It left a clean mouth feel that was a dramatic departure from big box coffee. The food is made in-house. The bread is crisp and flakey on the outside and chewy inside. Ordered a french dip for me and a bowl of soup for my wife. 30 minutes later we were still waiting for the food. There were 2 workers in the place. I went to the counter and was told my order was next. I saw some orders placed up that were ready. I went back to the counter and asked if I could get my food. I was told by the second person that it wasn't my order. I asked how much longer. She replied that they had a lot of orders and she wished I understood that. With an attitude, she told me I could get a refund and leave if I like, then she corrected herself and said I couldn't get a refund because it took a manager and none was available. I basically had no choice but to wait. At this point, a number of customers who were in line walked out. One person came in and said they got the wrong order in the drive through. After a few more minutes, the food was brought out. The soup was fine but the sandwich was barely warm. Sure that was on purpose. Not sure if they're just slow or they were preparing catering or other online orders. Either way, the customers in the store had a lousy experience and I'd be surprised if they come back. Upon approaching their booth greeted and she explained how they make their desserts. I bought as much as I could without taking everything because their was a line behind me.
