After experiencing consistent rudeness at three different Lin's locations, our latest visit was no different. We went to the St. George location on Saturday morning, January 31st at 9:30 AM. While the store itself is beautiful, the poor customer service persisted. My husband, who had a full cart including a corn dog, asked an employee in the deli for mustard packets. The employee immediately questioned if my husband was making a purchase. After confirming he was, the deli worker had to ask a woman in the back, who seemed unwilling to provide them. He finally handed over two packets, explaining rudely that people sometimes ask for ten mayonnaise packets. It was an unnecessarily rude interaction over a simple request, and we will not be shopping at Lin's again. We aren't asking for exceptional service, just a baseline of respect and kindness. Personal job dissatisfaction is understandable, but it's unprofessional to let it affect interactions with the public, such individuals should consider roles that don't involve direct customer contact. read more

Most grocery stores are basically the same. What differentiates Lin's is that they have a massive outdoor smoker in front of the building, and slow cook about a dozen different meats, on a rotating basis. The meat is beyond awesome. You could do it yourself if you bought a $1500 smoker and cooked the meat attentively for 14 hours. I was lucky enough to stop by this market during my road trip. I was able to grab everything on my shopping list and then some. They have a fresh deli and they have sushi too. The parking lot is big and the inside is bright and and the employees are really friendly. The prices are reasonable and the store had everything I needed. I wish they offered reusable totes with their logo on them. I woulda definitely picked up a few. read more

I love fritters. It's hard to find good fritters, but Lin's definitely has the best in Utah (so far). The nice thing is you can choose from three (3) different flavors... blueberry, apple, or raspberry. The store does have a Starbucks, dairy queen and is very clean. They have a nice little area where you can go and sit inside to eat lunch. Every Wednesday, they have $5 sushi yum!! And on occasion when we have visited they are smoking ribs outside! I bought a watermelon a few days ago at Linda's market. When I cut it open , it was fermented so I immediately returned it to the store hoping to replace it. The manager asked for the receipt which I had already thrown away so the manager told me to go look through the garbage to see if I could find it. She then weighed the half of a watermelon that we returned. The other half was in pieces at home, and was going to refund the amount for half a watermelon. I was treated like a criminal and could not believe it. She made no iContact and was very rude. I spent half my paycheck at Lynn's, but will never go back. I came here to grab strawberries because they were on sale, and they were fresh and delicious! I also grabbed some chex mix because they were only $.99, surprisingly, and some fritters (blueberry, raspberry). The fritters were really fresh and tasty, although it was jam inside as opposed to real fruit. Still super tasty though, and I would definitely go back for just those. This store seems to have better sales than the other Lin's in town, so I'd suggest coming to this one! read more

Love the fresh market here! The fruits & vegetables are always fresh, good quality and priced fairly. The bakery items are to die for yummy!! Our favorite are the lemon bars and raisin filled cookies!! Good selection to choose from throughout the store and super friendly helpful employees. Happy they're nearby!! read more

Love this little bakery at Lin's!!! Have been buying cakes from this place for the past 3 years and each experience has always been nothing but wonderful! All the staff here is really friendly and helpful especially Melissa who specializes in cake decorating. She is the sweetest person I've ever met. Always helped me with all the request at the last minute order. I felt bad that I never gave her enough time to make a cake when I came to order due to my crazy schedule. Like always, she was so happy to help and managed to make very nice cakes for my family and friends on time every time. Melissa is truly the best!!! Lin's is so lucky to have her as an employee. This store has a lot of good quality foods. Fresh produce and the meats are good as well.

I went to Lin's yesterday to have some balloons filled for a special occasion. When the clerk neglected to tie one of the balloons to the others it got loose and flew away. She refused to fill a new one and told me that since I didn't purchase it there she wouldn't replace it. It was a large balloon that costs me $15 for a new balloon and $15 to fill it! The clerk was VERY rude to me. I have never experienced this at Lin's before and unfortunately, I don't think I will be back. read more

Very good donuts. Not many to choose from, but they're still good. I only wish they had an Oreo pudding filling donut. That's when they'll get a 5star rating from me. Besides that, the service is good, the people are nice, and you hand select your own donuts and pay either at the bakery or on your way out from shopping. Definitely recommend. read more

Shopped at Lin's the other day - maybe the second time I'd been in there. When I got home I realized that someone else's purchase had been put in my cart my mistake. Maybe $10 worth of product, so no biggie. Took it back today - didn't pay for it so not going to keep it. My act was obviously a Major Inconvenience for the manager. Didn't even get a 'hey, thanks!' Lin's Fresh Market is my favorite neighborhood market. It used to be Walmart but it got way too busy and there are many strange people I have seen there. So Lin's it is!! I always find the best milk here, it is always so fresh and wet. The floors are always so nice and polished, I can see my reflection through them! However it has a terrible stench of what I believe to be marijuana. Please tell your workers to hit their blunt elsewhere. Thank you. read more

I have searched for a one stop shop grocery store in St George for years and this is as close as I have found. I used to shop at Harmon's for meats and produce and then go to Smith's for sales on staples and Alberston's for out of state brands and make a Costco trip a few times a month. I was happy to find this Lins has decent quality and fair prices. I shop on Monday here because you get sales from the current and past week so double the savings. I have found the produce to be as good as Harmons. Lins carries more local produce which I really like. I like the meat department at Lins. They let you buy just one steak or chicken breast or chop and pick it out and the cost isn't higher. For our family this us great since 2 family members don't eat red meat and one doesn't eat any meat. I don't have to buy a plus pack like at other stores. The only downside is the butcher isn't always there. Sometimes there is a wait. I have been impressed with the bakery. One of my frustrations before this Lins opened, was running into a grocery store for rolls or soup bowls for a quick dinner idea and being out of stock. This Lins offers either buy calling or on an app for them to fresh make rolls or soup bowls for afternoon pickup. I love that the items are fresh and held for me. The dairy department is average but they do carry fat free sour cream. This might sound like an odd thing to mention but few stores carry fat free sour cream in St George, just Lins and Walmart. Overall this has turned into our go to grocery store over Harmon's. I'll admit the Harmons staff is nicer but this Lins now has better prices, better availability and near the same quality on what I buy. read more

Great new store! I live in New Harmony, but travel to the St. George area about twice a month. Even thought they recently remodeled the Lin's in Cedar City, it doesn't compare with this new Mall Drive location. read more

Very good store highly recommend as they also carry a good variety of exotic fruits which completely beats Walmart or other chains highly recommend to shop there with ease as you can order online and pick up at store without stepping foot in the store to look for your groceries how CONVENIENT!!
