We went to Liberty at the request of a friend. they told us the French toast was the best they had ever had. We looked at the menu and everything looked amazing. We decided to get breakfast sandwiches. I got the biscuit sandwich Max and she got the maple meltdown sandwich. We cut them in half and shared them. They were the most amazing sandwiches. We highly recommend Liberty Cafe and we will definitely be going back. read more

Amazing local spot here in Saint George! My favorite part about it is the honor and celebrating they do to honor our veterans and military forces. The food here is amazing as well. Along with the service. I love how each item is a nod to the military terms and forces. We tried a little bit of everything. We loved the breakfast burrito, the steamy pile, cowboy hash, French toast, chicken fingers, and waffle. Plenty of places for us to enjoy our food as a family. It's so cute decorated with the decorated And everything is made fresh. We were also able to write letters to a vet. read more

The lady who took our order was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious but the bacon & egg plate was expensive! We loved the ambience, but the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that the lights were so bright overhead, it was uncomfortable. We even considered sitting facing the wall to get out of the "stage lights" in our face! It hurt our eyes to look up. We will come back again. read more

Tucked away in an area of modern strip malls, this is not your mom and dad's cafe. It is, however, a salute to the men and women who serve our country. The cafe cleverly uses military terms throughout their menu. There is also a wall honoring folks from all branches of the service. I had the parfait Belgian waffle. It was the most malty and tender waffle I can remember having in a long time. Spacious and thoughtful place. It was a joy to eat here. My dad (AF, Korea) would have loved this place. As he would always say, "Coffee, black. Because there was no creamer in Korea." RIP old man! read more

Oh. My. Goodness!!! Went back today with my son who is in the military. They were so kind to offer him a free coffee for his service! :') We were just going to pop in to satisfy my affogato craving but as we were taking off, we were so blessed to have the owner have us try his French Toast Crunch!!! Oh my!!! When I say, life changing - it is an absolute must try the next time you are in this area! That first bite really took me by surprise! You should have seen my face!! Haha! It blew me away! The crunchy bits on top are Cinnamon French toast cereal bits which give it a great crunchy but light texture in contrast to the creamy custardy french toast, paired with a "to die for" creamy whipped maple syrup and cream cheese (and something else?) topping that is so very light and airy and just a bite of heaven!!!! Not too sweet! Which I love. It's Just right! TJ is a very talented chef and artist. His wife Emily is so kind and warm and makes you feel so welcomed. And Chase, the chef (pictured) is real nice as well!! Really, you do feel the love in their food and hospitality. No wonder they get such great reviews!! Go support this local business. They are such a valuable addition (culinary wise, and community wise) to St. George!!! Their purpose and vision is so awesome- to honor those who have served us. Ps. Forgot to mention that we also tried the Utah Scones (beignets) and every single one of the dipping sauces that compliment them are bomb!! DEF try those!!!!!!! Love this place!!! read more

Great service, great food, and a great American cafe! Very fresh, lettuce and tomatoes crisp. Bacon was outstanding. The BLAST sandwich was so good. My husband had the ham and cheese and it had a lot of ham! We will return just for the tallow fries alone. Love this place. My new St George fave. read more

Delicious, friendly, clean, patriotic, roomy, cohesive theme and decor! If I lived here I would take all our houseguests here, especially anyone wanting to experience a top-notch modern-Americana cafe! ! Perfect stop when traveling too. Casual environment with first class food (chef/owner trained at Le Cordon Bleu and was a fine dining executive chef). Besides the unique and noble focus on service members, the cherry on top was meeting the friendly owners who served us! read more

Hands down, some of the best burgers and sandwiches in town. This spot feels like a hidden gem--but it deserves way more attention. The specialty coffee alone is worth the visit. They offer thoughtful alternative options on the menu (not the usual afterthoughts), and their breakfast creativity genuinely stands out. Bold flavors, quality ingredients, and zero shortcuts. And the real win? Breakfast all day. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out. read more

Great place! This was our first time and we are already planning our next visit. The quality of the food is exceptional. Definitely a good value for the portions. The owner is on site and has clearly has passion for making the recipes unique but not so extravagant that it's spiced out of good taste. The seating is casual and comfy. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Two thumbs up! read more

