Great service and good food. Been on this road trip for 4 days and our breakfast meal for 4 here at Coffee Kettle has been the cheapest and largest of portion sizes. Tourist cities drive up meal prices. Drove about 15 minutes from our "hotel" but very much worth it because there were no lines, and it was soooo clean. It's casual and bright and welcoming inside. There are tvs for your viewing pleasure, showers for the road-weary and a great convenience store with lots to pick from. Best of all, there's coffee! I definitely recommend. Also, did you see the restroom? Sooo clean and with bidet!

3 egg omelet with three ingredients. Side of fruit instead of has browns or potatoes.

Such a lovely evening, I walked to stage coach under a beautiful desert sunset and had a delicious…read moremeal. The salmon was flakey, with a little crunch on the exterior and incredible flavor. I chatted with the staff about our concerns for the world but more so the hope we still share for our future. The world is heavy right now, good company and good food make it better though. Not to mention a Moscow Mule: their ginger beer was so smooth with just the right amount of snap to it, and I swear it almost had some kind of sage ending to it. Divine. Thank you all for the meal, so happy I wasn't too tired to make the trek. Legend has it that Zion is the Holy City... Perhaps these are the mountains Jesus will return to us in with the sound of horns to save us from this uncertain future. I'm willing to believe it. Keep the hope alive.

The menu has plenty of options, including burgers, steaks and even some seafood dishes. I opted for the clam chowder and a dinner salad while my dinner partner enjoyed the pork chop. The clam chowder was just ok-nothing to write home about. But the bite I had of pork chop from across the table was pretty good. Seems right-this is more of a meat and potatoes place. The service was a little off-putting. When we arrived, there were three girls gathered around the host table chatting. They weren't too eager to pause their conversation to greet us. throughout the night, we observed them behaving silly-much like I'd expect to see at the high school cafeteria. And our server did his job, but couldn't be bothered with friendly chit chat or a smile. I get the sense that tourists might be more of a burden than a support and if we were locals we might have been treated differently. If you can fit in with the local crowd (i.e. denim jeans and boots) you might be just fine. And order the steak-it looks good.

The town was crazy busy in general with multiple events happening over the weekend so it was not a problem to wait a little. We got seated and then a server made their way to us after some time. I ordered a spaghetti and the server let us know it would take a little longer than normal but tp our surprise it was only going to take 15/20 minutes which was not bad at all! Overall it was busy but they still made it a point to get everyone situated and food coming out. The spaghetti was a little on the sweet side which wasn't my preference but I'd come back and try something else next time

And no one behind me after about five minutes or so people started coming in at that point in time me and the father move over so the waiting area could be filled with people out of the cold! At that time, your employee tayla got off the phone and started taking names to seat people! She asked the father of four overlooked me and went straight down the line! Not a problem I went up to her and corrected her, letting her know that I was next because society obviously couldn't correct the situation! I don't know why people go out in public and if you're not next to be courteous and say hey, I wasn't next. Learn respect folks.! After I politely let her know that there is a line of people she again overlooked me and seated 4 people ahead of me! When she decided to seat me, I asked for her name and at that point in time she apologized for what she did! I sit down. I order coffee, eggs Benedict pancakes! over easy eggs, slices of bacon, orange juice.! The eggs Benedict was disgusting. The hollandaise sauce was sour and the potatoes weren't even cooked and the pancakes were thinner than a hair on a chining chin chin so now after I get served with poor customer service, I got served with poor food. !! I would never recommend this place and definitely won't go again

Muddy bees offers a wide selection of breads, cookies, pies, and desserts. One of their own creations is the Kolob which is an oatmeal cookie crust, cream cheese, and fruit layer. In addition, muddy bees offers gluten free options from bread to cookies. While they are not a gluten free kitchen/establishment, they do offer options to accommodate those with intolerances. The inside has several tables and chairs for guests who wish to enjoy their pastries, breads, and coffee inside. In addition, they have local artisan made options for purchase. Every time I have been in, I have been offered help and the employees are always kind.

Their prices are very reasonable for custom orders. When I told them that I needed to travel with it from Hurricane, UT to Duck Creek, UT, they emailed me to let me know they could freeze it for me! The only one I have doesn't do it justice because I didn't want to unwrap it. I also bought a cinnamon roll for the road and was very tasty!!

While ordering at the counter, I needed to make a quick adjustment after getting confused about one of the items. During that moment, a 'white' gentleman was waiting behind me, and instead of simply acknowledging him with "I'll be with you shortly," the lady staff apologized to him for my delay in ordering (according to her). Shortly after, while I was still in the middle of ordering and asking about tea options, she abruptly moved on to take his order without any explanation or communication. The interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable as well I felt strong I am treated with racism, especially in the condition when I was pregnant who crave all good food.... As for the food, most of it was enjoyable. The scrambled eggs on the croissant and the pancakes were well done. However, the onion soup was overly salty, likely due to the cheese which was in the soup and also on the bread. Another downside, especially as first-time visitors, was the lack of guidance. We weren't informed that water was self-serve, and only realized it after noticing another guest getting it themselves. Interestingly, when leaving, we saw staff pouring water for newly seated guests, which added to the inconsistency. Overall, the food showed effort from the kitchen, but the service experience was disappointing. The 2-star rating is mainly in appreciation of the quality of the dishes. Cafe is quite small and we felt hot, as there's only a portable AC that couldn't accommodate that size of room. Not recommended place, even this is one of the rarest cafe in town. Rather to spend money to somewhere worthy and respect you as guest, no matter what roots you have.
