Just walking in to this place makes me feel like I'm doing something good for my body. The bright, natural lighting, the decor and the overall vibe feel good. Then, you add delicious food on top-booya! I'm glad to see some fast casual options popping up that provide a healthy alternative. Not everyone wants a burger and fries and I appreciate when a restaurant acknowledges that. The meal was fantastic and I'm happy to return to continue more menu items. I've got my eyes on the smoothie selection-when it's a little warmer outside.

IG @allysxn.eats | such a cute place! visiting from california, and this place feels like a mix between cava, sweet greens, and urban plates... but we almost liked it better than all of those! healthy chicken, tofu, salmon bowls, and we liked the cheeseball as well!

I was so excited to see an aubergine on my travels. I live in Vegas and love the one there. The ambiance was great and it was really busy. My only negatives were that it was super bright in there and a bit obnoxious for me, and the menu was digital and kept changing every time we were trying to figure it out what to order. I got the peanut tofu bowl and everything was super fresh. I also got the key lime cheesecake which was light and refreshing. I have specific dietary needs and Aubergine always makes me feel good after I eat it! We got to St. George late, around 8pm, and was excited that it was open! Clean, friendly, fresh and delicious!

Clean aesthetic, large portions, clean eats. IM IN LOVE! Might be easy to please since I'm a gluten free girly but i felt i had plenty of options and the food came out fast. If you need a macro friendly place, this is it. If you have food allergies, this place is it. I wish i had time to try the smoothies and desserts but i had a big portion - and i saved the rest for later and added my own protein. I loved the sautéed mushrooms and the fresh veggies in my mango salmon dish!

$15 small shakes, not even to the rim. Please give us our monies worth.

First off, I've been one of Aubergine's longest fans, from the time of their inception in Orem. The food is healthy, flavorful and delicious. The customer service has been lacking, and this new location was no exception. We ordered at 11 when they opened, no one was there. I ordered two Brazilian acai bowls, they were all out of strawberries (hello at opening??!), they asked is I wanted extra blueberries or bananas, I said blueberries. I ordered two shakes, a build my own salad, and two extra cheese breads, and sweet potato bites. The salad came first. I checked it and they left off two toppings I ordered, so had to go back up and ask for them, I only got one cheese bread so had to go back and ask for the two additional. Then the shakes came out and weren't filled to the top, which they are SO small to begin with and very expensive! Then the sweet potato bites came with a very little amount, and again SO expensive! Then the acai bowls came out with honestly like 10 tiny blue berries, I felt like I was being punked! The acai was super icey too, which should absolutely be more creamy. If you come here, triple check your order.

Vitality Bowl, by Dr. Redd (GF, DF)

Aubergine Kitchen opened its first restaurant in Orem, Utah in 2014 and has quickly expanded to 10 locations across Utah. The restaurant's founders pulled from their Lebanese, Brazilian, and Italian heritage to craft an exciting fast-casual dining brand focused on serving whole foods and traditional Brazilian ingredients such as pão de queijo (cheese balls/bread; AK's recipe is completely gluten free). My spring break adventures took me to St. George, UT over the weekend, and I decided to stop by the Aubergine Kitchen on South Mall Drive to give them a try. I ended up ordering the Vitality Bowl which comes with orange & white sweet potatoes, seasoned kale, brussels sprouts, cauliflower rice, chicken, red cabbage salad, microgreens, and sweet spicy mango dressing. I also made an Arnold Palmer by mixing two of their homemade beverages: chamomile tea & cucumber mint lemonade. Everything I had exceeded my expectations! The roasted sweet potatoes were the star of the bowl in my opinion, but all the other ingredients delivered a strong performance as supporting cast members. The ingredients were so flavorful that I actually didn't even need the salad dressing. In terms of my beverage, I make my Arnold Palmers with 85% unsweetened tea & 15% lemonade. This one was superb & packed with natural flavors (ie, cucumber, mint, & chamomile) that perfectly complemented the Vitality Bowl. Nom nom. Service: Satisfactory Ambiance: The St. George location is modern, industrial chic, and spacious with decorative plants and lots of natural light. Aubergine Kitchen's Western US expansion plans: - Mesa, Arizona (open) - Las Vegas, Nevada - SLC Airport - Meridian, Idaho - Spanish Fork, Utah

The restaurant was clean, and I absolutely love that they offer vegan food. They even had vegan shakes that were delicious.

Protein avocado crisp salad is my go to!! It's full of flavor with each bite having different ingredients that your mouth looks forward to. When I'm trying to eat smart but not sacrifice, this is my choice. Great salad and bowls. I'm needing to try the breakfasts next

I was impressed at how good everything. Healthy, gluten free etc food can really be a huge letdown but they do it well.

Funnily enough my husband made a comment about how the only staff there is teenagers which is a little concerning. My husband's onion rings were undercooked and the food was cold but there wasn't anything terribly wrong. We've had it before but the quality was far different this time. The buns were super pale, fries under cooked, sauces were missing etc. We are our food around 7:30pm and me and my husband were up at 3am throwing up. Our kids seem fine but they also only shared a keikei burger and said they didn't like it so they didn't finish their meal. They probably only ate a quarter of the burger each and some fries. We rarely eat out and this was a splurge for us, I'm also pregnant and food poisoning can be super dangerous for a pregnancy so I'm super worried. Overall just sad and disappointed.

Staff is always very friendly, attentive, and quick to greet/serve your food. Their fries may possibly be the best fries I've ever had! They are so crispy and full of flavor. My favorite thing here is the spitz gyro with beef/lamb! The pita is so fluffy, meat is delicious, and packed with flavor. I also really enjoy the zesty feta doner wrap. The gyro and the wraps are HUGE I usually can't eat the whole thing myself. I also tried their wings recently- they were very fresh and crisp. The dipping sauce was pretty good, but not my favorite. A bit vinegary maybe (Which isn't uncommon, I'm not a big buffalo flavor person either)? Definitely recommend checking this place out for some fun vibes and good eats.

The one negative was that my dish was delivered to another table and picked back up later after realizing my mistake. They served me the same dish. Also, the menus did have food stains on them.