Love this place! Super patriotic - military photos and artwork all over the place, and many of their food items have clever military names. Really friendly staff. Had a burger (Frontline Burger?) and it was excellent. And the fries are a cross between a steak fry and a potato chip - quite good. Great job, Liberty Cafe! read more

I genuinely think this French toast changed me as a person. The crunch on the outside?? INSANE. Like perfectly golden, crispy, caramelized heaven while the inside stayed soft and fluffy. Every bite had that satisfying crunch that made me immediately understand why it's called French Toast Crunch. I actually had to pause after the first bite because my brain needed a second to process how good it was. I would fight traffic, cancel plans, and cross state lines for this plate again. read more

Went here with my kids and grandkids, it was awesome! The menu for breakfast was terrific, the service was amazing. The tribute to our service people was everywhere, and they gave special attention to the little kids. Incredible place don't miss it for breakfast in the St. George area read more

The first time we ate here we loved it! We came back for lunch today and the bread on both of our sandwiches was very stale and not ok. When I said something to the oldest woman employee in the place she very cavalierly said, it's because it's lightly toasted. I said toasted? It doesn't look toasted to me. There wasn't a speck of color on the bread on either one of our sandwiches. It didn't appear toasted to us, it appeared very dry and rough like sandpaper. She said all our sandwiches are toasted. I asked her if it says that on the menu and we both looked up at the menu board and she said harshly and uncaringly said "well we can't put everything on our menu up there." Diner beware! We won't be back. read more

Liberty cafe is awesome! We stopped for a late lunch while passing through. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They had gluten free buns as an option for my burger, which I always appreciate, so I'm sure they could use that to make other menu items gluten free as well as the hamburgers. I got the basic burger and my husband tried the B3 bomber. Both were tasty! But check out the perfectly crispy onion rings! Can't wait to come back and try their coffee and breakfast items next time we pass through. Nice calm decor without obnoxious music turned up like most places now. You can actually converse and the environment is calm and nice. Definitely check it out. read more

This is the place to eat at in ST. George. We go for the breakfast. I like the fact that they have different quality meal options for everyone. I do not know of a better no carb keto friendly meal than the Poppeye Platter. It is so good. I enjoy this as much as I can while the family picks out other traditional options. Everything is very good and again the quality of food is obvious. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. The establishment is easy to get to, plenty of parking, with a large area to dine in comfortably. The place, including the restrooms, are also very clean. This is a gem. read more

Prices for breakfast are out of sight! We ordered the biscuits, eggs and gravy. The eggs were cooked really weird. I like them over easy and these were look like they've been poached and had burnt edges and a strange flavor. My girlfriend ordered eggs, medium, and they were burnt my biscuits gravy the biscuits were good. The gravy was some strange chicken gravy, looking affair with a strange flavor and watery. The bacon was not cooked thoroughly. This place is amateur stay away. read more

As you can see in the photo we demolished this food. Supremely delicious. We got Avocado toast which was loaded with flavor. We got the French Toast Crunch which blew the kids minds. Best French Toast they've ever had(very sweet). I got the Steamy Pile which was loaded with hash browns, peppers, cherry tomatoes, onions, ham and bacon. I got maybe half of because the whole table had to have some and came back for more. Prices are reasonable and four entrees was enough for our family of 5. Enjoyed the Americana decor and music. Service was fantastic. Everyone was willing to answer our questions with a smile. Loved it. Will come every time we're in St. George. read more

Counter-service restaurant with sit-down restaurant quality food and drinks. The cold brew was delicious as was andy's crème brûlée latte with coconut milk. Then we came back for lunch. Love that they have a gluten-free bun option. I got the chicken sandwich (grilled) on gluten-free which was super delicious. Andy opted for the brunch burger on sourdough which was piled high with hashbrowns, bacon, and drippy-egg awesomeness with a maple aioli. Decent prices and it's nice that the sandwiches don't come with sides as we were stuffed as it was. It's nice not to have to pay for a side when you don't need one.
