A lot has changed in a year. The candy aisles are gone. They used to have bags of mints, fudge, nuts, none of that was there today. No cheese. None of the dolls that used to be there, by dolls I mean like Raggedy Ann and sock puppets and such. No sourdough bread. I did get some bread to try and some Jellies and of course apple cider but that was about it. My brother said we will go back for the apple cider and of course that is true, we will but the store seems to have shrunk quite a bit since last year when we visited. When I first went I thought it was great and I bought fresh eggs and I bought a lot of goodies. But I have gone for eggs 3 or 4 times and there are no eggs when I've been there. I can't believe it took me so long to find this place! Being fall, I was craving apple cider. You know, real apple cider that has to be chilled and has a short shelf life? For some reason, the only apple cider I can find in Arizona is shelf stable, and it tastes awful. The apple cider here is fantastic and exactly what I was craving. I wish their baked goods didn't have so many additives and chemicals, because I most certainly would have bought some, especially apple cider donuts. Instead, I ended up making homemade apple cider donuts with some of the apple cider (turned out amazing). The honeycrisp apples from here were huge, delicious and juicy. Also delicious were the various peaches I picked up! So glad they still had peaches. I considered grabbing cheese from here, but found their cheese selection a little disappointing. Cute little rustic, farmstand style store. The candied apples are off the charts, and my husband tells me the Apple fritters are to die for. We like coming in for the Amish butter, the bags full of pie apples in the fall, and the candy... Oh, Lord, the candy. They have hot sauce and jams and toys and slushy. Perfect place to visit anytime you wanna get away from things. I would avoid the sushi, as the last two times I was in there the refrigerator that holds the sushi was not plugged in and warm. This year they had another brand so I bought two loaves of each. It's a great little shop. Sorry I didn't take pictures inside and outside. It looks like a big red barn, great produce at great prices. Ice cream and bakery items. Lots of gift items to choose from from. I let them know that on the Yelp app, they didn't have the new address updated on it. It's currently located at 471 West telegraph in Washington Utah. Just down the street from their previous location. They have another store in Santaquin Utah too. There's also a car wash wash attached and my girlfriend said she just got her car washed there for just $5. It's a must visit when I go to visit. read more

We bought an apple pie this last week, for Father's Day. I followed the directions to cook it - Be aware, it's raw, not ready which I expected. The apples did NOT cook enough. We really don't like an apple pie with apples you can't slice through easily. Also, there is hardly any cinnamon or seasonings. Really, one of the plainest and worst apple pies ever. For $20. We are dumping the last 1/2 in the trash. Not worth the calories or trouble of trying to microwave it longer to soften the apples. It doesn't work and you don't get a quality piece, the way pies used to be. For 1/2 the price we could have gone to Costco - but their pies have hard apples, not cooked enough. I do like the fruit & veg at Red Barn, the bread from the mill up North, and some of the baked goods. read more

My wife and I are transplants and escaped a leftist tyrannical state. We bought our house in Washington and are still exploring this wonderful beautiful area. As it were, we found this little gem near us and thought we'd stop and peruse the store. We tried the ice cream, which was good with a variety of flavors to choose from. My only complaint is the cups are awfully small and hard to eat from. Please consider getting more manageable cups! We also picked up some corn in the cooler...the corn was the sweetest I've had in a long time...simply awesome! Will need to come back and try some of the other veggies and goodies.
