Needs a lot of work! I was so sad to see the second best perks location (Telegraph) closed, and consolidated with the Shack on the Blvd. Sunset and Telegraph has/had the proper ambiance of a coffeehouse. Both with amazing service and seating. Honestly my only complaint about telegraph was that it didn't have a couch like Sunset does. The new Blvd location just doesn't feel like a coffeehouse.. I mean the building was originally built to serve pretzels and it still looks the part. When perks moved in, I don't know what I expected... I guess more? It has a lot of potential with the area on the roof it just needs a little more investing in good furniture. I mean, the furniture in the lobby is meh at best. This new lobby (which is ridiculously tiny) and balcony are so uninviting, sitting longer than 10 mins feels like a chore. Sunset and Telegraph had such great lobbies that you could lose time in and barely notice. I strongly disliked having 3 companies combined into such a small lobby. Perks, Sloth Cookies, and The Scoop... and the Service was just not up to par from the Perks i've known for years. I guess I will continue to drive all the way from it Washington to Sunset for a decent coffeehouse. read more

So wouldn't go back for an ice tea. It was pretty weak and they made it with a tea bag still in the bottom and it was earl grey which I do not like cold! Anyways the latte was amazing just bad choice for the tea. I will give them another try for some hot tea too. read more

Would say the drink selection was good,however, the drinks were just alright. As a barista myself i'm particular about coffee especially if it's on the sweeter side. I'd say the service was alright but would try somewhere else next time. You also tell the person how much you want to tip rather than press a button so it's a bit awkward read more

Willow is making my day and my drink right now! She is the sweetest! I always tend to get the same things at Perks bc they have my absolute favorites. I'm trying their Barista Favorites for Spring! Willow made me The Best iced Lily! Sooooo Yummy! I was also able to pull right up & wait for no one. The parking lot always has plenty of room. And Their little Perks Hut smells so good! Was visiting St George and needed a pick me up so I tried the White Knight and it was so good, I got it everyday I was there! It was honestly exactly what I would like my iced coffee to taste like every time- I believe it had vanilla, hazelnut and white chocolate mocha or something really close along those lines and it was just sooo tasty. I have to admit, I'm a little tired of Starbucks. There, I said it! I know I can't be the only one who keeps going because they are literally everywhere and it's easy. This has made me look for other options while I'm traveling and man oh man do I wish Perks! Was located back home in Cleveland! First of all, this place is adorable. It doesn't look like the pictures with all of the colorful signs- I'm not sure if they've renovated lately? The bright colors in some of the other pictures actually would have made this easier to find. It's a tiny little drive through spot in front of a Walgreens. If I didn't trust my GPS I would have blown right by it because I was envisioning a store front. You drive right up to the window and there is a huge sign with drinks on it. I knew what I wanted when I pulled up because I went to the website beforehand (all you introverts out there know what I'm talking about) and I'm really glad I did. The specialty drinks don't have descriptions of what they are- this is probably my only criticism and it's a tiny one. I'm sure the girls working inside would have had no problem telling me. They were super sweet and I heard them with customers at the window on the opposite side (yes, two drive through windows! Yay!)and they were just really kind and positive. Such a plus. I ordered a large, iced white knight. I will be trying, and failing, to recreate this for months to come because it was that good. It has white chocolate, hazelnut, and vanilla with espresso. I know what you're thinking because it's the same thing I was: sugar BOMB. If you're used to chains like Starbucks and Dunkin I think this is a fair assumption. It wasn't overwhelming, instant sugar coma inducingly sweet. The flavors came through, almost in a subtle way, and the combination was magic. If you think this is dramatic you must not love coffee- and that's okay. A good cup of coffee or coffee drink when you want one can be hard to come by. This was awesome. The espresso came through strongly and had a great nutty flavor. Through all those flavors you could taste in an instant there was strong coffee in there- some of the chains could learn a thing or two about that! So good. Thanks, Perks! Ordered a 20oz mocha. Got 10oz of foam and 10oz of actual coffee. It tasted alright so I give you a Star.

Great coffee and service- really lovely people working there- but I'm giving a one star review due to their coffee cups. I ordered a medium americano and received an extremely piping hot beverage. I noticed that the lid wasn't secure, so before I took off, I re-secured it. Moments after I took a sip the lip slipped off and the boiling hot cup of coffee spilled all over my lap and burned my arm, legs and crotch. Perks really needs to invest in better cups so this doesn't happen, especially since this a drive through. read more

Still got our orders wrong. I saw from my finished drink they added extra ice to my coffee. Not slick. Still tasted awful. Really good dark roast coffee, easy drive through, great for coffee before you head out to Zion, Snow Canyon, etc. We went to a few coffee shops in town while we were in St. George, and this was by far the fastest and one of the better dark roast drip coffees in my opinion. One day, we tried somewhere else and it ended up delaying us 30 min with the wait - I cursed myself for not coming back here, and I won't make that mistake again! read more

YUM! This place is perfection. I love a drive thru coffee hut. I had the iced German Chocolate latte which they will allow you to choose your level of sweetness, so I went with 1/4 which is the least sweet. Needed a caffeine pick me up, so we ventured to Perks! We are very particle to a local coffee place and were craving coffee from there, but since we were out of town it wasn't possible. SO GLAD we found Perks! It definitely rivals our local coffee place. I ordered a large breve. It was DELICIOUS! Creamy, iced coffee goodness and it totally hit the spot! Our barista was so fun, had a great sense of humor and was a delight to talk to. The donuts they had there were to die for! I think they are even trying to participate in helping the environment by not having straws, so their iced beverage cups have a spout on them! I loved that! Will go again soon!
