Typically at this location service is a bit slow, but today was actually pretty ridiculous. When I walked in, there was a young lady sitting in the corner at one of the tables by herself. I was the only other person in there and there was no employees behind the counter. I waited at least 5 to 6 minutes before the girl sitting at the table, got up and came over near the counter and I looked at her and said do you know if anybody is here? And she said yes, there is and shouted at the two girls in the back to come out and wait on me. The one girl's name was Jessica. What a dingbat. Really didn't know how to use the computer and had to ask the other girl to help her, and when she gave me the total of $14.53 I gave her a $10 bill and a five dollar bill. And she had no clue on how much change to give me back. I had to tell her how much change to give me and she still didn't know how to count it out until the other girl came over and helped her and said, look, it says right here how much change to give the customer. And she still did not know how to count back the change correctly. It was unbelievable. And then my order was a Matcha green tea with peanut butter, and I didn't notice it until I left that they put no peanut butter in it. So I got charged for something I didn't get. Pretty ridiculous service. If that girl sitting in the restaurant in the corner was the manager, shame on her. I don't know who she was, but apparently she worked there. read more

So this was now the second time that I order a drink and it's not busy and they haven't even started it after 20min of waiting. They are just cleaning the machines and talking and last time I let it slide this time it's annoying. I worked at Jamba Juice before so I understand cleaning the machines but you have to also make the drinks. There was two other people for DoorDash so no line nothing. Went up and asked when drinks were going to be done. "Oh sorry we have been super busy" I get it it's the summer time but they were just talking and cleaning machines. No one came in or out at all. And only started making our drinks after I asked when our drinks will be done. I was driving through St George and I was needing my Jamba fix. Luckily, I found this location on Yelp! My wife and I were promptly greeted and had our order taken. It turned out to be a good call stopping here. Our drinks were made perfectly to order. We didn't have any real wait either. We were in and out in no time. Jamba Juice is the same everywhere I've gone, in regards to flavor and options. So if you've had one, you've had them all--and it's a delicious smoothie for sure. I'm writing this review based on overall experience at this particular location. The employees are cordial and hardworking but don't seem to give that extra "umph" that I always hope for, but that's not what gives this place the average rating. It's honestly the price and the quantity of drink that kills me. I came to get an acai bowl and would have expected it to be overflowing for the $8 I spent, but it was a tiny bowl that could have easily been eaten in just a handful of bites. I had to actually eat like a "proper lady", taking tiny nibbles as to convince myself I was getting more bang for my buck. Honestly, I'll think I'll pass next time and just make 7 acai bowls on my own for the same price. However, they've remodeled the inside and it seems fresh and clean, giving it a breath of fresh air. TIPS and TRICKS: * Stay inside or bring your smoothie home if you're here in the summer months, St. George wind is like a blow dryer and even a smoothie won't cool you down! * They do offer some baked goods and pastries, so check that out if you're in the mood. * Complete with a little kid table and building blocks if you feel the need to bring the youngsters along for a beverage. * I did discuss with an employee different ways to save some money. Don't ever order for pickup here!! I called and placed an order for a set time. I went to pick up my açaí bowl and smoothie right on time. The items were sitting on the counter already (for who knows how long) and were completely liquid. I asked for a specific time to try and avoid them making my drink way too far ahead. That didn't help apparently. Why would you make smoothies to sit out in the warmth when you know your customer won't be there for a while? Great place to go in for a quick smoothie. Especially on a hot day. My favorite smoothie is probably the green apple. It's an item on their secret menu. The place is usually very clean, at least when I've gone their. The staff is friendly and can help you pick something, if you're not sure what to get. read more

Service is alright, but they punched in my order size incorrectly, and then my drink tasted almost nothing like what it normally does, which was disappointing. They'd already made my drink twice so I didn't even want to deal with the whole thing of having them remake it again. I felt so sorry for the young man working. I asked for a "smoothie" made only of carrot juice and frozen yogurt. They make this all the time at my local Jamba where I live. He was making it perfectly and the female manager came out of the back room and was very rude. She stopped him and kept trying to encourage me to take what was made thus far; it was so thin, as in carrot juice mixed with milk. I kindly asked for her to add more frozen yogurt and all she was worried about was her "frozen yogurt scoop count" being off. Really? It was not about my money, would have gladly paid more for the "extra" yogurt. I usually don't give bad reviews, but she was so terrible. She should NOT be in a management position as such. I was so glad when they added this store to St. George. I had frequented it in other big cities, and liked the healthiness of the juices. I was so impressed with an afternoon staff one day when I was in there alone. I asked in ANYthing had no sugar (besides wheatgrass!!) They put their heads together to try and design a drink to meet my dietary restrictions, and came up with something delicious. I was really impressed with them. After 8 mins finally called and the girl who answered the phone said she didn't see the order. Went to Jamba Juice in St. George for the first time today. Super impressed! This was definitely the nicest Jamba Juice I've been to. The store was clean, and the layout was nice. The atmosphere was great! The staff greeted us as soon as we entered. We didn't know exactly what we wanted yet, but all of the staff was very helpful. The girl at the register, Kaley, was very nice to us and very patient. The manager, Kayla, was very helpful when trying to decide what we wanted and was also very knowledgeable. You could tell these girls truly care about their customers. On top of that, the smoothies we got were delicious. A little pricey, but worth it. I love jamba so much i literally eat jamba every other day. Me and my husband were in utah visiting from the bay area and we were happy to find a jamba on our journey back and i ordered my usual ginger shot with orange and cayanne and a acai primo bowl with extra banana. And usually they give me a slice of orange with my ginger shot but this time they didn't so i asked if i could have a slice of orange and she gave me this weird look and said orange is already in it and i explained my usual routine she said "thats weird" just her face and tone made me feel as if i was asking for too much. I get it if maybe they dont do that at this Jamba but geeezzz its just a orange slice im asking for. Any person with customer service experience would just gladly say sure!
