A quick 'n easy drive thru to get a delicious and cooling drink! Their menu was so expansive I had a hard time choosing but ultimately went with the Miami freeze (only 16 oz size). The staff was really patient while we decided what to get and was friendly at the pickup window! I will definitely try their other options next time as there are so many flavors. read more

Had a Good and a Bad Doctor. (That don't sound right, right there). They worked reasonably fast even with a long line inside and outside. I almost always go inside locations when I visit, because it's usually faster, so it was a bit surprising to see how many did the same. Good atmosphere and service. Im not sure if the online hours are incorrect or the employees just closed up shop early, but we came through the drive through around 9:30 pm on 3-21 but we had a horrible experience with customer service. Multiple employees were visible inside the store yet when we waited to get our order taken, no one answered, we thought the drive through might be down so my son walked up to the front door and we watched as multiple employees ran to the back to avoid us. Even if they were closed the polite thing to do would have been to simple acknowledge us and let us know they were closed for the night. I will definitely be driving the extra 10 minutes to go to swig from now on. read more

As usual. Fiiz pulls through on friendly service. I have not been in any other state where there as many courteous teens running/staffing these businesses. Visiting from out of State we have been to Pop drink and swig This is not my first time over the last 3 years at this location, however, review is the same. The fountains here just are not very syrupy compared to the other soda specialty places. The flavors are less strong than Pop and Swig. My kids still love shark in the water and Bubblegum which you don't find at Pop and Swig. Overall the basic soda aspect of syrup/carbonation is lacking comparatively. 5 star for service. Workers are always friendly and nice. Every time I go to fiiz, they can't hear me and I always end up with a different size drink than I actually ordered, but that's not a big deal to me. The syrup to carbonation ratio is lacking in the syrup area, and they always fill my cup more than half way full of ice which is frustrating. I worked at a soda shop a few years ago and the ice amount was pretty important (I can see why). It sucks paying 3 bucks for a cup of ice with a tiny bit of soda. This was such a fun visit and a great concept that my husband and I had not seen before! Being from California, we were not well-versed in the "dirty soda" realm. We had quite a few questions and the drive through attendant, Shaunie, was so sweet and patient with us. The menu offers so many different options! After browsing, we decided upon two of their Halloween flavor combinations- the Pina Ghoulada and the Bloodshot. Each were delicious, but we both really took a liking to the Pina Ghoulada. So much so, that I wanted to go back for another next day, but they are not open on Sundays. If you're in the area and have yet to experience this "dirty soda drive-thru" definitely stop by for a try! read more

I can't say that Fiiz Drinks is revolutionary, but it IS a pretty great drink stop. I really enjoy the North Shore drink, and I appreciate how my sodas always seemed fresh. I'd definitely recommend this place to others if you have a hankerin' for something carbonated, sweet, and a bit more unique than Sonic. read more

everytime my and my family go and get drinks from this store there is something wrong, whether it be a long wait for drinks or a wrong order. The first time the girl was laughing while taking my order and then the second time i had to basically hang out the window and yell so she could hear me. i even had to change the drink just because she could not hear me after clarifying 4 times. when i finally got to the window the drink was still wrong and there was hair all over my cup it made me not even want to drink it. waste of money and waste of time read more

Drove from out of town to make it by 11pm which is what it says online, we got there at 10:15pm. The girls were in the shop, and in the back when we pulled up the drive thru and just ignored us without saying anything even after we honked the horn to make sure they knew we there. They need to be aware of what their times are online so people don't plan around it and then get ignored just for one drink. Even if they were polite enough to let us know there were closed without just ignoring us would have been better. read more

It closes too early. Online it says it closes at 10:00 when really they close at 9:00. I've been many times. Somewhat disappointed every time. read more
