What a cute & sweet spot-pun intended. We wanted a sweet treat after our 9 mile hike and we stumbled upon this place. I rolled the dice and went in without Zero pre-Yelping. Sometimes you gotta just go with the flow. My husband and I shared a Waffle cone with a scoop of coffee gelato that had a mix of brownie bites and something else I couldn't quite put my finger on. PB maybe? Shame on me for not getting the name of the exact flavor. One of the young ladies behind the counter recommended it and she did good because it was delicious. I mostly chased after the brownie bites and my hubby enjoyed the coffee gelato. The waffle cone itself was really good too! If it wasn't so late in the day I would totally have tried some of their coffee but it was after 6pm & I wanted to enjoy a hot shower and being lazy in bed the rest of the night. The 2 ladies working there were very friendly helpful and attentive. We live in Vegas but of we ever come through St George again we're definitely coming back to this super cute spot & I'm definitely going to try the coffee! read more

Everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made the visit pleasant from the start. Bee Sweet is also kids-friendly with a few board games for the kids to pass time as they consume the ice cream. The ice cream and coffee themselves are decent but not particularly memorable. Both lean a bit sweeter than average, which might appeal to some, though it slightly overpowers the flavors. There's also a lack of dairy flavor. Overall, it's a nice spot to stop by mainly because of the warm service. With a little improvement to the quality of the ice cream and coffee, this place could be much more impressive. read more

This place is right in the middle of a bunch of shops/restaurants. It is small and very friendly with good seating both inside and outside. You order at the counter and pay at the counter then either sit or take to go. The service was friendly and knowledgeable on their deserts and drinks. We had a 2 scoop, Ice Cream Nachos, and a Root Beer Float. All of it was very good. If ever in St George I recommend stopping by for a sweet treat. You will not be disappointed. read more

Strange that this place has zero reviews and has been open for a few months the gal said. It is a stand alone little brick store in downtown St. George Apparently this place is owned by a gal who started making her own ice cream at 16. And maybe now she is only 18, if you are doing the math from her website. The owner was traveling internationally when we were there. There are about 12 -14 flavors to choose from and they offered samples. Plus they have home-made cones and sauces for sale. I would say that the coffins the ice cream tubs are stored in could be defrosted as they have a fair bit of ice build up. read more

My husband and I absolutely loved the Sea Salt Caramel Cold Brew, but both agreed that some really crunchy almonds would have taken it over the edge. It was $8 for two scoops, which was reasonable. I thought the lemon bar ice cream tasted a little too artificial but my brother liked it. You do have to walk a little bit to find it, but the signs are well posted and there is a cute waterfall with a grassy area right next to the ice cream shop where you can enjoy your ice cream (including some outdoor seating). It looks like there are a couple nice restaurants nearby, so it would be a great place to get dessert afterwards. read more

I left my purse in the town center and the owner found my purse, secured it in his ice cream shop and found a way to contact me and rescue my belongings! The ice cream is mid and I normally wouldn't give a bad review for that. What I will give a bad review for is the awful customer service we experienced. No hi, welcome, anything. They have weird flavors. Which is fine, but when I ask what something is I would hope the employee would be able to say what's in it and at the very least be able to tell me that there are in fact nuts in it. I got a sample that didn't have nuts in it. It was interesting and I said what's in that? He said "I don't know the flavor profile so your guess is as good as mine." Very professional. Then, I order a small of that flavor in a waffle cone. He said "we don't have any I'm working on stock" as there's literally 12 waffle cones behind him...... if my husband hadnt already received his, I would have just walked out. I kind of wish I did anyway because I get the ice cream and it's RIDDLED with nuts! So shame on the guy behind the counter and shame on the owner because you'd think that somewhere on there they would put "contains nuts" or something so people with nut allergies don't get it considering the employees don't know the "flavor profile." The guy working there did not want to be there, and he made that abundantly clear to us. I love supporting small, but I would have been better off at Handels. read more

Stopped by Bee Sweet Ice Cream in St. George for the first time, curious to see what it was all about. I asked the guy working there if the ice cream was made fresh or in-house, and his response--clearly annoyed--was basically, "It's ice cream, man." Not only was it dismissive, but it made me feel like I was bothering him by even being there. He seemed more interested in whatever was on his phone than helping a potential customer. Cute ice cream place in St George. Tried the vanilla, nothing special. There were some pieces of ice in it. The jolted cow is another flavor I sampled and it was delicious! When I went, they had two employees and while one was making waffle cones, the other was taking orders, scooping, and cashing people out. So be mindful that it may take a while if there's a lot of people there to get your order. However, it is a small space so it's understandable that they wouldn't have a ton of employees. There's only about two tables on the inside of the the building, and a couple outside, so again if it is busy you may have to sit on the grass outside. read more

This ice cream shop is so quaint and charming! We stumbled upon this adorable shop in Ancestor Square on our drive from California to Alpine. Their sea salt caramel cold brew flavor is amazing! This is the perfect little ice cream shop to be tucked away in the middle of all these fancy restaurants and shopping. It's the perfect pick me up in the middle of a hot day or to stop by for dessert after dinner. They don't have a crazy number of flavors, but they have the classics that you'll be craving plus a few specialties worth trying.
