Went on a whim after dinner. Great place to cut for a sweet treat. The girls were friendly and the place was cute inside. There was plenty of sitting inside, but we opted to sit outside to enjoy the weather. The ice cream was delicious. We loved both flavors we ordered. They had good flavor without overpowering sweetness. There were many unique and traditional options to choose from as well! read more

Yummy, fresh ice cream. And the taco concept is fun. It can be a little slow when it's busy, but they make it all fresh so it makes sense why it takes time! The staff is always nice and do a good job. read more

It took awhile for our ice cream to be made. Also I saw a knife fall onto the ground and then it was put right back on the counter and then I saw it get used. We ordered around 7:20 and it's 8 now and I just got my order. I've cream was yummy though. read more

yummy yummy. The rolled ice cream tacos at Sweet Rolled Tacos in St. George are a fun and tasty dessert spot worth visiting. The ice cream is freshly made right in front of you, which makes the experience just as enjoyable as the food itself. The taco-shaped waffle cone adds a cool twist, and there are tons of toppings to customize your order. Flavors are rich and creamy without being overly sweet. The shop has a lively atmosphere and friendly service, making it a great place to hang out with friends after dinner or on a hot day. read more

Honestly this place looked so exciting to us we love tacos and ice cream and have looked at stopping here when we are in town multiple times! Watching them make the ice cream was fun but very underwhelming and super pricey! The ice cream had no flavor and I got a coconut caramel taco. The taco shell didn't taste great. Over priced and lacked good flavor is my overall review. We also bought a oatmeal chocolate chip cookie after the worker informed us they were out of most of there cookies. We took the cookie home to eat later and it tasted like it had been in the freezer for a couple weeks. read more

I have passed this place several tinges looking for a place to eat here in St. George. I decided to pay them a visit for dessert after eating at Capriotti's. I really wasn't expecting to see a line when I opened the decorated wrapped doors. To my surprise, this place was packed! Inside I found teenagers making orders "Cold Stone " style. They take your order and you can watch them make your order. Unlike Cold Stone that uses ice cream, cuts in topping in the ice cream as they mix it on a cold stone. What they do different is that they use real milk and cream, pour the liquid on the cold stone, mix it, form it into a roll, and serve it on a taco shaped "cone." I ordered a ube/taro (purple yam- it sounds gross but it has a great vanilla flavoring) and a ube shake. There are plenty of other flavor combos that I will surely come back to try. I watched in amazement as they were making the orders in front of mine. They add whipped cream and top it with the corresponding toppings I didn't order anything to my order. I wanted to see what the flavor of the ube was like compared to the ube ice cream I buy at the Asian stores. The presentation of the "taco" was really good. Mine was topped with whipped cream, ube glaze drizzle, and some coconut flakes. The ube ice cream did not have the flavors I am used to but it is not bad. The vanilla flavoring is not as strong as it should be and the taro flavor is very mild. I was surprised as to how firm and cold the roll was. It stayed firm even after being in my hot car for the fifteen minute drive back to the hotel. I am excited to try the other flavor combinations. I'm sure I won't be disappointed, neither will you! read more

We love sweet rolled tacos but for the love of all things holy can you PLEASE have your current, accurate hours listed somewhere! There's different hours listed on the Instagram page, google listing and Yelp and none are accurate. I had a birthday girl from out of town who was very excited to try this place but we rolled up and there was a sign on the door that said you didn't open until 3pm. I completely understand needing to change hours and was excited to see you're open on Sunday now! but it's super frustrating how many family owned businesses never update their online listings. Makes it hard to support. Sorry for the rant, I love y'all's ice cream and we'll try to stop by after 3 next time. Thanks. read more

Still my very favorite St. George stop. These delicious treats were a big hit for my friends on our recent trip to St. George--none of them had heard of Sweet Rolled Tacos, but they were all impressed with how good the desserts are here. *On a non-food-related side note--if you are concerned about COVID-19 safety, this might not be the greatest spot. There are no apparent "safe-zone" boundaries of space marked out for standing in line or dining in; when our party left, there were about 20-25 people inside the small storefront.* read more

Wow, this was a unique experience!! I don't think I've ever experienced such an interesting way to eat ice cream. It was fun to watch them work the ice cream, add the toppings, and roll it up into a perfect swirl of yummy-ness! The kids loved it and thought it was very delicious. The flavors we had were the green tea, funfetti, cookies & cream, and I believe my husband picked the coffee. They each came with fun toppings in the theme of choice. We loved the novelty. I was a hoping for a flavored shell, but they seem to be just your standard cone flavor, however brightly colored. It's quite a good-sized portion, I could hardly finish mine. My daughter also tried the boba tea, which she tries everywhere, and she thought it measured up. I recommend this place for a fun celebration for kids... it's really fun and an exciting way to eat ice cream. read more

