We stopped by FS Coffee on our way out of town and were so glad we did. It's a cheat code to beating the lines at Bonrue. We ordered two Pistachio Vanilla Latte's and they did not disappoint. Super creamy and bursting with flavor! The real winner? The Roundabout Breakfast Sandwich. It's so simple and unassuming but easily the best breakfast sando I've had in a long time. Whoever created the circular croissant bun is a genius. Buttery, flaky, salty, and a hint of sweetness? We were impressed. The almond croissant is a little too sweet but still good. The shop is clean and modern. Friendly baristas and great service. Great place to bring a book or your laptop. So lovely. Stopped by in the morning and had their coconut macadamia latte which was pleasantly unique and refreshing. A really great balance of flavors. Above all, it was the people here that made my visit so lovely. One of the people in my party had a customization request for their drink and not only did they accommodate it, but they also made sure to double check to ensure that they understood the instructions correctly. A lot of places we've been would either just ignore it or choose to interpret however they think is best without bothering to double check. The fact that FS Coffee took that extra step made the morning that much better. Just a fantastic shop. Will make sure to stop by whenever I drive to or from Salt Lake. read more

My family and I visited FS Coffee on our way back home from Zion. Everyone loved their coffees ... cold brew, not-so-sweet iced mocha, and an iced americano. The food was delicious! Their egg bites were 1,000 ti Es better than those from S-bucks, the croissant was buttery deliciousness and the breakfast sandwich was "life changingly delicious" according to my husband! This is the coffee shop STG has been waiting for, great aesthetic, best pastries in town and delicious brews. Includes indoor and outdoor seating as well as specialty milk for dairy intolerances (DF). The breakfast sandwich and muffin my kids got looked amazing. There was one pastry that was GF, but I couldn't have the dairy. The experience was still great, as it is every time we've gone to FS (Farmstead). Today was nice because there was no long line like there normally is at Farmstead, but it's so nice you can go to both places.
