent service--she made our night. Our family has been through a lot, including the heartbreaking loss of my sister. Father's Day hasn't always been easy for my sweet dad since then. This evening gave us something precious: a new happy memory together. Parthee, thank you for your compassion and for helping create a beautiful moment for our family during a difficult season of life. We are so grateful, and we will never forget it.

We had a 730 res, showed up 10 mins early because parking was easy and told to wait eventhough we saw 6 open tables. Once seated they had a large very drunk unruly group of guys center room screaming and carrying on. Not a giant deal until I saw they same guys being rude to other patrons and literally grabbing our server. We couldn't hear the menu explanations due to the volume of that table. Drinks. The wine was fine for my wife. I am a whiskey and scotch guy Ordered a macallan 12 - didnt have it Ordered a EH taylor -didn't have it. Ordered a Bookers Bourbon- had it however the world's largest ice block (literally sticking out of the glass) which diluted the 1 Oz $30 pour. Bartenders inexperience truly showed here. The food. For the love of God, discover salt. We ordered 4 things. Elote Scallops Crab Mac Ny strip (medium rare) Best dish by far was the elote. The scallops still tasted like the sea and were extremely gritty. The steak...... medium and on the way to well. Not seasoned. The sauces were a horseradish and a chimichuri. Neither of which saved that steak. We literally sent the crab Mac back to the kitchen. Inedible. Tasted like tuna mac that had been left in the oven too long. Our server took care of all of our concerns and saved the evening, even gave us a few sea salt chocolatechip cookies (the cookies get salt but the $60 steak doesnt?) ......until the food poisoning kicked in. So thanks for the cheap wesightloss I guess? Gave it a try, and we would never recommend it to anyone we respect or call friend

The reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 is fully on the service and not the food. We were there 1.5 hours with no wait to get seated, but once seated we waited 15 minutes before the waiter came to check on us. If they had been busy I would have understood but we were one of two tables in the restaurant at that time. Once the waitress came and took our order we waited forever to get our food. I think there was only one person back running the kitchen. The food was really good but considering how long it took to get our drinks and our food I give it 3 stars. The hostess seated us promptly (with luggage in tow). The restaurant is pretty spacious, so that worked out just fine. We enjoyed our food (a cobb salad for me and a burger for her). Janessa was our server and she was lovely and attentive. We then made a reservation for a larger group for that Saturday evening and Kyle and Mia helped us out... The reservation needed adjustment last minute due to a change in schedule that day and after multiple phone calls, they were able to accommodate that change. Note: it seems there is not a direct phone number to the restauarant so I had to work with someone in the hotel lobby for this. Interestingly enough, we ended up having dinner here on Friday as well with a large group. Huge thanks to Kyle and staff for working with us that evening... We worked out a large group order to-go but sat down for our drinks. Need to know: Due to Utah Liquor laws, adults who are drinking alcoholic beverages must be seated... that was a new fun fact I learned when making the reservation. On Saturday night, the restaurant had a bit of a condensed menu and they were out of salmon, which was a bit disappointing, but after having 3 meals here, we do recommend the wings, nachos, and burgers. The area in the back of the restaurant with games including ping pong is great for the kids and there is also a grassy area out back too. I know that this restaurant is fairly new and working out the kinks... I look forward to returning in the future as I know it will continue to get better.