Tried this place for the first time. We got a shake and one of the rolled taco things. It was $8.50 so we decided to share. The shake was just ok and the rolled taco was just ok too. It lacked flavor. I thought $8.50 was very pricey for what it was. Customer service was good. The floors need a DEEP clean behind the counter I noticed. The concept is similar to sub zero ice cream. They get a cup of milk/cream and put it on a cold plate and spread it out, Add toppings and boom you have ice cream! Then the roll it into a taco. You can have it in a cup or an actual wafer that looks like a taco. Great idea! Price is a little expensive for what you get. We got several ice cream tacos and shakes. The food was good. Service was also good. Would go back again. Just not my first choice. read more

Ordered the February special. The chocolate dipped strawberry. It was fascinating to watch them freeze then scoop the ice cream into a roll. The iceeam had appearance, texture and color. The flavor could have been stronger. (Also note no strawberries) so that should have helped. Its one of these places you gotta go once. It's ok but for the price, I wouldn't go back. read more

This place is so good. My 8 year old got the brownie and I got the Taro. They were both so good!

This place is awesome! I was very hesitant, as my previous 'rolled' ice cream experience wasn't very positive. I thought I'd try this place if only for the novelty; however, I was very pleased with everything. There was a nice portion of ice cream inside the taco; any more and I'd feel piggish. We had the 'Cookies and Cream' and the 'Rainbow Road', and both were delicious. The flavors were very balanced and tasty. The ice cream was perfectly frozen. Seems like most of the negative reviews are from snobs...we were served quickly and everything seemed very clean to me. If you want cheap ice cream, buy a gallon at the grocery store. If you want a quality, creative dessert, check out Sweet Rolled Tacos! read more

Heard about this place from family members, and we all came to try it for the first time. I didn't want ice cream so I got the milkshake and it was really good! Love the interior decor, it's vibrant and fun. The menu is crystal clear and the images are inviting with tons of options to choose from. It's a fun twist on tacos, people love tacos and ice cream so why not combine the two. They are busy and seem to be a little under staffed for how long it takes to make the ice cream. It might be a good idea to have additional help on busy days. I ordered the Starboy drink and my son ordered the Monster Ink ice cream taco. Both the drink and the ice cream was delicious. You really can't go wrong with your order. read more

Great presentation. Every taco is unique and bursting with color. They were tasty. Of the flavors we got, I liked the strawberry shortcake the most. Kids were happy with them. The only ding I'd give them is for the shakes. They do "light" shakes and use ice in them. I was expecting a thick and creamy shake. They are quick to drink, but subtle in flavor. read more

Pro: THE BEST ice cream I have ever tasted in my life. Nothing like it, so good!!! Con: I drove 45 minutes here just for it (they close at 9:30), bad day, really sad, just wanted some good ice cream. I got here at 8:57 and they were CLOSING. Now I am forced to go to cold stone and cry while I eat this decent ice cream that isn't a sweet rolled taco. :( :( :( love you guys but I'm so sad read more

* I'm going to dismiss the entirety of the pricing insanity as this is an issue with all "Novelty" ice cream places. This was not my first visit, but the first was very much average. This visit however, was awful. It took 25 minutes to get our order. This was also after they handed us one of two items, and left the second on the counter, finished, and we had to approach them as they simply forgot. Moreover, the looked around cluelessly when we asked despite the fact that it was the ONLY item on the back counter. The employees were slow, unorganized, dressed poorly and in clothing which looked like they just got back from summer camp. The environment felt like I was in limbo. Horrendous feeling. Truly I don't remember the last time I saw such poor work ethic. The employees didn't seem to care one bit about customers being in the store, worked slowly, and generally seemed like nothing mattered. I'm 21 years old, not a boomer judging this generation. If you're going to hire 16 year olds only, at least make sure they're not useless and ignorant. read more

We wanted so badly to give this place more than three stars, BUT... 1) The line was insane (20 minute just to order and another 30 for the ice cream). Of the four employees working, only had TWO of them working and only two-of-the-four ice cream rolling machines in operation. Sure, if I lived in NYC or LA, this MIGHT be appropriate, but we live in southwest Utah 2) By the time the last person in our group received theirs, the first person's was melted 3) There were not enough tables and chairs the host the number of people waiting 4) $$ to quality ratio was meh.... the ice cream wasn't all that different from scoop ice cream 5) We didn't even get what we ordered; all of our ice cream was incorrect in one way or another I'm glad we went once, but we probably won't go again read more

The concept is good but the implementation is terrible. Each order is handmade, sounds great, I know; but it's not because the ice cream is made by pouring the cream on a cold surface like cold stone does, the employee then mixes it and shapes it into the most perfect thin rectangle of ice cream and then proceeds to roll it. We waited 30 minutes for our ice cream but one of my kids order wasn't ready even though we were all on the same ticket number. He had to wait 10 more minutes while his order was being made in combination with someone else's order, why? Because someone else ordered the same thing and the employees must've thought they would save time making two orders at once, but it didn't save me anytime!!! I'd much rather go get ice cream somewhere else where I won't be wasting my time or money!!! read more

We were so excited for this new shop to open up and it's beautiful! The inside is darling and all the employees were super nice! It's super fun to watch them make the "tacos" and they were delicious!
