As far as diners go, this place is top shelf! Inside it's got the typical breakfast counter and all the feel of a classic diner. The menu goes on forever (9 pages). Portions sizes are large!!! I had the steak and eggs with hash browns. My boy had the corned beef hash. Both were good excellent! The service was excellent and food came quick. The place is a hidden gem! I will be back! Cheers!

This place gives you the largest portions I've ever. This place is so inexpensive. I couldn't believe it. We have a VRBO place down here and will definitely be coming back.

Food was really good staff great I had the county fried steak. I love it and my family does too

HUGE sweet roll

The food looked and smelled so good that i forgot to take pictures...we dug in and started eating immediately! Three menu items you need to try: BREADED FRIES: I'm typically not a big French fry fan but I couldn't stop eating these! Well-fried and we'll seasoned. Fry-sauce comes on the side! SCONES: Wow. Wow. Wow. Amazing texture and the perfect amount of powdered sugar. And the honey butter?!! The cherry on top. Dangerously good!! SWEET ROLL: Holy hell that thing is huge. I was worried taste and texture would be compromised due to the size, but I was VERY wrong. Have you ever tried King Cake? That's exactly what it tasted like to me. It may be the best cinnamon roll I've ever had. The only negative was that they forgot a couple things with our order and didn't provide any cutlery. But we were so hungry we didn't want to take the time to get it fixed.

Delicious food and friendly staff! I found this place through Yelp. It had 4 stars which is lower than other places. But we wanted a full breakfast and not just pastries. No regrets. I highly recommend Bishop's Grill! There is a lot of seating for big parties.

Giant cinnamon roll!

This visit, driving back to LA from Monument Valley. Also made a pit stop for gas. The location is just off the freeway in a little strip with a hotel. Which I've stayed at and tried this place for the first time. It's alway packed here so it's a good thing for them. It was about 30 minutes wait when we walked in but got seated around 10 minutes later. Busy of course. Menu wise, there's literally everything on it. It's like reading a newspaper. There was three of us and a mixture of meals was had. I alway love the chicken fried steak here. It's a massive potion so be warned. There's a smaller order but why not go big. That's served with gravy, house potatoes or hash browns, eggs and biscuits. The biscuits alone is the size of a baseball. Then the tri tip meal with onion rings and cole slaw. And a chicken Cobb salad. Let me just say, the size of the salad was enough to feed 2 maybe 3 people. It was enormous. Food wise, everything was good. The only thing this time, the chicken fried steak was a bit overcooked and crunchy. Even with the gravy, it was still too much. But besides that, the meal was nice. Service was amazing. Our waitress was excellent. Don't remember her name but she was so sweet and friendly. Refills were always touched up without asking. Everyone working was a doll. You pay at the register up front where there's also a little gift shop with everything. Apparels, toys, souvenirs, slippers down to boxers and pajamas. So it's like a must each time we past through this area.

The Power Wrap was served perfectly warm and the mushrooms were so flavorful, the chocolate chip pancakes (with that warm maple syrup ) were such a treat, and the farmhouse hash was hearty and comforting. The fruit was beautiful, ripe, and juicy, and the avocado was literally perfect. You can just tell when food is made with care, and this was it. The ambience made it even better;bright, clean, and peaceful with such a happy, relaxed energy. But truly, the best part of our visit was our server, Michael. He was an absolute angel. So kind, so genuine, and just full of light. He made us feel so special and taken care of, and his smile honestly made our whole morning. You can tell he really loves what he does, and it shows in the way he treats people. We left feeling full, happy, and just really grateful. We'll definitely be back

Oh my!!! When I say, life changing - it is an absolute must try the next time you are in this area! That first bite really took me by surprise! You should have seen my face!! Haha! It blew me away! The crunchy bits on top are Cinnamon French toast cereal bits which give it a great crunchy but light texture in contrast to the creamy custardy french toast, paired with a "to die for" creamy whipped maple syrup and cream cheese (and something else?) topping that is so very light and airy and just a bite of heaven!!!! Not too sweet! Which I love. It's Just right! TJ is a very talented chef and artist. His wife Emily is so kind and warm and makes you feel so welcomed. And Chase, the chef (pictured) is real nice as well!! Really, you do feel the love in their food and hospitality. No wonder they get such great reviews!! Go support this local business. They are such a valuable addition (culinary wise, and community wise) to St. George!!! Their purpose and vision is so awesome- to honor those who have served us. Ps. I then ordered a simple crepe and added blueberries and peach. It said the estimated time of arrival was 9:30, I arrived earlier and waited. I walked in around 9:25 and they were just bagging my food. The design choices were cute but the layout is awkward so I wasn't sure where to wait. The kitchen staff looked miserable and someone was in the back yelling orders. I took my food and was very disappointed. Cold. Every item was cold and not warm at all. The California had avocado that was practically black. Hollandaise was okay, tomato's were fresh and the poached eggs were great but again... cold. The spinach was unseasoned and... cold. Not very appetizing especially considering this is well over $15. The sweet crepe was great, not hard to mess those up typically but it was sooo small. Not many peaches either which were the best part! Very fresh and sweet. I'm not sure I'd go back again especially seeing other reviews. Other places have larger portions and better quality for the same price.

We put our name in around 9:45am. The 30-45 minute wait time was just under 80 minutes. Ten minutes after being seated, we had menus but no waters, place settings, or server.  The host station was 6 feet from us, so I went over and let them know we were ready. "Your server will be with you shortly." Ten more minutes, nothing. I went to the bar area and asked for help. Turns out, our server didn't know our table was part of her area - so, the host was just saying a line to get rid of us. There were two hosts and mostly they tried to avoid clearing tables, hoping the other one did it. There were 3-4 parties waiting for tables that were available, just not being cleared.  The food was good, and came out fairly soon after ordering. I wish I could just review the food; it was 5/5. One order was slightly wrong, but that was the server grabbing the wrong plate. It was just after noon by the time our food arrived. That's a big interval for a ~9:45am arrival. I just looked at the most recent dozen reviews, and it looks like ours was more of the norm right now rather than an isolated unlucky incident. Lots of potential here but overall, we should've tried somewhere else.
