I was feeling bereft of fresh healthy plant-based cuisine, so I was quite pumped when my friends were amendable to trying out Gaia's. I ordered the roast beef sandwich and (I think it was) tomato soup - they were both very delightful. They most definitely tasted healthy, if you know what I mean, which my body was craving at the moment. I wish the sandwich had been less bready with more filling, but I nearly always find myself wishing that! The soup was good, nothing absolutely stunning, but it was fresh and flavorful. My two friends seem to enjoy their selections as well. It was thankfully a pleasant day so we sat outside in the patio and helped ourselves to the watering station outside. This place definitely has a small cafe feel and service was prompt and pleasant.

Solid Seed Oil-Free Spot in St. George…read more Cute spot off Mall Drive with a huge, somewhat convoluted menu full of plates, bowls, salads, and sandwiches. We went for lunch and it hit the spot for clean eating. I originally tried ordering the Donny Bowl but the cashier said it was unavailable, so I switched to the Power Pasture Bowl (tri tip and eggs). My buddy got the Mediterranean plate. We both selected the cheese bread. No drinks -- they have a water dispenser in the dining room. The dining room was about 25% full. Service is order-at-counter, then they bring the food and bus tables, but a few corner tables were still sitting with dirty plates from the lunch rush. The Power Pasture Bowl came out with beautiful presentation, but I found myself wondering, "What the hell do I do with this?" So I dumped the side dressing over everything and mixed it up -- turned into a delicious medley of flavors and textures. Only issue: it was missing the eggs. I went back to the counter and they quickly brought out a hard-boiled egg sliced in half. (See before/after photos.) Once assembled, it was really good. It's built like a healthier Chipotle (which, btw, loads up on seed oils), but don't expect a hot chef-crafted dish -- more fresh, layered ingredients with turmeric rice, etc. The cheese bread was a highlight -- chewy (tastes like rice flour for the gluten-free vibe) but way better than the dry-looking pita our neighbor had. Highly recommend the cheese bread. My friend loved his Mediterranean plate -- the baked falafel was delicious, everything fresh, generous portions, and nice presentation. Total for two: $35.45 (no drinks). Totally worth it if you're avoiding seed oils and inflammation. Fresh Mediterranean-leaning fare with a Whole Foods vibe. Great for bowls and plates. If you're craving something hotter, I've heard good things about Outback Steakhouse, Street Eats, and Buffalo Wild Wings -- they use beef tallow. Aubergine Kitchen has a sign saying to let them know about allergies, but missing the eggs on my bowl makes me wonder how on top of that they are. Still, overall a win for clean eating. Would recommend and go back. See attached photos (before/after bowl, cheese bread, etc.)

From the moment we arrived, every dish was exceptional. The salad was fresh and beautifully prepared, the pork belly was absolutely outstanding, and the steak was cooked to perfection with the most incredible seasoning. Every bite was memorable. The biscuit was unreal--warm, comforting, and honestly one of the best I've ever had. What touched me most was the homemade ice cream. One spoonful instantly brought me back to childhood memories of my dad making homemade ice cream for us when we were kids. It was such a special and unexpected gift to relive those moments. But what truly made the evening unforgettable was our server, Parthee. She was absolutely amazing. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth made us feel so welcomed and cared for. She didn't just provide excellent service--she made our night. Our family has been through a lot, including the heartbreaking loss of my sister. Father's Day hasn't always been easy for my sweet dad since then. This evening gave us something precious: a new happy memory together. Parthee, thank you for your compassion and for helping create a beautiful moment for our family during a difficult season of life. We are so grateful, and we will never forget it.

We had a 730 res, showed up 10 mins early because parking was easy and told to wait eventhough we saw 6 open tables. Once seated they had a large very drunk unruly group of guys center room screaming and carrying on. Not a giant deal until I saw they same guys being rude to other patrons and literally grabbing our server. We couldn't hear the menu explanations due to the volume of that table. Drinks. The wine was fine for my wife. I am a whiskey and scotch guy Ordered a macallan 12 - didnt have it Ordered a EH taylor -didn't have it. Ordered a Bookers Bourbon- had it however the world's largest ice block (literally sticking out of the glass) which diluted the 1 Oz $30 pour. Bartenders inexperience truly showed here. The food. For the love of God, discover salt. We ordered 4 things. Elote Scallops Crab Mac Ny strip (medium rare) Best dish by far was the elote. The scallops still tasted like the sea and were extremely gritty. The steak...... medium and on the way to well. Not seasoned. The sauces were a horseradish and a chimichuri. Neither of which saved that steak. We literally sent the crab Mac back to the kitchen. Inedible. Tasted like tuna mac that had been left in the oven too long. Our server took care of all of our concerns and saved the evening, even gave us a few sea salt chocolatechip cookies (the cookies get salt but the $60 steak doesnt?) ......until the food poisoning kicked in. So thanks for the cheap wesightloss I guess? Gave it a try, and we would never recommend it to anyone we respect or call friend
